All restaurants are overpriced, for Egyptian Sparking wine they charge $80.00 per bottle, In that type of hotel they suppose to serve French champagne, all dinners overpriced, $300 for two pieces of sea bass it’s insane, all resort is large, transportation by golf carts many times late . Also they add a lot of extras to bills , city taxes, and more…, if you pay in US dollars you getting rip off , they getting the worst rates.

Difficile da descrivere in poche righe l’eccellenza di questo resort: spiaggia, servizio, ristoranti, bar, spa e palestra : tutto impeccabile! Il prezzo è commisurato al trattamento (da vera principessa) che mi è stato riservato. Sicuramente alto rispetto ad altri resort a 5 stelle di Sharm, ma unico nel suo genere e in linea con il prestigio della catena Four Seasons!

The property was immaculate! So well kept and staff was so professional! I would absolutely stay at this resort again. Very classy and pristine. I would like to mention Mr. Tamer and Mohamed Zordok were beyond professional and made the stay beyond worth while. Sad to have to leave a bad review for my favorite hotel brand, but this was not a good experience. I often found myself wondering whether this was actually a real Four Seasons. The brand is set apart by the quality of its service and that quality was really lacking here. In particular, the room service/in room dining staff, the staff at Waha, and the beach club staff were not up to standard. Lots of sullen expressions, wrong orders, bad attitudes -- it often felt like they did not want me there. The signature warmth and attention to detail were really missing. The messaging team behind the app was not great either -- unanswered messages, weird tone, etc. Check in was also unpleasant -- we were asked to have a seat to wait for a receptionist and told that someone would come get us when one was available. We were promptly forgotten and then had to wait behind people who arrived after we did. The property itself was picture perfect but is showing its age -- water stains to the artwork in the bathroom, chipped enamel in the tub, etc. Also the towels we were given on the beach had yellow stains. Either the towels need to he replaced or we were given used towels by the beach staff. This was at Reef beach. A few positives: the Arabesque, Bullona, and Luna staff were great. Abdel at Arabeqsue/Bullona and Eslam at Luna were real standouts who exemplified the excellent service that 4S is known for. My compliments and thanks to them. The spa staff were great too, especially Hassan.

Overall the stay was a 10/10. Rooms were brand new and extremely fresh & hi tech. Food was very good and the resort has a very big property which prevents you from feeling in an overcrowded place. Only luxury resort in sharm.

The grounds are exceptional. Overall, the premises are great. Rooms could do with some love and good was not as good as the hype, a little disappointing in reality. 5 star grounds, 4 4-star amenities, 3-star food and rooms. The concierge was excellent. The surrounding area wasn't nice

Exceptional all the way. This is a terrific hotel with beautiful new and modern rooms, attentive staff and exceptional facilities. No wonder it gets such a high rating from others. Food is also terrific, as is the service that comes with it. You definitely get what you pay for! It’s a treat. Looking forward to returning.

bad goest arrival procedure. it was quite insulting to be forced out of a taxi by the hotel entrance, wait in a shed next to a guard dog, under extreme heat waiting for a golf cart for 15 minutes to get to reception. check in process took another 15 minutes, we were the only ones there. no rush. We did not subscribe to that.

A great relaxing trip - it was our 4th visit so we knew the property well. Service was excellent and staff really friendly. Only observation was the eco side of things: Lots and lots of single use plastic - both in water bottles and bathroom items. With the watre bottles I would suggest removing these and giving guests a refillable (Four Seasons branded) water bottle which could be refilled across the site. Breakfast was excellent!

Very average resort. Food was generally poor in the Italian and Lebanese restaurants and restaurant prices expensive compared to the quality. The infinity pool was noisy and nowhere near as special as other four season proprties. Definitely won't be back
