Goed hotel. Kamer was ruim. Alles netjes onderhouden, ruime parkeerplaatsen op het buitenterrein (garage werd door personeel als te krap beoordeeld). Ontbijt was in buffet vorm maar niet bijzonder uitgebreid (was wel ok).

Good hotel in good location. Our first room had a maintenance issue but we were moved straight away. Opposite one of the locals' favourite restaurants Pizzarte and well located to explore Aveiro on foot although parking available is secure. Everything you need for an inner city hotel.

L’hôtel est bien situé et le séjour a été agréable. Par contre je m’attendais à mieux pour un 4 étoiles. Le tapis au sol était plein de tâches. Je comprends qu’avec la pandémie ce soit compliqué à rénover par contre notre support de papier toilette était cassé et le papier toilette était donc sur le muret derrière et une lampe était défectueuse. Ça par contre ne coute pas cher à réparer. La salle de bain et lits étaient propres ce qui pour moi est le plus important. Le petit-déjeuner était bien aussi.

The room was TINY. Looked absolutely nothing like the photos at all (at the front desk they admitted those photos were simply illustrative and not of the rooms themselves - VERY misleading). There weren’t two twin beds or one double bed like the reservation said; it was a tiny room with ONE TWIN BED. A tough ask for an adult who thought she was checking into a room with a decent sized bed. Having said that, it’s clean and centrally located and everyone was nice. Just know you’re paying for a glorified hostel.

We had an easy Check-In, but we had trouble with the wifi in our room. The front desk showed us how to log in, but when we went back to the room it didn’t work again. Had to call hotels.com because apparently the wifi wasn’t working at all in our sector and they hotel said we couldn’t switch until the following day. After hotels.com’s intervention, they were able to find a room. The breakfast was wonderful, plentiful, varied and had excellent service. Excellent location.

This hotel should not be listed in VIP as I don’t feel any VIP experience. No one mentioned it to me and no perks. It is old and outdated. The best thing is the breakfast, has everything you want, lots of choices.

Very walkable, convenience store close-by. Canal & boats about 10-15 min easy walk. Reakfasr is excellent. Comfortable room-we didn’t have much of a view but didn’t matter as in room to allow. Comfortable bed, crisp linens. Very enjoyable stay Be certain to take one of the boat rides, we did it @ sunset & it was unique. Planned to do a walking tour in am but person cancelled @ last minute.

Hotel muy correcto en todo, limpieza, atención del personal, etc, y en una ubicación excelente. No sabía que era pet-friendly, procuro evitar este tipo de establecimientos porque soy alérgico pero realmente no se notó. Realmente creo que no había huéspedes con mascotas. En definitiva, buena experiencia en este hotel.

O Hotel tem boas condições e é bastante agradável. Numa zona residencial calma, e bem perto do centro, deu para ir a pé e descobrir Aveiro sem pegar no carro. Bons quartos e staff atencioso. Para o valor pago foi excelente.

Sejour Convenable, Petit dej moyen pas d'extra pour avoir un café fait à la machine et non pas un cafe a l'eau. Pas de possibilité d'avoir des œufs au plat bref pas beaucoup de service. Parking souterrain à l'abri inaccessible pour un vehicule moyen. Ascenseurs hors service.... Bref decevant

Einige Dekorationsschäden an Innenausstattung/ Wänden Zimmer/ Bad. Frühstück mit Fertigware aus Supermarkt. Kein frisch gepresster O-Saft. Süßigkeiten, wie Croissant, Gebäck etc. aus Fertigpackungen, keine Dusche - nur Badewanne. Sehr laute Türschließgeräusche der Zimmertüren. Außergewöhnliche gute Orientatiodn/ Info durch Servicepersonal. Sehr freundliches Personal, zentral gelegen und sauber. Toiletten sehr niedrig. Wenig Fernsehprogramme.

Goed hotel. Kamer was ruim. Alles netjes onderhouden, ruime parkeerplaatsen op het buitenterrein (garage werd door personeel als te krap beoordeeld). Ontbijt was in buffet vorm maar niet bijzonder uitgebreid (was wel ok).

Rooms to warm. Aircon not very efficient. Had to have widows open which made it noisy. Could hear doors banging loudly. Carparking was good. Breakfast good. Good position for sight seeing .

This hotel should not be listed in VIP as I don’t feel any VIP experience. No one mentioned it to me and no perks. It is old and outdated. The best thing is the breakfast, has everything you want, lots of choices.

We had an easy Check-In, but we had trouble with the wifi in our room. The front desk showed us how to log in, but when we went back to the room it didn’t work again. Had to call hotels.com because apparently the wifi wasn’t working at all in our sector and they hotel said we couldn’t switch until the following day. After hotels.com’s intervention, they were able to find a room. The breakfast was wonderful, plentiful, varied and had excellent service. Excellent location.

Good first impression, we were early but welcomed and accommodated by friendly, helpful and courteous member of staff. First impression of hotel, clean, luxurious and comfortable. Same with room, scrupuously clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was continental and very well stocked with cereals, fruits, breads, meats, cheeses, teas, coffees, juices, water - excellent variety. It was great to have free garage facilities. Aveiro was a lovely place to explore with camal trips, lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We'd certainly recommend this hotel.
