There was a very strong smell of marijuana all throughout the property. Vagriants all over the property. No working locks on bathroom door. We left the property and when we came back the elevator was broken. We stood there for at least 10 minutes before someone came from the front desk to tell us it was broken. Roaches very noticeable and the bed linen did not feel clean or comfortable. Very disappointed in this La Qiunta

The check in process was quite inefficient. The front desk did not know what rooms were unoccupied and cleaned. They had to send a runner to check realtime for each checkin. I saw this happen on multiple days. There was pooled water on the elevator (from the rain?) and dried white paint spots spattered widely around the entrance. The workout room was shut down. It looked like there was renovation work underway, but I never saw crews working. The room was clean but was never serviced. The bathroom showed significant cosmetic damage from water around the doom bottom. The included breakfast was sufficient.

Parking was easy, the parking area was very well lit, and there was plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and nice and the outside of the property was clean and well kept. The lobby smelled musky, only one elevator worked and the one that did work was super dirty. The fitness center was closed due to remodeling and the breakfast was just cereal and hard muffins. The sheets where all stained and the floor was sticky. TV remote didn't work and the sprinkler system in the rooms where all covered with tape.

The pool was shut down, the fitness room was shut down, the elevators were gross, the halls and room smelt like old smoke, roaches in the room. The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. We spent very little time here due to all of these things. Would not go back

I found windows broken glass in the morning where I parked spot. But I didn’t report it because wasn’t my car windshield. The two elevators weren’t working on one night. When I stayed in one of them wasn’t working but when checked out one of elevators still not fixed.

First room we had made beds but the room itself was filthy. Garbage on the floor, no towels, funny smell and dirty microwave. The second room they gave us had old guests food in the fridge no tissue no towels and the lock on the door was hanging on by a thread and we woke up to bite marks on our legs after going to sleep.

Booked for 4 days/3 nights & didn’t even stay for 24hours. Room was filthy & there were dead roaches in the tub & multiple live ones crawling on the headboard. I alerted front desk & checked out immediately. However I have yet to receive a refund even though I was told by Ornella (I believe her name is) that I would. Hotels.com have yet to hear back from the property because they have no intention on giving me my money back. Spoke with an agent that said they reached out to the property 4 times & got no response. Also the hotel is under renovation on several floors (which is something that should’ve been mentioned). 0/10 Beyond horrible experience & I would like a response from management.

Location is great. Next to restaurants, retail and freeways. It’s just old and guest staying were loud at all hours of the night, so you heard everything. We found some dirty underwear in closet and we didn’t have enough toilet paper or towels. Room ac is also outdated and loud, only having a setting from 1-3 for cold or hot, no setting for automatic. Room felt muggy couldn’t sleep. We check out early and went somewhere else.

The manager of this place needs to not be watching cameras so much and making the customers feel uncomfortable about sitting in lobby while they are paying to stay there. Also the need to make sure all the outlets and things in the rooms work properly before renting out room to customers the room I had the outlets were very loose and also my bathroom there was water coming out from an unknown areas during our stay. We also had a strange smell coming out of the A/C unit.

We got a room with double beds. The beds were small and only for enough room for one person. It was very uncomfortable and you couldn't move in the bed without bumping your partner. I did not sleep well the entire 3 night stay. Your room dies nit get cleaned or bed made unless requested the night before which is unheard of. The elevator acted up at one time and we thought we were stuck after going up and down btwn the 2nd and 3rd floor a few times. The continental breakfast was good. They were stingy with giving towels we had to go out and buy some. The price if the room was very affordable. You are within walking distance of surrounding restaurants including Ihop which was great

The room was extremely cold when we got in so I put the air up slightly and when we woke up, the floor was puddled with water from the condensation. It felt sticky and wet the entire stay. Not a comfortable experience. Fortunately we did not have to stay in the room much.

I was assigned a room and when I opened the door there was a couple in bed. As shocked as I was. Terrifying. I quickly left and went to the front desk to advise. Stoic clerk offered no apology or explanation. Simply proceeded to give me another room. Like it was no big deal or surprise. People get shot this way. Terrifying. She took no responsibility and just didn’t care. Amazing.

Do not recommend staying here. The front desk staff were friendly but that was the only good thing about this place. It smells when you walk in the doors, the rooms are dirty annnnd be prepared to have “extra guests” joining you in your room. We needed up packing our bags and leaving to another place because we found multiple roaches in our room. The front desk staff didnt even seem concerned when I told them about the bugs. The next day I received a call from an assistant manager. I didn’t request a call so I thought she was calling to apologize about my experience. I was WRONG! She called to yell at me that I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. I hadn’t even contacted the property or Expedia yet to request one so it was weird that she even called. When I say she was yelling at me I am not exaggerating. She was very hostile and confrontational for no reason. I called and asked to speak with a manager about this but they were “unavailable” to talk with me.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience My stay was ruined due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of a staff member. While my family and I were trying to enjoy breakfast, this woman began yelling at us in front of everyone, telling me to “control your kid” — referring to my 1-year-old son who was simply sitting in a high chair making normal baby sounds as I fed him. She claimed other customers were trying to watch TV, but there wasn’t even a TV on their side. Her tone was aggressive and completely inappropriate, especially in front of young children. She even demanded our room number loudly and disrespectfully, which felt unnecessary and humiliating. The only positive part of our experience was the young man who helped us check in—he was polite, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, because of this upsetting encounter, I will not return to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to anyone else as long as that staff member is employed there.

I recently tried to stay at this hotel and was surprised to learn that they are under new management. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite having paid for my booking online, I was not allowed to check in because they insisted on payment in person only even though their website says otherwise. The staff tried to get me to pay again and cancel my booking on the spot, which was confusing and frustrating since I never received access to the room I had already paid for. I was told to contact the booking service to cancel, but now I’m being told I won’t get a refund. This whole situation was handled poorly and caused me a lot of inconvenience. I hope the new management can improve their processes and communication to avoid issues like this in the future.

I would not stay here again. It was very sketchy and when we arrived police were all over the place. They said it was for a small ‘Incident’. The whole second floor smelled so strongly of weed the entire time. Did not feel safe, could hear yelling in other rooms, a woman walked up and down the hallway looking lost late at night. Food was nearly out at breakfast at only 8:30.

The rooms were clean but the people hanging around outside and the vibe from those people was not safe, for single people maybe but for families with kids you will notice once you go to park on the side of the hotel and I don’t like having to worry if my car is going to get broken into or if I’m going to get robbed. Pay the 20 or $30 more and get a better hotel elsewhere, I won’t be staying there again, also seems a lot of people renting per week there.

Love the location it was so convenient for dinner options or even breakfast with IHOP right next to it. The only issue is the elevator looked kinda rough as if they were going through construction but the worse part was our room. The room was dirty with mask laying around and lighters, floors were even sticky, looked as if they weren’t not thoroughly cleaned. Literally had to request a different room which was much better however the walls you can tell hadn’t been fully painted or something was not complete

Booked two nights, disappointed. Most of the hotel was being renovated. #1 No breakfast even though it stated hot breakfast included. #2 while my room was ‘renovated’ it was falling apart. #3 no hot water in the shower. And #4 the drain to the shower did not work correctly… all in all a very bad selection for a stay. Choose something else, anything else.

This hotel had limited resources nearby. The beds were new but placed on a metal frame that made turning over at night a complete horror. The bathroom was not prime but functional. The complimentary breakfast was very limited.
