Beautiful house with pool in quiet location

We loved our stay. The house was great and the views from the pool area were amazing. Soller is a pretty, lively town to wander into in the evening.

Wonderful villa with great views and lots of outdoor space. Manageable walk into town

The villa is beautiful and well equipped and the pool area is excellent, but the 10 minute (probably a little more) to the centre of Soller is a steep downhill walk down and therefore a steep hill on the return journey. This was not suitable for our son who has some mobility issues and had that been mentioned in the listing we would not have booked. It meant that we stayed in for much of the week. We were disappointed that there was no information folder in the villa giving details of local restaurants, taxis, shops, bins etc which is unusual and is something we have always had in 20 years of renting villas.A basic welcome pack of milk/water etc was not offered or given either and is always much appreciated.Driving around Soller is difficult due to the extremely narrow streets and impromptu road closures, but it is a gorgeous place. Great location, wonderful views of Soller and the surrounding mountains. Short 10-12 minute walk into the center of Soller for restaurants and shops. Uphill walk from the town so may not be suitable for everyone, but it's easy to get a taxi from the town. The property was very clean, rooms are good sized. Kitchen was well equipped for 6 people. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a well appointed villa in a quiet location with lovely views over Soller and down to the coast. There were only two of us so we did not test the facilities to the limit. We stayed just over a week at the beginning of October so the days were shorter and the sun did not get over the hills until after 10. This meant that the unheated swimming pool was refreshing - some may say decidedly chilly. The previous weeks storms had bought mosquitoes so we made greater use of the inside space than expected. Soller is a lovely little town and within easy walking distance and a good starting point for many walks over to Deia and along the valley to Fornalutx. It's narrow streets are quite challenging to drive through but it became easier when we realised that there were mirrors located at blind corners. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
