Luxury Villa Rental, Two Bedroom Villa With Private Pool and Garden,

We very much enjoyed our stay in this villa which is very well equipped. Broadband had been installed the day we arrived, so the TV didn’t work in the beginning, but Paul was very reactive and had it fixed the next day. The villa is walking distance to the beach, and the Bay and its many nice restaurants. The mosquito nets on the doors and windows were a real plus. We hope to return next year!

The property was even better than we anticipated. It was a real home from home. The pool and garden were beautiful and gave the feeling of peace and seclusion, although local amenities were just a short stroll away.The kitchen was well equipped and all of the appliances were really good. The TV and entertainment package was absolutely brilliant. We could access just about any channel we could think of, any many others we hadn't. At least one of the shower rooms had been upgraded since the host's photos were taken, so that came as a pleasant surprise.The pool was immaculate and the sun loungers were excellent quality, and probably the most comfortable I'd ever experienced.We have stayed in the area several times before and so we knew just how well positioned the villa is. We didn't bother hiring a car because everything we needed was just a few minutes walk away. We did take a taxi to the large supermarket on our first day. After that, anything we needed could be found in the local shops.Overall, I think it would be hard to beat our hassle free, relaxing holiday in this fabulous villa.

Easy drive with easy to follow directions from the Airport, villa entry very easy and a small welcome pack made the first night/morning easy. Villa has everything you need and the garden/pool is perfect and not a small pool. Area lovely and quiet and we went to 5 different restaurant's in the village and couldn't fault any of them, nice supermarket 5 minutes drive in the village of Pissouri. Perfect base for a perfect holiday but I would say a car is essential to see the Island.

Villa Pheakon is brilliantly located with great views in an up-and-coming area of Cyprus. It’s well equipped, easy to find with dedicated parking, it’s also spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. The welcome guide is comprehensive, super-useful and on arrival we found milk, ham, cheese, wine and other essentials which we felt were a really nice touch, particularly given that there was nothing open when we arrived late at night. We made use of the facilities including the kitchen and the barbecue. The bathrooms have been refitted and are nicely finished. There are some parts of the property that feel a little tired; a couple of the dining room chairs where held together with sellotape, one of the air conditioning units was changed while we were there; another one in the front room was largely ineffective. There was also an issue with the pool top up valves not working correctly, and the water level being too low, this was also dealt with as part of the twice weekly routine maintenance at the property. The most concerning thing for us, however, was the presence of a cockroach in the kitchen cupboard, which I made Pete aware of. He advised that this is not unusual in hot countries and that the complex is treated regularly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Cyprus and we found Pissouri to be a welcoming area, with lots to do and in easy reach of both Paphos and the Troodos Mountains.

It's just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Also a short taxi ride to the square in Pissouri, where there are more excellent eating and drinking places. There is also Cypriot nights during the summer season in the square. The villa is also quite central for visiting other areas of Cyprus. Well worth booking, in our opinion.

Everything you need is here in Villa 8. Comfortable beds, modern appliances, Wi-fi, pool and more. Off the beaten path but central to sights, beaches and night life. You'll have no trouble resting up at the Villa for a day between day trips and enjoy utter relaxation and quiet. Walk to local dining, or drive up to old Pissouri for authentic taverna dining. Walk to the beach, or admire it from the veranda off of each bedroom. Pharmacy and grocery within a 5 minute drive; location is 5 mins off the A6. Day trip distance to entire island. We toured Famagusta to Troodos mountains, to Paphos. Don't worry if you didn't bring a guide book ... lots of reference materials in the villa. Don't hesitate, just book. You'll be glad you did!

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Pheakon. The villa is clean, light, modern and well equipped. We arrived late to find a very useful welcome pack which Pam, the local manager for the villa, provided. She popped in the first morning to welcome us and was always available to contact should there be a need. There is very efficient air conditioning (on timers) with the added bonus of ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well. The private pool was very clean and inviting and we enjoyed lovely morning swims. The sun did disappear by about 4 pm, but maybe this was due to our visit being later in the year. Excellent communications from the owners, Denise and Pete, who provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival and had also produced a comprehensive guide to all the facilities in the villa itself. Would recommend a car. A good time was had, many thanks. Val and Joe

It was the best location to stay meat Pissouri. Villa was comfortable, clean, modern and the owner reacted quick. We will come again… which is the best recommendation after a holiday!

We loved the pool and the different outside seating areas with the sun loungers being wonderful for relaxation. Communictaion with Pete, the owner, was really good and check-in was easy thankfully as we arrived in the dark! As we were unable to get to the supermarket until the next morning, the food items that had been left for us were very welcome...thank you. We really liked Pissouri Bay as a location. It had a very laid back atmosphere with a lovely beach (pebbles) and we really enjoyed the walk along the beautfiul seafront and further along the coast. It's only about a 10 min drive to the local supermarket in Pissouri which had a good range of products. All in all, if you would like a really relaxing holiday, warm/hot temperatures and blue skies in a quieter area of Cyprus, but with the historical sites, walks along the coast and in the mountains, this is the place to be! We'll definitely be back!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the beautiful Villa Pheakon! It was our first time in Pissouri, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning location with incredible views. Everything we needed was provided, and the communication from Denise and Pete was excellent throughout. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend the villa to anyone! After a bug hiccup with the original booking due to a relationship issue, Pete was super supportive and helped me to move the booking to a future date. Arriving at the villa, it was clear this is a very private villa. Not overlooked in any direction. A wonderful outdoor space,, and open plan kitchen / diner / living room. Very good sized bedrooms, and very well stocked. A lovely welcome pack of wine, and food items like milk, bread etc was left as we arrived late evening. A very inique place is you want some privaxy. A very short walk to the beach and restaurants (about 5 mins). Will absolutely consider going again. Thank you!

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen sondern nur zu loben. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Einzige kleine Einschränkung ist die vorbeiführende Straße, die man nicht sieht aber hört. Dafür ist die Lage zum Strand und zu den Restaurants in Pissouri Bay perfekt, da beides ohne Probleme fussläufig zu erreichen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Insgesamt haben wir Pissouri als idealen Urlaubsort empfunden mit einer sehr schönen Badebucht und dem alten Ortskern weiter oben mit ebenfalls guten Restaurants . Limassol mit vielen interessanten Möglichkeiten ist schnell erreicht. Bei unseren Gastgebern bedanken wir uns auch für den gut gefüllten Kühlschrank, der uns am ersten Abend bei später Ankunft sehr geholfen hat. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!! Kerstin und Rolf

Allt med det praktiska funkade jätte bra. Stort tack till Pete och Denise att de fyllde upp kylskåpet med frukost artiklar då vi anlände sent. Tack också för det fina födelsedags kortet och flaskan med Prosseco jag fick i 50-års present! Vi hyrde ingen bil men taxi service Loucas och hans son Nicolas funkade perfekt. Underbara människor. Det fanns det mesta vi behövde nere i Pissouri bay men större utbud uppe i Pissouri Village. Villan hade allt vi behövde och en underbar pool. Kommer vi tillbaka så hyr vi den igen. Pete och Denise har varit väldigt bra hyresvärdar!

This was our second stay at 8 Vinelands and it was every bit as good as the first. Beautiful property, peaceful, relaxing and close to great restaurants. It's a great base from which to explore and then return for a dip in the fab pool with drinks on the patio watching the sunset. The host Paul is excellent answering any queries promptly. Our stay was a joy.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa in Pissouri Bay. The Villa was very clean and well equipped, the pool was delightful to cool off in and the garden a great place to relax. The arrangements for access and all details provided by the owner were clear and very helpful for our stay. Throughout from first booking to arrival, the response to any queries was extremely prompt. And when we had a small bit of bother during our stay, the owner and the management company responded immediately to assist in whatever way they could. The bay is a great place to swim and enjoy some activities and there are some superb restaurants and bars in easy reach. We would thoroughly recommend this as a place to relax and enjoy a break from the busyness of life

The 4 of us, myself my, Wife and two 16 year old girls had a fantastic stay in this villa for 10 days in July, before we arrived i had contacted the owner to request a slightly earlier check-in due to our flight time, he responded promptly and arranged this with the Villa manager Janne (Jan). The arrival- check-in was really easy having been sent all the information before, we where actually pleasantly surprised as the pictures dont really do it Justice. We knew the villa was in a great location having been to pissouri many times, but you do need a car, during our stay we had an issue with the Safe (our own fault) I contacted Jan (all contact details provided prior to arrival) who responded almost immediately and came over to assist, the issue was sorted out within 24H . The villa has everything you'll need for a great relaxing stay, and we'll definitely look at staying here again.

We spent a great time in this very well equiped house. The surroundings were beautiful & quiet and the many restaurants in walking distance were a plus. Great beach: pebbles but sand in the water. We will come back!
