It was ok, it was obviously a low budget motel. Not only did ice machine not work, it didnt even exist.

The room was completely clean, and the parking was excellent

It needs a lot of fixing. 3rd day got the microwave finally.

Plenty of parking space. I was put in a room close to freeway and its noise.

Easy parking, clean room.

Phone in bedroom not working. Television in bedroom not working, staff said maintenance will come to room in 20 minutes to fix TV, no one came to fix TV. Staff said wifii was down and comcast was up the street fixing the ibternwt service. Nothing happenned, no free wifii, no working room phone or TV. Roaches crawled on the bed too!

I mean, you get what you pay for I guess? One thing I can say is that at least my room was clean. Not the comforter though. The problem though is that there are gaps and cracks and so you get roaches and bugs in the room. This location was apparently recently a shelter and a lot of damage done to the property. The surrounding area doesn't feel the safest, but there is a security guy that kinda walks around from time to time. I appreciate that there were clean towels and sheets. You have to pay a deposit when you get there. You get shown the room beforehand. It was cheap and good enough for the few hours of sleep I needed to catch.

READ AND HEED THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING! I did not and I regret wasting my money here. If you can afford to pay a little more to stay somewhere else I would highly recommend it. No wifi (she said it was broken but didn’t seem like she intended on getting it fixed) super run down, Pool is drained and gross, rooms smell like stale cigarettes and there’s pretty much no amenities. You are paying for a bed and a toilet in a room basically, and I felt like they’re overcharging for even that. The hotel isn’t really by anything worthwhile unless you have a car. I left before my stay was over and took a bus to stay with a friend instead. Wish I took pictures to illustrate how bad it is. This should be a last resort hotel when you are low on money and need a roof over your head, and that’s it.

This motel is very rundown and poorly maintained. The door lock did not seem secure even with the deadbolt engaged. It looked like the door had been forced and broken in the past. The fridge did not work. There was no remote for the tv. I don’t know if it worked. The tub was painted and peeling and so were the bathroom counters. The outdoor pool was drained. It was the cheapest motel in the area and the bed was clean so it will do for a short rest stop.

Place looks like in pics. But literally disgusting we had to check out because there was bed bugs. Also they don’t clean sheets blankets or anything in that room . Bathroom was disgusting looks like it’s never been cleaned had rat poop on the floor. Don’t waste your money

Did not even stay the night. The room was disgusting & dirty. The bed sheets/pillows were dirty. Left and found another hotel

Terrible reception. He saw me coming in office but decided to let me wait at the counter while I was looking around and trying to find receptionist . He was just outside talking to his other friends. Walked in our room with pubic hair shaved in toilet. Floor was dirty and air conditioner was not working. With a beeping smoke alarm on top of our bed. Just stay away from this place.

I check into my reservation and went into the room. I was immediately greeted with 10s upon 10s upon 10s of cockroaches all over the room in various sizes. Crawling out of the TV, from under the dresser, in the bedding (Roach droppings as well), and tons in the bathroom, shower, sink, and even in the towels. This place is absolutely vile. Myself and my party immediately went back downstairs and was refused a refund. I checked my bank statement and they even double charged me! DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is absolutely vile and will definitely be hearing from the better business bureau. Disgusting hotel with disgusting customer service. My photos attached don’t even do the amount of cockroaches justice. Genuinely disgusting. Should be condemned and shut down.

Room reeked of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Wouldn’t recommend staying. The bed was trash and cheap. Bathroom wasn’t even cleaned. Towels were dirty and stained. Room itself was small and door jammed. I paid $74 so you get what you pay for ig. But very unsatisfactory overall. Would recommend paying more for a better area since there was a lot of homeless people in the parking lot if thats an issue for you, they didn’t bother me but I can see why some people don’t like that.

The photos are misleading. The rooms do not look like the photos. The bedding was dirty and the bathroom was terrible. I spent one night here and now I have a flea infestation. I’m getting bit every night. You could not pay me money to stay here.

Infested with roaches

There were bedbugs, roaches, the floors were dirty. I walked in with white socks and they turned black the more I walked around. Underneath the bed was dirty, there was a former guest’s sock, taco bell cup, and trash. There were roaches in the towels, dead and alive. Hair everywhere. The “white” bedding had black & brown spots. Some blankets had burn marks. The “no smoking” room smelled heavily of cigarettes. Everything you see on this website does not correlate with the policies they have in office. They charge a “$50 security deposit”, but when I asked for a refund because of all these issues they didn’t give me my deposit back.

Our room door did not close well and had light coming around it always. The card lock did not work well and even the staff master key barely got us in the room (after many card swipes). The room was not very clean and reeked of smoke although I booked a non-smoking room. At just after midnight, a desk clerk pounded loudly on our door and woke us up. I was frightened and not sure whether to snswer or call the police. He demanded we come to the office. At the office, he wanted to see my ID and wrote my name. He said the computer was down so he had to see who was in the rooms.

Beds have only 1 sheet, no blanket. Heater did not work. Bathroom tub old and paint peeling. Refrigerator smells.

Room was filthy, tv didn’t work and remote had no batteries, the lock on the door didn’t really work, there was toenail clippings on the bed and the was a cockroach or two on the ground.

I'm not trying to denigrate your property, just trying to notify you about the things that I noticed. The stairs to get on the 3rd floor were wobbling, The door wasn't closing all the way, I looked at the lock, they were broken pieces of woods inside didn't really know what was their purpose. Because of the door not closing, I was listening to every single noise on the street. I found hair on the floor and in the towels and they weren't mine. The paint inside the tub was missing. The bed was clean and water pressure was also good. Again I'm not trying to denigrate your property. Thank you.

The numbering system was terrible and hard to find your room and got lost several times. There was rust in the sink. The furniture was broken and had graffiti on it. The overhead light was cracked above your head. The TV had tape on it and would not turn on. The white linens were gray.

Had to switch rooms cause door wouldn’t close. Next room was the same I was forced to but the dresser in front of the door to even feel remotely safe. Homeless walking around parking lot. There is graffiti all over the room and paint all in the tub bugs (flys) in the room. Bed and coffee maker are broken. No hand soap provided. I am several hours away from home and called multiple other hotels but was unable to find any so I was forced to sleep in an unsafe and unclean establishment. I will NEVER stay here nor recommend it to anyone again!

Due to prom and graduations in Sacramento I somehow ended up with a room in Stockton. Very nice front desk, But horrible experience! As I parked to check in at 1am, there was 3 homeless sketchy people hanging out by the rooms/parking lot. One of the homeless man walked up to another man and whispered something to the other guy and pointed towards me. I went to the front and told front desk I didn't feel comfortable with them hanging out. Then proceed to check in. He told me the room I paid for wasn't available (1room 2 beds) and all they had was a king bed. I said ok. I was alone with my 3 children. Front desk walked me to the room and it took him about 5 minutes to open the door. Once I went inside, I realized the door handle was broken with blue tape and the latch was loose and the dresser was broken. I was worried with my children being there. I got on the hotel reviews and didnt realize how bad they were. Once I read that homeless people break in the rooms I instantly feared for our saftey and that was probably why the door handle was broken to begin with. I grabbed my belongings and my children and we loaded up and gave the keys back to the front desk.

The first room I was in smelled like a carton of cigarettes remote did not work ac was all broken and barely worked next room ac worked bath tub was all falling apart from what obviously a lazy paint job or what ever that was remote did not work only the volume worked will never stay there again in my life worst service ever I waited for a good 30 to 45 minutes before anyone came to the window smelled like cigarettes in there as well so unprofessional I would never recommend this so called hotel to anyone it was a waste of my money I wish there was a way to get my money back I would of rather stayed in a shelter then here because it was dam near the same thing no star would be given if that was a chose

Employees were very rude and disrespectful and they overcharged me for something that was not mentioned and I was locked out of my room for over an hour and a half and they were nowhere to be found

Poor guest services. The receptionist said she would bring extra towels for the leaking refrigerator never did. Slipped on the water twice just walking to the restroom. My guest did the same thing. Really poor mismatched furniture. Bathroom was clean but in poor shape. Tub and shower was so slippery was hard to take a shower.

They have really cleaned up the property and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely this hotel should not be on your site! Gross gross gross with terrible customer service, false inventory, and no recourse on getting refund even though I did not stay a single minute. Got room. It was wrong type of room I booked through hotels.com. Asked for refund. Woman said to speak to manager about it. Hotels.com try’s and I get nothing.

The management team was very nice and our stay was very comfortable. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Do Not Stay Here! Stood around in the run down lobby for over 30 min waiting to check in. I was already having second thoughts, but thought it was too late to change my mind, didn’t think I’d get my money back. Finally the really slow clerk (who kept disappearing for 15 min at a time) got to me. He assured me my room would have a fridge, but it did not. He was able to bring one up though. I got to the room and saw the door had been smashed open in the past and now the door jam was bent and didn’t actually close all the way. The manager didn’t have any other rooms, but kept saying the door was safe, yeah right! The room itself was “clean”, but it had the strongest most toxic cleaning sent, like I was inside a chemical plant. It was not bearable. In addition to the beat down door, it was just old and shabby inside, visible wires above the bathroom vanity, chipped and burned counters, just total yuck. The neighborhood did not feel safe. The smell was intolerable. After lying in the bed crying for 20 min, I decided I’d rather sleep in my car (in a safer location) than this hotel, and I was packed up and out in 3 min. Couldn’t find anything else, so I did sleep in my car. Worst night ever. Do Not stay at this place!

The first desk man was unprofessional & swiped my card for a 50$ deposit & never gave it back.

This is NOT a safe place to stay. After we got our room key and went upto the 2nd floor room, we saw 3 rooms where the doors could not be closed due to the doors being broke in. There was actual gaps in the doors. You could push open these doors and enter the room. Homeless encampment next to hotel. I believe these were the people who broke in as they tore down and 8 foot section of the fence so they could just walk from their tents onto the hotel property. It was so bad, we left as we felt for our safety. Only a fool would stay at this place. I doubt I ever get my money back, but our safety is worth more than what we lost on the cost of the room. I've never been to a hotel this bad in my life and I've been to many dumps in my 73 years on this planet! I got out so fast I forget to take pictures.

The place for me on a very small budget. Very close to the freeway. Floors and bathroom clean and working air-conditioning worked well. Here to sleep and work, save some money on these high motel prices.

We did not end up staying here. After checking in and entering the room we could see that the place was not as advertised. The cleanliness and safety were questionable. There were a lot of people hanging around outside and loitering (those staying at and not staying). After the manager checked us in he proceeded to watch us go get our luggage and find our room as he told others to not hang out outside and go back to their room. We stayed in the room no longer than 5 minutes before decided we were not safe and the place felt unsanitary. We put our things back in the car and went to the office. As we asked for a refund and told them we were not staying all the sudden the manager was no where to be found. I made 2 attempts to contact Expedia. The first time they told me they would have to contact the hotel because it was paid through the hotel not Expeida. Well what do you know, Expedia could not reach the manager either. The 2nd attmempt, again Expedia could not reach the manager. They told me there was nothing they could do and in the end gave me a $15.00 expedia cash in place of my money I lost for the 2 night reservaation. Really as a big business that Expedia is, THATS ALL THEY COULD DO? 15 DOLLARS??? I was out almost $170.00 and the hotel just took my money for their drug and prostituted ridden hotel. I can't believe Expedia still chooses to do business with such a company and management. I am disgusted and appalled.

Toilets had to be fixed there was homeless people hangout on the corridors was knocked on my door and tried to come in when i went here to store not reccoment there is liquor sore 200 feet away not safe

This place is terrible to stay at. The area is not good and the back of the hotel looks onto a homeless camp.I only stayed one night but even one night was enough reason to never stay here again.

There is so close to I-5. The noise is loudly. And in the room, we see several cockroach。 The shower is very good.
