Good all inclusive hotel, very clean, good service. Nice outdoor areas. Food is good for an all inclusive, don’t expect the best food but is ok. Private beach, big pools, tennis, ping pong, lots of bars. Snorkelling is brilliant!!

Jardines muy bien cuidados, piscinas bonitas, fabuloso arrecife de coral, habitaciones cuidadas y equipadas. Personal agradable en general. Lo que no me gustó: No me gustó la anticuada decoración del restaurante principal, bar de la piscina, y bar de playa. Las hamacas y sombrillas de la playa son mejorables. Cocktails de baja calidad, y todo en vasos de plástico. La animación deja mucho que desear. La música ambiente no ayuda a divertirse. Acaba siendo un Resort demasiado tranquilo y aburrido. Sólo 2 restaurantes en el todo incluido, y además sirven la misma comida. El único restaurante temático italiano es de pago. La comida del restaurante no es mala, aunque con nula variedad de pescados. No hacen carnes a la plancha al momento, ya que todo lo sirven cocinado. La única comida en directo es pasta. A las 23h cierran el bar de la piscina, y solo queda la opción del bar del lobby, el cual solo sirve alcohol hasta las 00h, a partir de esa hora, es de pago. No hay servicio de Bus gratuito al pueblo, y el precio de sus taxis es abusivo.

The hotel staff were exceptional in every way from cleaners, waiters, bar staff , chefs, spa massage ladies, entertainment, ground staff to reception and security. Managers went out of their way to say hello and ensure that you were looked after. They employ people who can speak different languages. Activities and amenities for children also very good. Food was excellent, clean and they had a good variety of dishes every day , including breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Rooms were cleaned daily, with the cleaners making sure you are left water and replenished toiletries every day. We had an iron brought to the room, laundry weighing luggage options. The staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was updated to a family room with English movie and sport channels. You can use the Indrive app to book taxi at the local rates which was fraction of the cost the taxi drivers quote. We felt safe in the hotel . Airport is a little basic in sharm el sheikh and make sure you take a pen to fill out the immigration forms, otherwise the airport staff want to charge you. We enjoyed the heated swimming pools. Most other resorts don’t have the heated pools so I never go in for long as I get cold feet cramp's. They don’t take tips for the staff individually, I liked way tips are put in a box and they are shared among staff. I would now come here yearly. Better than the turkey , morrocco and Tunisia resorts I’ve been too. For Christmas it was decorated really nicely.

Catena Jaz sempre apprezzata. Attenti alla sostenibilità. Camera nel blocco centrale spaziosa e comoda. TV con canali italiani. Cibo migliorabile per l’italiano medio ma sufficientemente ampio. Abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente il ristorante più lontano. Spiaggia ok anche se raggiungibile con 137 scalini. Uniche pecche: assenza di bagni in spiaggia e bar e docce che rimangono sul tratto per arrivare al mare. Tutto il personale professionale e sorridente. Non di poco conto il Wi-Fi in spiaggia. Molto apprezzati i cocktail del bar della hall e i gelati confezionati compresi nell’all-inclusive. Uno dei punti migliori per il tramonto. Animazione scarsa.

Torno a Sharm dopo qualche anno e scelgo questo resort che mi attira per il comodo accesso in mare dalla spiaggia. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Resort meraviglioso, piscine top, pulizia eccellente, staff sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti, suite ristrutturate di recente, viali e giardini molto curati. Campo da tennis, spa, Jacuzzi vista mare, 5 piscine di cui 2 piacevolmente riscaldate, ampi spazi per prendere il sole. Spiaggia raggiungibile in pochi minuti - sembra lontana ma non lo è affatto anche per chi è pigra come me - il mare cristallino e pieno di pesci vi farà innamorare. Il cibo supera la media, c’è molto della cucina tipica da scoprire e assaggiare. Chi ha nostalgia di casa, di pizza e panini, può scegliere il bar in piscina per un lunch veloce. Un plauso a Carlotta, punto di riferimento in reception per gli italiani e non solo. Cortese, sempre sorridente e prodiga di informazioni. Tutti la adorano! Grazie a Tawlek, che ci accoglieva ogni mattina in piscina ed era sempre attento e vigile sulla sicurezza degli ospiti. Grazie a Mahmoud che si è preso cura di noi e della nostra suite con dedizione! Grazie Jaz, ci vediamo prestissimo! PS. Il WI-FI in camera non vi mancherà ma se proprio vi serve acquistate una sim card egiziana e via!

Bellissima struttura, molto curata e pulita. Il cibo lascia abbastanza a desiderare, come nella media di tutti i resort a Sharm, ma nel complesso la strutture é ottima. I camerieri a volte risultano un po sgorbutici con i clienti, sopratutto se non lasciate mance. La spiaggia è con accesso diretto al mare, ma vi si arriva dopo numerose scale o, in alternativa, una discesa scoscesa. Le sdraio al mare vengono sistemate dal personale, quindi riescono a trovarvi posto abbastanza facilmente. La piscina bella e curatissima, ma qui le sdraio scarseggiano un po, soprattutto per colpa della gente che ci lascia sopra il telo e sparisce per ore

My mother and I stayed at Jaz Fanara for a week and we absolutely loved it. The resort is beautiful, rooms are nice and clean, staff is very polite and friendly, food is tasty and healthy. The beach is a real pearl: the most beautiful water I have ever seen. I wanted to thank in particular Sumaya from customer relationships, she has been amazing and took great care of us throughout the week, she’s a star.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La spiaggia è pulita. La camera che abbiamo scelto (familiare) è spaziosa. Alcune cose però sono da rivedere e non ci hanno soddisfatti. L'acqua dell'hotel è microfiltrata e di pessimo sapore. Il cibo non è all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Pulizia della camera scarsa: mia figlia ha camminato con gli antiscivolo e sono diventati neri. Servizio asciugamani spiaggia: sarebbe consigliabile ritirarli direttamente in spiaggia, vista la lunga discesa da fare ogni volta, e sotto il sole di luglio non è una passeggiata.

Our first room had dirty towels, broken bathroom door and significant noise coming from the outside of the resort. Upon complaining about the room condition, we received a new room but again dirty sheets. We told them we wanted to leave the hotel the following day but they gave us a new room again. Our 3rd room was in a much better condition and facing the pool. The Italian restaurant was a total catastrophe…avoid it as much as you can. The overall service was decent and the staff was very friendly. If you have any expenses added to the room, be aware that at the checkout you cannot pay in Egyptian Pounds unless you a national.

Note positive: mare cristallino, barriera corallina facilmente raggiungibile a nuoto. Spazi comuni e giardini molto curati, ristorante La Gazzella buono e tranquillo. Torta ricevuta in camera per il nostro anniversario molto gradita. Note negative: spiaggia piccola e affollata sempre. Wifi scadente. Personale spesso scortese e non molto disponibile. Pulizia basica e non conforme ad un 4 stelle. Camera superior buia con bagno un po' datato.

Lovely all inclusive property including all meals, drinks, activities. Wonderful staff. I felt perfectly safe as solo woman traveler. Some downsides… a bit far so any off site dining or similar requires transportation. Food is ok, not great, but cannot complain since it’s included. The hotel promotes itself as green, but so much energy wastage. Room lights were turned on during room servicing and left on all day until I shut them upon return. They had expresso martini included in all inclusive which was my favourite part. Unfortunately their all inclusive expires at 12 midnight everyday which is deceptive. So after 12 you have to pay. Torno a Sharm dopo qualche anno e scelgo questo resort che mi attira per il comodo accesso in mare dalla spiaggia. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Resort meraviglioso, piscine top, pulizia eccellente, staff sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutarti, suite ristrutturate di recente, viali e giardini molto curati. Campo da tennis, spa, Jacuzzi vista mare, 5 piscine di cui 2 piacevolmente riscaldate, ampi spazi per prendere il sole. Spiaggia raggiungibile in pochi minuti - sembra lontana ma non lo è affatto anche per chi è pigra come me - il mare cristallino e pieno di pesci vi farà innamorare. Il cibo supera la media, c’è molto della cucina tipica da scoprire e assaggiare. Chi ha nostalgia di casa, di pizza e panini, può scegliere il bar in piscina per un lunch veloce. Un plauso a Carlotta, punto di riferimento in reception per gli italiani e non solo. Cortese, sempre sorridente e prodiga di informazioni. Tutti la adorano! Grazie a Tawlek, che ci accoglieva ogni mattina in piscina ed era sempre attento e vigile sulla sicurezza degli ospiti. Grazie a Mahmoud che si è preso cura di noi e della nostra suite con dedizione! The staff are passive and distant. The only time they smile is when you offer a tip. Extremely noisy programs every evening making it impossible to sleep. Pressure from staff to promote SPA and activities making it hard to get peace if you just want to take sun.

They had expresso martini included in all inclusive which was my favourite part. Unfortunately their all inclusive expires at 12 midnight everyday which is deceptive. So after 12 you have to pay. The hotel staff were exceptional in every way from cleaners, waiters, bar staff , chefs, spa massage ladies, entertainment, ground staff to reception and security. Managers went out of their way to say hello and ensure that you were looked after. They employ people who can speak different languages. Activities and amenities for children also very good. Food was excellent, clean and they had a good variety of dishes every day , including breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Rooms were cleaned daily, with the cleaners making sure you are left water and replenished toiletries every day. We had an iron brought to the room, laundry weighing luggage options. The staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was updated to a family room with English movie and sport channels. You can use the Indrive app to book taxi at the local rates which was fraction of the cost the taxi drivers quote. We felt safe in the hotel . Airport is a little basic in sharm el sheikh and make sure you take a pen to fill out the immigration forms, otherwise the airport staff want to charge you. We enjoyed the heated swimming pools. Most other resorts don’t have the heated pools so I never go in for long as I get cold feet cramp's. They don’t take tips for the staff individually, I liked way tips are put in a box and they are shared among staff. I would now come here yearly. Better than the turkey , morrocco and Tunisia resorts I’ve been too. For Christmas it was decorated really nicely.

As instalações do hotel são ótimas, muito bem cuidadas e limpas. All inclusive com boas opções de bebidas, inclusive alcoólicas, como vinhos, cerveja, whisky... A vista do mar vermelho é incrível e a praia do hotel é ótima para snorkel, com boa visibilidade. O quarto era confortável e os funcionários muito cordiais e solícitos. Com destaque para o Mohamed da recepção, grande fã do Denilson rs, que foi muito gentil e prestativo conosco até o último minuto da nossa estadia. Com certeza indicamos o hotel e voltaríamos em uma próxima oportunidade.

Merhabalar, biz eşimle birlikte balayı tatilimizi için bu otele gitmeye karar verdik. Sabah 05:00 gibi otele geldik ve çok yorgunduk hemen odayı tahsis etmek için 40 dolar istediler kabul etmedik, odamız için bekledik sabah saat 10:00 gibi odamıza girdik. Ayrıca balayı tatilini yapan çiftler içinde odadan geç çıkma gibi olanaklar sağlanacaktı fakat onun içinde extra ücret istendi. We traveled all the way to sharm el shiekh and this place turned us away because they didn't accept our legal marriage document. Horrible service. The reservation was in my name and they only spoke to my husband. I've never been treated so casually in the hospitality industry. They didnt help us at all, just turned us out on the street after dark and totally ruined our time in sharm.

The man who is at the reception at night was very rude to us when we did the check-in and in the check-out too. He was the same man, at 2:00 a.m in our arrival day and at 00:00 when we left. He shouted at us, and was very unkind. He got ungry because there were more people waiting. He was the only thing wrong in the hotel

I would recommend Jaz. But few of the Egyptian resorts are the '5 stars' often advertised. Nor should one believe the ocean of fake reviews - I'm sure this will drown within them. Most of my criticism probably applies to the majority of resorts in the area. Pros The house snorkeling / reef is world class The property is expertly groomed The common spaces are also lovely Staff is friendly and attentive Food and drinks quality is often good, but can fluctuate Resort size was not overwhelming, nor overly busy (early May) AC works everywhere (sometimes too well) Omelet chef knows his business Cons - - Noise pollution within and without the resort - The beds are hard and pillows are somehow harder - The rooms are outdated - Showers need more water pressure - There should be more info on how to treat the reef To elaborate, there are elements of the Jaz that are superb. We would consider coming again. But some choices we found bothersome and believe would drive certain travelers insane. For example, the level of noise pollution was shocking and ubiquitous. 10am or 10pm, there could be music. Swimming at the reef and you would hear Miley Cyrus' new single battling against the loudspeakers of neighboring resorts. Totally bizarre, and somehow standard across Sharm. ***The fake reviews across Egypt are a big problem. Travel with healthy skepticism. We live in the post truth world. Vendors lose the ability to react to criticism.

Otel denize sıfır ve plajdan girdiğinizde karşılaştığınız balıklar sayesinde tekne turuna gerek kalmadan keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir konumda. çalışan personeller aşırı güleryüzlü çok ilgili resepsiyonda Ahmed, animasyonda Elina, temizlikte Emad ve adını unuttuğumuz tüm personeller keyifli vakit geçirmemiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Sadece balkonlu bir odada konaklamanız tavsiye ederiz odamızda balkon olmadığı için biraz zorlandık. Onun dışında her şey tam anlamıyla mükemmeldi.

Catena Jaz sempre apprezzata. Attenti alla sostenibilità. Camera nel blocco centrale spaziosa e comoda. TV con canali italiani. Cibo migliorabile per l’italiano medio ma sufficientemente ampio. Abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente il ristorante più lontano. Spiaggia ok anche se raggiungibile con 137 scalini. Uniche pecche: assenza di bagni in spiaggia e bar e docce che rimangono sul tratto per arrivare al mare. Tutto il personale professionale e sorridente. Non di poco conto il Wi-Fi in spiaggia. Molto apprezzati i cocktail del bar della hall e i gelati confezionati compresi nell’all-inclusive. Uno dei punti migliori per il tramonto. Animazione scarsa.

Struttura stupenda, accogliente con personale gentile e disponibile. Unico punto negativo è che il villaggio vicino ha la discoteca serale proprio vicino agli alloggi delle famiglie, quindi ogni sera fino alle 23 c'è parecchio rumore.

The hotel is nice and well kept, pool and beach area are very nice as well. No food or drinks service at the beach. The food overall is average specially de breakfast with just a few options and they never change the menu. Lunch was just ok at the buffet. They charge for room service they charge for in room mini bar and specialty dining (only one restaurant available). One star to the alcohol drinks they use unbranded alcohol bottles that taste like fake drinks very poor or no quality drinks at all.

Jardines muy bien cuidados, piscinas bonitas, fabuloso arrecife de coral, habitaciones cuidadas y equipadas. Personal agradable en general. Lo que no me gustó: No me gustó la anticuada decoración del restaurante principal, bar de la piscina, y bar de playa. Las hamacas y sombrillas de la playa son mejorables. Cocktails de baja calidad, y todo en vasos de plástico. La animación deja mucho que desear. La música ambiente no ayuda a divertirse. Acaba siendo un Resort demasiado tranquilo y aburrido. Sólo 2 restaurantes en el todo incluido, y además sirven la misma comida. El único restaurante temático italiano es de pago. La comida del restaurante no es mala, aunque con nula variedad de pescados. No hacen carnes a la plancha al momento, ya que todo lo sirven cocinado. La única comida en directo es pasta. A las 23h cierran el bar de la piscina, y solo queda la opción del bar del lobby, el cual solo sirve alcohol hasta las 00h, a partir de esa hora, es de pago. No hay servicio de Bus gratuito al pueblo, y el precio de sus taxis es abusivo.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, mesmo pq nesta cidade se não ficar em um hotel com praia, a publica é muito ruim. A questões crucial deste hotel e que faz dele ser bem ruim é a comida e a bebida. Eles nao sabem fazer. Desde um simples ovo. Os snacks oferecidos a tarde sao na na verdade hambúrguer e pizza extremamente ressecados. O unico cafe bom é o do bar da piscina. A maquina do café é Nescafe, cafe com gosto de queimado. As bebidas alcoólicas sao horríveis. A comida é sempre a mesma, muito fraca, sem sal. Não recomendo este hotel para tudo incluído

More dining options are necessary because there is only one main restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were incredibly helpful, the place was immaculate and looked like a picture, even down to the level of shaking leaves off trees so they didn't fall on the grass. Pools views and bars were all stunning, Pools were clean and warm , plenty to keep the kids busy in the pool. The reef off the hotel was stunning and teaming with life. Would definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay at JAZ Fanara Resort and would absolutely come back.l! The location is beautiful with incredible views of the Red Sea, and the snorkeling right off the beach was one of the highlights of our entire Egypt trip. The reef was full of colorful fish and the water was crystal clear. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay, but our housekeeper Emad especially stood out. He did an incredible job keeping our room spotless every day and was always friendly and attentive whenever we saw him. Coming back to a perfectly clean room after long days out exploring or diving made such a difference, and his hard work genuinely added to our experience. We also appreciated how convenient everything was — easy access to snorkeling, excursions, Old Market, and Farsha Café while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for a resort in Sharm with a beautiful reef, great service, and a relaxing vibe, I’d definitely recommend JAZ Fanara.

Very clean, professionally staffed and managed, exceptional property location and food was a good value. Would give it a 10 star stay, except for the constant cigarette smoke at every part of the property…lobby, restaurants, drifting into rooms, at the beach. Not sure why people are still allowed to smoke anywhere in public, but in Egypt, this is still acceptable 😳
