The bed was comfortable there is no breakfast. It’s just a packaged muffin and coffee, but it’s advertising as breakfast. There is no silverware or pots and pans or anything in the suite with the kitchen. What good does that do?

Extended stay is always a great choice to stay for a couple of days. The rooms are always clean, spacious and it is nice to have a full kitchen available in the room. If you need dishes and silverware you can get them at the reception. costumer service was excellent.

The property is located close to I5, which is convenient for our purpose and there are multiple dinning options within walking distance. The hotel room is clean, bed and dresser are in good condition. It has a TV, a desk/chair, a full sized refregirator, small microwave, and two burner electric stove. However, the kitchen is not equipped with any cookware or diningware, so we couldn't even get hot water in the room. Also to our surprise, the room did not have luggage rack, no shampoo/conditioner, no coffee maker. Breakfast has coffee, hot water, plastic wrapped muffins, packages of hot cereals, but no bowl, no spoon. This is the first time we ever stayed at any Extended Stay hotel. Needless to say we are very disappointed.

Value was very good. Rooms had cooking facilities. Beds were comfortable. Very clean but I don't really like the smell of strong cleaners. Breakfast was oatmeal packets at 6:45 am - there were empty shelves not sure if food items were there earlier. Coffee was outstanding. Staff was great when available.

NO ICE MACHINE, NO PAPER TOWELS, AC UNIT OLD & NOISY (AND SMELLS LIKE ITS BURNING), WATER PRESSURE = 0, TV ISNT MOUNTED ON WALL—SITS TOO LOW, NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND KITCHEN SINK WAS BACKED UP. NOISE FROM UNITS ABOVE IS UNREAL. STAFF IS AWESOME.

called front desk to confirm laundry machines accepted cards front desk attendant confirmed went down put laundry in and soap went to pay and machine was not working luckily had a $20 bill went to front desk for quarters there was none attendant then exchanged for smaller bills and told me to find quarters elsewhere with attitude, halls have heavy odor, besides that worked out for my needs.

There were bugs everywhere in the room, the towels smelled like mildew, and the floors were filthy dirty. My sons socks were so black. My kids were scared to sleep in one of the beds because of the bugs on the floor and the stains on the sheets. We left bright and early the next morning and went to a better hotel. I would love my Money back!!

It was fine for the night. Staff was friendly. Room was ok. Beds were firm. The floors were dirty and sticky. The location was in walking distance of a few food places. Overall it worked for us for the night.

We felt to check in clerk was high. She was humming out loud and bobbing her head the entire check in time. It was alarming to hear current guests complaining at the front desk—one needed a plunger, one complained that the burners on his stove didn’t work (“sorry, maintenance isn’t here today so I’ll put in a work order”), and three people came up to say their key-cards didn’t work. Our key-card took ten tries before we got it to work. We stayed two days and there was trash on the floor in the hallway the entire time.

OK, so while it looks right on the outside, the bathtub was absolutely disgusting and there was a fire alarm that happened. No I would never stay at this property again.

The room overall was ok. But the person in the room next to me blasted their tv from 8 am until midnight. It sounded like the people above me were training for the olympics. Two straight days, starting at 3 am, heavy stomping back and forth that went on for 3 hours. They stated grab and go breakfast. However, the first day, at 730, there was nothing left for breakfast choices. Mind you the service went until 9 am. So the second day i was sure to get there at 6 when it opened (which was easy due to the people above being 3 hours into their olympics training) The staff was sufficient when there. Nothing to write home about. The guy was willing to switch my room, but the coworkers told him they only had two others that were available, and since it was already after two, they wouldnt be able to get my room clean for an occupancy. So they opted not to Which i did get. Served its purpose, but i could have saved 20 bucks a night by going across the parking lot. Plus i would have gotten a bigger bed, and in room coffee.

The area is a bit seedy. People staying, looked a bit... Room hallways noisy. Not enough electrical outlets, and no USB charging. Free wifi, but slow. They offer upgraded wifi connection for around $6 a day. I didn't that was right. I just think should be part of the stay.

It was good. Nothing fancy. Had full size fridge, stove, and sink..mini kitchen area. Does need a remodel but clean and quiet. Breakfast could be better but bed was comfortable. Overall, good.

The stay and facility was wonderful..I wanted to extend my stay one more night and the front desk clerk said I couldn't they were not extending any one bed rooms..and them I was willing to pay for a 2 bedroom and she still told me I had to wait to check in at 3pm..this was a total inconvenience..and she didn't even say sorry or try to make any changes..

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. 24 hour desk was convenient for our 11pm arrival. Sadly the grab&go breakfast was pretty skimpy. Maybe add some fruit- apples or bananas. The bathroom had no stocked shampoo or lotion- a sign said it was available on request at the desk but it is inconvenient to have to dress and go downstairs for shampoo before morning shower!

Car windows smashed out even parked in front of camera near entrance. Place is filthy, smelly and allows neghborhood transients to raid the continental breakfast before guests. Property is in very poor condition, cleaning is non existent.
