Amazing service from Hadeer at front desk. She was so kind and professional. Restaurant and bar was very good. The gym facilities could use more machines and cardio equipment. Overall very pleasant stay

Executive level room and lounge were perfect. Small gym. In the lobby and on some floors people smoke, so the smell in the hotel is not so great.. But I guess it's typical for Egypt... Nice location by the Nile, yet not possible to walk directly along the river.

Outstanding property, supreme location, great restaurants, impeccably clean, and knowledgeable/helpful/friendly/highly-skilled staff. This place is managed by brilliant people. The rooms are comfortable and have beautiful views of the city and/or river. The hotel is within walking distance to the Egyptian Museum. River cruises are just a short walk away. If you have any concerns, the staff work to help you immediately. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want, including western and middle eastern fare. Their gym has everything needed to get a complete cardio and/or strength workout in. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel undergoing renovations We felt very safe there and staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was great. And other restaurants were available at different price points. The roof top bar was amazing.

A very nice hotel. Well equipped and well serviced. Choice of food and drinks was excellent and the staff were amazing. We booked the exec room with lounge access. Well worth the extra as you get free breakfast (no need to book it) and a free happy hour (2 hours) and food in the evenings. It actually works out less expensive in the long run. The onsite restaurants are very good and the view from the top floor restaurant is stunning. The casino is pretty good too. The only downside is the lack of airport shuttle but you can book a taxi through an app for about 6 USD.

This hotel is in a great location and the view of the Nile river is great also has good night club casino en restaurants my only complaint will be that they are remodeling and the rooms from 8 floor down are not in good condition my room was great on the 26 floor is brand new but my brother had to complain because he was at the 4 floor and the was not hot water and the carpets were wet and smells bad but overall good place to stay at Cairo.

The top floor bar was nice, but the hotel is in the middle of renovating the restaurants and rooms so nothing much was available. Has a casino so a lot of locals come here to hang out.

Reception staff at check in was very poor they took passport and took copy and then just kept walking away talking to other other doing other stuff and left us for more than half an hour when we got to our room the bathroom was dirty everything falling apart. No mini bar in room with this service I am not happy after I paid more to stay here as meant to be nice and am very disappointed with this I have the pictures of how dirty the bathroom and unhygienic the room was

Horrible hotel , very dirty, unprofessional staff , horrible service and foods, very unhealthy atmosphere, poor service! It’s not even wort 2 stars! I want to complain about my stay , I was very sick the hole time because the condition, it’s was bugs and spiders webs in the room, they never take the trash for 3 days , the dust is everywhere, the tea pot is rusted ( so dangerous) , my allergies was so bad, the bed sheets were ripped and dirty , I have pictures! I got bits all over my body! Horrible horrible experience

This is a very busy hotel with some lovely staff and I am conscious that it is being renovated, but in the meantime the standard is well below the quality of any Hilton hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world. My room hasn't been cleaned properly, the furniture and fittings are very old and it took 7 hours for the hotel wifi connection to work - despite me following up

Possibly the worst Hilton hotel in the world. First night they gave me a smoking room although I had booked a non smoking. Rooms are in horrible shape, worn and dirty. Food is so so.

Das Hotel ist ist zig Jahren umrenoviert und sieht dementsprechend aus. Mit Hilton hat das nichts mehr zu tun. Jeder Last Minute Bunker in Hurghada ist sauberer und neuer. Das bad ist verschimmelt, die Handtücher untergewaschen und vergraut, die Armaturen seit ewigen Zeiten nicht geputzt. Der Lichtschalter der Nachttischlampe ist schwarz, nicht mehr weiß. Das Zimmer ist zu diesem Preis eine Zumutung.

Vi ble først sjekket inn i et rom på 14 etasje. Her var det utdaterte og gamle slitte møbler, skittent teppe og hår og buser på vegger gulv og badekar! Kjempe ekkelt. Landet midt på natta etter lang forsinka reise så la oss og sov og når vi stod opp viste vi de ansatte hvor møkkete det er. Her var de raske med å endre rom til 20 etasje der alt var nytt og rent og Ranovert. Alle som jobber på hotellet er fantastiske service innstilte og hyggelige! Fantastisk gjeng. Resten av hotellet, resepsjon og uteområde er gammelt og møkkete. Hele gaten utenfor er stengt for corneish vedlikehold og det var ingen fotgjenger felt og utrolig kaotisk og møkkete og farlig å gå ut. Kun 300 meter opp Nilen er alt ranovert og ryddigere. Her burde hotellet oppgi informasjon om at den er midt i bygge helvette utenfor og at det er umulig å gå ut! Eneste positive med hotellet er mat og ansatte! 5 stjerners ansatte i 3 stjerners hotell

I had an amazing view of the Nile River with boats, Tagrir square, Giza pyramids, Cairo tower and Alabaster Mosque. Room was wonderful! Very nice bath and sitting areas.

The hotel is outdated.the elevator was shaking on our way down. The room light wasn't working. The rooms were not ready. The staff was trying their best but there wasn't enough help. It seemed like there were employees who weren't doing anything. Have been to many hilton, this one by far was the worst hilton i have stayed in.

The concierge desk, Mr. Wafa and his colleagues were verry helpfull with information and booking trips. Cleaning was good. The reception was mostley verry bussy and difficult to reach.

The service here was exceptional. The receptionist went out of her way to give us a wonderful room with a view of the pyramids, Nile and Citadel. And she followed up to make sure we were happy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a very old property that badly needs some renovation work. The air conditioner was barely working and we found it uncomfortable even though our stay was in Jan. Beware if you book this property in summer. Super slowww check in and check out process, they seem to be severely understaffed and you may end up waiting long if you happen to be when a tourist bus is there. The bellboys,security and other staff near reception are more keen in getting some tips than anything else. Do not book unless thee are no other options with rooms available. The only good thing is the location is good near Cairo museum and with easy access to old Cairo.

I really loved how sweet the staff was at the Ramses Hilton. We were exhausted when we arrived and didn’t realize the wait for check in would be so long. Thankfully the manager (I can’t remember her name but she was dark haired and lovely) was able to get us checked in straight away after telling her how rough our morning had been. I wish the rooms were a bit more updated but they were clean and the beds were amazing.

Mohammed at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our check-in and entire stay were exceptional. Our early arrival at 6 am was accommodated, although we did have to pay an additional fee for the early check-in. While we would have preferred if it was complimentary like other hotels we've stayed at, we were pleased to receive a complimentary late check-out, which made up for it. One minor hiccup during our stay was a glitch between the hotel's system and the travel booking site. As a result, the hotel manager at reception explained that they had to put a hold on the first night's rate on our credit card in order to provide us with the room key. We were assured that the hold would be cancelled within 15-21 days after our check-out, so we hope that will be resolved smoothly. Despite the ongoing construction at the hotel, the nightly rate should have been cheaper. However, the spacious room and the spectacular river view made up for it. It was truly a treat to wake up to such a breathtaking sight every morning. I must also commend the housekeeping lady on the 16th floor. She did an outstanding job and her friendly demeanor truly made a difference. Daily we’ve enjoyed freshly prepared desserts at the lobby, accompanied by a talented live piano performer. It created a delightful ambiance and added to the overall experience of our stay. Additionally, the hotel's restaurants offered good food.

Se suponía que el upgrade no tenía cargo y aún así me cobraron $50US además había pagado las cenas y resultó que la última me la cobraban adicional, además todas las bebidas incluyendo el agua natural tenían un cargo adicional. El personal del front desk al hacer el check-in me ofreció el upgrade y las cenas con el cargo, nunca mencionó que serían tipo buffet y que el agua tenía costo. El hotel está bonito pero las políticas del hotel son muy abusivas, yo no volvería a reservar con ellos.

NICE LOCATION ON THE NILE RIVER, 8 Minute Walk to the MUSEUM and not too far from the PYRAMIDS. The staff was very friendly and 24HR GOVT BANK OF EGYPT was inside the hotel.Also It is very safe to book a Taxi from the hotel to the Airport at their counter.

The staff took very good care of us, the room clean and completely functional. We had everything we needed for a goods night sleep. We were warned about eating food at local restaurants, so ate most of our meals at the hotel and did not get sick. The portions were very generous. The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars is it sits on the corner of a very busy intersection, so crossing the street to walk the two blocks to the museum is like playing "frogger". I recommend, crossing with a group of locals until you get a hang of it. There are no street lights, or pedestrian crossings in Cairo and it's especially bad around this hotel. But once you get across this street, the neighborhood is easy to navigate and felt safe; after my heart stopped pounding from the crossing.

A comfortable hotel with excellent service. The location seems perfect as it's by the Nile and near the museum of Egypt. However the hotel is surrounded by a network of dual carriageways which are almost impossible to cross unless you are a confident local.

Close to the old Egyptian Museum but hard to get by foot. The nearness was one big reason we chose this hotel. Crossing street is very exciting because there are no zebra crossings and cars drive fast. There is also nothing else interesting near. You need to take car just to avoid those crossings. The hotel itself is good everyway, would give 5 stars, but next time I would choose another hotel so it was easier walk around.

Service was great. Breakfast was a terrific buffet. Staff took good care of us. The room was clean. some stuff needed repair, and something really confused me. I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd.
