Wonderful staff. Nice property. The other tourists were also very pleasant. The gym and sauna was great. I had a few treatments. The hotel were very accommodating when I needed to change my room. First day orientation chat would have been helpful in getting to know the hotel and excursions available. Overall, a lovely stay.

The hotel and all is facilities area amazing. The beach area is huge and there are so many pools to enjoy. The sea and jetty for snorkeling is very safe and lifeguards are always on duty. Amazing fishes swim around you, even in the shallows . Highly recommend this place. Kareem, our room caretaker was brilliant and went above and beyond . Absolute gem of a guy! Abu bakr, Mo Salah and Fadhal at the beach were also fantastic, always taking care of you with cold drinks and anything else you need. The animation team was also fab for kids and adults alike. Daily entertainment for all the ages.

The service is second to none. The staff really look after you. The facilities are excellent. The pool area is very quiet. The gym is well equipped with the gym manager Mohammed happy to help with a spot if need be. I would return.

Veldig bra sted. Rent og velstelt overalt. God service og god mat. Bra for snorkling. God sikkerhet med badevakter både ved sjøen og ved bassengene. Godt oppvarmede basseng (30 grader). Veldig fint nå i januar selv om sjøen fremdeles er 24 grader.

My family of 4 stayed at Sunrise for 8 nights in December throught he New Year. The property is huge and beautiful! Staff work hard to keep guests entertaining with tons of activities aside from the pool and snorkeling. The property is gorgeous. There are flowers everywhere and everything is pritone and clean. Its unbelievably that the hotel can service so many guests at this level. When they say all inclusive they mean it. There is ample food and drink at every turn. Food at the main restaurant is yummy and plentiful and there are 4 a la carte restaurants that you can dine in (also inclusive). Cons: 1) No beach. Photos are deceptive. There is no beach so you need to bring water shoes because the propertytakes you directly into coral. The red sea os crystal clear, you can see fish from the shore. Snorkels and equipment is not included so bring you own. 2) while there are a ton of dining options on the property its near impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants. We only got 1 reservation the entire time. I felt very disappointed-- we even tried calling the concierge but they didnt help. We were sick of the main buffet restaurant selection by the end of our stay and had to leave the property to get some variety. 3) Filty bathrooms. The family room is no frills. Theres no decore and rhe bathrooms have alot of mildew. The hotel is relatively new but somehow the bathrooms look dated and dirty.

The property is amazing whether you are staying as a couple or a family. Very nice dining options, excellent dive center and many pools to choose from. The staff was very friendly and especial shout to Patti at the Royal Club restaurant. She was amazing and went out of her away for everyone to make them comfortable. Kudos!

The property was amazing and we had the room which was part of the Royal Club with butler Service. A special shout out goes to Nour who was our butler and made the most amazing surprise dinner for my wife by the beach side. Another worthy mention to all the following you went above and beyond for us: Royal club: Tarek Mohammed Tamer Abhdul altaweb Oasis pool: Lifeguard Ahmed Yusef waiter Muhammad waiter Nour Ahmed from housekeeping Atlawab Just can not fault the hotel because even the kid activities and beach was amazing. The choice of multiple pools and assistance at the pool by the waiters was phenomenal ! definitely would visit again

Hotel is nice, quiet and a lot of activities but it would have been much better if the swimming pool for the swim up rooms is heated. Otherwise no point in paying more for swim up rooms. Special thanks to staff at the beach bar, the deluxe swim up area pool staff, room service guy and the boat driver are the best. We stayed in room 4103.

Beautifully laid out hotel. Super pools all heated. Speciality restaurants good, but difficult to book. Buffet breakfast and lunch very good. New years eve gala, food, staff & entertainment excellent. The only disappointment was our swim up room (block D4) had no sunshine on it at all. Whereas, opposite in block D2) had sunshine all day. Just felt we were a little disadvantaged, so remember to ask. Staff were all so attentive. Too many names to recall, but Ehab especially really looked after us every day. What a lovely smiley man too. Definitely book the Thai, Indian restaurants if you can, and also the Mongolian - Water fall grill. The latter is outside so not overly warm over Christmas/New year period. Our rooms were very nice, spacious, well stocked, just 100 steps away from the main buffet area, and 130 steps from the reception. If you struggle walking, I would definitely consider a flatter property. Although there was a hotel bus that runs around the perimeter of the hotel every 10 minutes. Reception area and Churchill bar were lovely. Lots of seating. Good drinks/cocktails.

Resort estremamente pulito confortevole , buoni ristoranti con estrema disponibilità del personale Ristorante italiano basilico buono ma ...e a noi la colazione li non è piaciuta assolutamente Piscina con acqua riscaldata che a gennaio va molto bene. Animazione non stressante presente ma veramente molto soft. Spettacoli alla sera carini ma veramente apprezzati i cantanti e suonatori di chitarra e violino durante tutti i pasti . Purtroppo una nota un pochino dolente è la spiaggia piccola completamente in ombra al pomeriggio almeno a gennaio

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Sunrise Arabian. The resort is kept super clean and perfectly maintained every single day. The staff is lovely, kind, helpful, we are glad for the choice! Thank you Fadel for your welcome every morning, thank you to the all the restaurants staff, Hossam the best! I super recommend this place!

Very nice areas, nice pool and pool areas. Nice and service minded personnel. The quality of the restaurants were not good. The Mongolian restaurant was good but Indian and Thai were really low quality. The room was not in a great shape. Broken lamps, broken taps and not super cleaned.

Positive- The room was cleaned everyday. The young man was respectful and worked hard. The buffet restaurant had exceptional food. The manager outside in the patio area where the music was performed did an outstanding job, always responding to our requests kindly. Good service with the sack lunches- appreciated that the fruits were washed with filtered water. Negative- Horrible check in reception- waited for the room , 45 minutes, yet did not tell us. They did not tell us anything about the place- did not know about the free restaurants and did not know about the free liquor choices.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Everything you could want here, beautiful position on the ocean. Only downside is that it is an extremely large property and vertical so there are a lot of stairs and walking but they do provide shuttle buses. Rooms are well appointed with everything you would want and extremely comfortable beds - completely quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

お水やジュースの補充がたくさんあり大変助かりました。 ただ、私たちの部屋にバスタブがなかったのが残念です。 レストランは何個かあるのですが、ビュッフェ形式のものはほぼ内容が同じ。位置は隣合わせなので、あんまりメリットを感じませんでした。ビュッフェでないところは予約がいるようで、その辺りも記載がなかったのでわかりませんでした。結局レストランは毎日同じところのビュッフェに通いました。

Beautiful property, absolutely fantastic staff, we had a swim up room which was so wonderful. The food was good, breakfast was vast and varied. The upkeep of the property was amazing. Very happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

My family of 4 stayed at Sunrise for 8 nights in December throught he New Year. The property is huge and beautiful! Staff work hard to keep guests entertaining with tons of activities aside from the pool and snorkeling. The property is gorgeous. There are flowers everywhere and everything is pritone and clean. Its unbelievably that the hotel can service so many guests at this level. When they say all inclusive they mean it. There is ample food and drink at every turn. Food at the main restaurant is yummy and plentiful and there are 4 a la carte restaurants that you can dine in (also inclusive). Cons: 1) No beach. Photos are deceptive. There is no beach so you need to bring water shoes because the propertytakes you directly into coral. The red sea os crystal clear, you can see fish from the shore. Snorkels and equipment is not included so bring you own. 2) while there are a ton of dining options on the property its near impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants. We only got 1 reservation the entire time. I felt very disappointed-- we even tried calling the concierge but they didnt help. We were sick of the main buffet restaurant selection by the end of our stay and had to leave the property to get some variety. 3) Filty bathrooms. The family room is no frills. Theres no decore and rhe bathrooms have alot of mildew. The hotel is relatively new but somehow the bathrooms look dated and dirty.

Hotel is nice, quiet and a lot of activities but it would have been much better if the swimming pool for the swim up rooms is heated. Otherwise no point in paying more for swim up rooms. Special thanks to staff at the beach bar, the deluxe swim up area pool staff, room service guy and the boat driver are the best. We stayed in room 4103.

Beautifully laid out hotel. Super pools all heated. Speciality restaurants good, but difficult to book. Buffet breakfast and lunch very good. New years eve gala, food, staff & entertainment excellent. The only disappointment was our swim up room (block D4) had no sunshine on it at all. Whereas, opposite in block D2) had sunshine all day. Just felt we were a little disadvantaged, so remember to ask. Staff were all so attentive. Too many names to recall, but Ehab especially really looked after us every day. What a lovely smiley man too. Definitely book the Thai, Indian restaurants if you can, and also the Mongolian - Water fall grill. The latter is outside so not overly warm over Christmas/New year period. Our rooms were very nice, spacious, well stocked, just 100 steps away from the main buffet area, and 130 steps from the reception. If you struggle walking, I would definitely consider a flatter property. Although there was a hotel bus that runs around the perimeter of the hotel every 10 minutes. Reception area and Churchill bar were lovely. Lots of seating. Good drinks/cocktails.

Wonderful staff. Nice property. The other tourists were also very pleasant. The gym and sauna was great. I had a few treatments. The hotel were very accommodating when I needed to change my room. First day orientation chat would have been helpful in getting to know the hotel and excursions available. Overall, a lovely stay.

don't often write reviews, but I had to for this experience because it was, in a word, exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every detail was thoughtfully curated and perfectly executed. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a wonderful time. The quality was top-notch. Whether it was the food (incredibly fresh and flavorful), the accommodations (spotless and comfortable), or the final product (exactly what we envisioned), everything exceeded our already high expectations. We really enjoyed our stay with Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. The food was very good: the buffet was amazing particularly the fresh bread and grill, the deserts were okay but I still enjoyed them; the bookable restaurants are not at all authentic but they still offer some tasty food. The drinks weren’t great: beer was good but cocktails were not at all authentic and quite cheaply constructed; however, the coffee was nice but nothing to write home about. The staff were nice and really helpful apart from a few that jokingly suggest you give them tips which makes you feel uncomfortable. The reason we don’t give this 5 star is because the staff around the hotel constantly trying to sell you stuff. They will have no qualms waking you up whilst you sleep to then try to sell you their service; they pretend to be interested in you and friendly and when you say no they quickly show their true character and have no interest in you. The hotel need to protect their guests from this type of behaviour and unfortunately I think we would search for a hotel that didn’t have this issue next time we stay in Sharm.

They were not friendly i asked for late check out but they said they were all booked which is not true, in fact i . I set a new reservation through hotels .com .it charged me for health insurance without a proper warning neither hotels.com nor arabian nights resort were a good choice..

Positive- The room was cleaned everyday. The young man was respectful and worked hard. The buffet restaurant had exceptional food. The manager outside in the patio area where the music was performed did an outstanding job, always responding to our requests kindly. Good service with the sack lunches- appreciated that the fruits were washed with filtered water. Negative- Horrible check in reception- waited for the room , 45 minutes, yet did not tell us. They did not tell us anything about the place- did not know about the free restaurants and did not know about the free liquor choices.

Hard to relax when you must watch your belongings at the pool closely! Our overall decent experience was overshadowed by theft at the pool and poor staff/security response. The snorkeling off the pier was the best part, food was plentiful but very mediocre and they ran out of items 30 mins into dinner and didn’t refill some. The staff were generally helpful and pleasant, but when my sunhat and cover up went missing at the pool, the response was frustratingly incompetent. After returning twice to Guest Services and then waiting over 20 minutes for Security, the response was that the guard wanted to help me search my room. My coverup and hat went missing from the pool & my family looked everywhere around the area because I didn’t want to walk back with nothing on! We knew the exact location and gave a short timeframe. I had to walk back to our room in just a bathing suit and Security’s response was wanting to search my room- which meant they didn’t believe me. The camera footage ultimately showed me arriving with my items at the exact time & then they said they couldn’t see anything else and that theft has never happened at the resort before, and yet, they had a theft report form to complete. So, somehow they had a form ready for theft that never occurs… why? Their response was that they would do nothing about it. For their prices, they could have offered to make this right somehow. I wasn’t being irresponsible by leaving my wrap poolside. Choose elsewhere for these prices!

When i asked for late check out they hid the late check out rate and told me they are all booked and i cant late check out.(my flight was in midnight thats why i wanted to stay until then )which is a lia i had to set a new reservation through hotels .com to stay in the room for 8 more hours which was 156 usd . But the late check out fee was 90 usd. The reception people are lack of english besides they did not listen my concerns .in fact I stayed in the same room after my new reservation.the reception people could have helped me at a cost but they prefer not to. This is not a good customer relations besides open bufet food was cold tasteless with low quality.i do not recomend this hotel at all .i will.pick a better one next time.the good things are about the transport people and room make up workers.

Don’t stay here unless you want your property stolen from your room. I had an Apple Watch taken from my room! When I mentioned this to staff they told me that they could not find the person who took the watch but would refund me for my stay. Months have passed and they refuse to refund the stay or compensate me for the stolen property.

Servizio a 5 stelle. Dal check in al check out. È davvero tutto incluso, compreso minibar in camera, sono tutti disponibili a farti sentire in vacanza. Scaricate indrive per gli spostamenti a prezzi reali,(tipo uber), namabey è a 15 minuti e soho garden a 7. Fuori c’è una piccola passeggiata con negozi locali. il Mare è molto bello servito da un comodo pontile. Torneremo al Piu presto!

The hotel and all is facilities area amazing. The beach area is huge and there are so many pools to enjoy. The sea and jetty for snorkeling is very safe and lifeguards are always on duty. Amazing fishes swim around you, even in the shallows . Highly recommend this place. Kareem, our room caretaker was brilliant and went above and beyond . Absolute gem of a guy! Abu bakr, Mo Salah and Fadhal at the beach were also fantastic, always taking care of you with cold drinks and anything else you need. The animation team was also fab for kids and adults alike. Daily entertainment for all the ages.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Everything you could want here, beautiful position on the ocean. Only downside is that it is an extremely large property and vertical so there are a lot of stairs and walking but they do provide shuttle buses. Rooms are well appointed with everything you would want and extremely comfortable beds - completely quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Très grand complexe (trop grand pour nous) mais complexe très bien entretenu et très propre. La nourriture est très bonne. Les piscines sont très propres et les jardins super bien entretenus. La plage est jolie mais rocheuse. On peut se baigner uniquement à partir du ponton, d’où l’on voit très bien la barrière de corail et plein de poissons. Les points négatifs : lits en 140 et trop durs. Pas de pression dans la douche. Pas de crochets pour pendre les serviettes. Les spectacles sont vraiment bof. Sinon tout est parfait.

Veldig bra sted. Rent og velstelt overalt. God service og god mat. Bra for snorkling. God sikkerhet med badevakter både ved sjøen og ved bassengene. Godt oppvarmede basseng (30 grader). Veldig fint nå i januar selv om sjøen fremdeles er 24 grader.

The hotel was amazing with great customer service. Everyone was very respectful and helpful. Things to note: 1) the hotel doesn’t have a proper beach to swim in, you can only access to the water in a small area. 2) if you have the all inclusive but want to eat in other restaurants but the Buffett, you need to book with 2 days in advance (we were not told that) 3) WiFi isn’t very good and not accessible in the beach.

Struttura molto bella con molti servizi, numerose piscine ,camere grandi e confortevoli, diversi ristoranti disponibili e con grande varietà di menu. Si mangia molto bene. Unica nota stonata la spiaggia, gli ombrelloni non sono abbastanza e con un mare così bello non è possibile che ci sia la possibilità di fare il bagno solo in uno spazio ristretto di 10x10 a riva e in una striscia a largo dopo il pontile. Non si può toccare l’acqua se non nelle aree delimitate, i bagnini sono inflessibili, un vero peccato

Resort estremamente pulito confortevole , buoni ristoranti con estrema disponibilità del personale Ristorante italiano basilico buono ma ...e a noi la colazione li non è piaciuta assolutamente Piscina con acqua riscaldata che a gennaio va molto bene. Animazione non stressante presente ma veramente molto soft. Spettacoli alla sera carini ma veramente apprezzati i cantanti e suonatori di chitarra e violino durante tutti i pasti . We really enjoyed our stay with Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. The food was very good: the buffet was amazing particularly the fresh bread and grill, the deserts were okay but I still enjoyed them; the bookable restaurants are not at all authentic but they still offer some tasty food. The drinks weren’t great: beer was good but cocktails were not at all authentic and quite cheaply constructed; however, the coffee was nice but nothing to write home about. The staff were nice and really helpful apart from a few that jokingly suggest you give them tips which makes you feel uncomfortable. The reason we don’t give this 5 star is because the staff around the hotel constantly trying to sell you stuff. They will have no qualms waking you up whilst you sleep to then try to sell you their service; they pretend to be interested in you and friendly and when you say no they quickly show their true character and have no interest in you. The hotel need to protect their guests from this type of behaviour and unfortunately I think we would search for a hotel that didn’t have this issue next time we stay in Sharm.

Very nice areas, nice pool and pool areas. Nice and service minded personnel. The quality of the restaurants were not good. The Mongolian restaurant was good but Indian and Thai were really low quality. The room was not in a great shape. Broken lamps, broken taps and not super cleaned.

Positive- The room was cleaned everyday. The young man was respectful and worked hard. The buffet restaurant had exceptional food. The manager outside in the patio area where the music was performed did an outstanding job, always responding to our requests kindly. Good service with the sack lunches- appreciated that the fruits were washed with filtered water. Negative- Horrible check in reception- waited for the room , 45 minutes, yet did not tell us. They did not tell us anything about the place- did not know about the free restaurants and did not know about the free liquor choices.

Beautiful property, absolutely fantastic staff, we had a swim up room which was so wonderful. The food was good, breakfast was vast and varied. The upkeep of the property was amazing. Very happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Hard to relax when you must watch your belongings at the pool closely! Our overall decent experience was overshadowed by theft at the pool and poor staff/security response. The snorkeling off the pier was the best part, food was plentiful but very mediocre and they ran out of items 30 mins into dinner and didn’t refill some. The staff were generally helpful and pleasant, but when my sunhat and cover up went missing at the pool, the response was frustratingly incompetent. After returning twice to Guest Services and then waiting over 20 minutes for Security, the response was that the guard wanted to help me search my room. My coverup and hat went missing from the pool & my family looked everywhere around the area because I didn’t want to walk back with nothing on! We knew the exact location and gave a short timeframe. I had to walk back to our room in just a bathing suit and Security’s response was wanting to search my room- which meant they didn’t believe me. The camera footage ultimately showed me arriving with my items at the exact time & then they said they couldn’t see anything else and that theft has never happened at the resort before, and yet, they had a theft report form to complete. So, somehow they had a form ready for theft that never occurs… why? Their response was that they would do nothing about it. For their prices, they could have offered to make this right somehow. I wasn’t being irresponsible by leaving my wrap poolside. Choose elsewhere for these prices!

My family of 4 stayed at Sunrise for 8 nights in December throught he New Year. The property is huge and beautiful! Staff work hard to keep guests entertaining with tons of activities aside from the pool and snorkeling. The property is gorgeous. There are flowers everywhere and everything is pritone and clean. Its unbelievably that the hotel can service so many guests at this level. When they say all inclusive they mean it. There is ample food and drink at every turn. Food at the main restaurant is yummy and plentiful and there are 4 a la carte restaurants that you can dine in (also inclusive). Cons: 1) No beach. Photos are deceptive. There is no beach so you need to bring water shoes because the propertytakes you directly into coral. The red sea os crystal clear, you can see fish from the shore. Snorkels and equipment is not included so bring you own. 2) while there are a ton of dining options on the property its near impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants. We only got 1 reservation the entire time. I felt very disappointed-- we even tried calling the concierge but they didnt help. We were sick of the main buffet restaurant selection by the end of our stay and had to leave the property to get some variety. 3) Filty bathrooms. The family room is no frills. Theres no decore and rhe bathrooms have alot of mildew. The hotel is relatively new but somehow the bathrooms look dated and dirty.

The property is amazing whether you are staying as a couple or a family. Very nice dining options, excellent dive center and many pools to choose from. The staff was very friendly and especial shout to Patti at the Royal Club restaurant. She was amazing and went out of her away for everyone to make them comfortable. Kudos!

Beautifully laid out hotel. Super pools all heated. Speciality restaurants good, but difficult to book. Buffet breakfast and lunch very good. New years eve gala, food, staff & entertainment excellent. The only disappointment was our swim up room (block D4) had no sunshine on it at all. Whereas, opposite in block D2) had sunshine all day. Just felt we were a little disadvantaged, so remember to ask. Staff were all so attentive. Too many names to recall, but Ehab especially really looked after us every day. What a lovely smiley man too. Definitely book the Thai, Indian restaurants if you can, and also the Mongolian - Water fall grill. The latter is outside so not overly warm over Christmas/New year period. Our rooms were very nice, spacious, well stocked, just 100 steps away from the main buffet area, and 130 steps from the reception. If you struggle walking, I would definitely consider a flatter property. Although there was a hotel bus that runs around the perimeter of the hotel every 10 minutes. Reception area and Churchill bar were lovely. Lots of seating. Good drinks/cocktails.

The property itself was great. Huge area, multiple pools and restaurants, loads of activities and a great beach ! The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely helpful especially the lifeguards. All the pools were really lovely and clean, the staff were all very friendly, the food was pretty much what you expect from an all inclusive but I will say the lunch at the Baslico was particularly good. It was good that most of the restaurants were included in the all inclusive, overall great stay and would recommend.

We stayed for a week in one of the rooms looking over the Red Sea in the Posh Club. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were fantastic in every respect. We enjoyed all of the restaurants. The transfers to and from the airport were flawless. The laundry service was outstanding. We definitely would love to come back. Thanks to Hanna, Hassan and many others who made the stay special. The Spa and message therapy was also wonderful.
