Great hotel, only downside was the hotel bar prices, the price vs what you got was not Portuguese. But perhaps they do not want bar guests, and there are plenty outside :)

What a lovely hotel only a short walk to the canals. We came by bike and appreciated the underground parkade! Our room was clean, spacious and quiet and had a beautiful large balcony. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were helpful and very professional. We would definitely recommend this hotel!!

I am writing to formally complain about our recent stay at your hotel. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel on two separate occasions to confirm that our room would have both air conditioning and two beds. On both occasions, I was assured that these requests had been noted and that our room would meet these requirements. However, when we arrived, we were given a room with a broken air conditioner and only a small fan to cool the room. The room was extremely uncomfortable, particularly given the warm weather. We immediately went to the reception desk to request a different room. Unfortunately, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available To make matters worse, a member of the cleaning staff informed us that the air conditioner in our room had been broken for quite some time and that the hotel was already aware of the issue. This was especially disappointing, as we had contacted the hotel twice in advance to ensure that we would have a functioning air-conditioned room, yet we were still assigned a room with a known defect. We feel that the hotel failed to deliver the accommodation that was promised and that we were not informed of this issue before our arrival. Had we known the room's air conditioning was not working, we would have made alternative arrangements.

Beautiful hotel situated within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, gondola rides and some sites (including the salt flats). Breakfast was standard, but tasty and perfect if you don't have time to go out to eat.
