Beautiful, spotless room, comfortable beds, very friendly staff.

The room is great and the staff is helpful and wonderful

came from Canada without transportation that Far and you guys took all my money without refunding me a doller. This is why africa has such a bad name.

Staff were really friendly and good food

This resort is an absolute gem. The hotel rooms are exactly as they appear online - incredibly clean, modern and you can tell a lot of care has been taken to give guests the best experience. We stayed for 6 nights and were all-inclusive. Every meal we had, the staff in the restaurant were just so polite, helpful and attentive. Special mentions to Bilal, Rania and Mohamed for all that they did for us. I know my dad was very happy with the chef as well. The entire experience was flawless. My only criticism would be that there was no baby chair in the restaurant. My son is now 11 months old and would not sit in a chair without trying to escape which made mealtimes challenging. The management did assure us that they were getting some high chairs, so hopefully any other families coming with babies wouldn’t have the same problem. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the only thing better than it are the lovely people who work there. Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely be returning with the whole family.
