From the moment we arrived at Royal Maxim Palace Kapinski until we left 6 days later we were treated like family. The concierge arranged our lost baggage to be delivered to the hotel and helped us plan a Nile dinner cruise. The restaurants, particularly Lucca, have 5 star menus. The spa experience was one of the better ones I have had and prices were reasonable. The staff on the whole goes out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is top rate. No complaints.

It wasn't bad until the evening. They made the children get out of the pool at 7:00. They told me it was for people to have peace and quiet. Then they fired up the amplifiers to 14. They didn't have any speakers bigger than 2-in tweeters. For those who know music understand this is ear piercing. The noise that was coming from the center of the hotel. Should have shattered all the windows. To stay in such a luxurious hotel and have such horrific high-pitched screech coming from the center. Is just unheard of. I counted the people that were down there. There was more staff vendor was guest. 15 guests to be exact. And about 25 staff.

I was booked for two nights without breakfast. The hotel called me an hour before to confirm if I needed any extra assistance which was super appreciated really made me feel welcomed. I was greeted by Mr. Karim Ibrahim at the reception, he was very professional & genuinely helpful. He made the checkin process very easy, he gave me a double room upgrade & also added breakfast at no extra cost. I was then taken to my room by Ms. Sabryn one of the ladies in red (A Kempinski thing) this was the true VIP experience. I was also greeted by Ms. Ieva who told me to let her know if I need any assistance with anything. Every inch of the room was spotless, The room had a Nespresso machine (typical for every room). I tried their breakfast which was perfect had healthy options as well as your normal buffet items. The restaurants were clean and very relaxing. The vibe restaurant is open 24 hours which I made use of it on a couple of occasions. All the staff will always greet you and offer any help if you need it. The director of housekeeping Mr. Abdou greeted the next day & asked if the room was missing anything or if I need anything else. This hotel really knows the meaning of pampering and relaxing their guests. I had a small complaint which was dealt with right away and in a very professional manner. The room also had a rich fruit plate & a full sleeve of Nespresso pods (this was extra but very appreciated). I also tried their spa which is one of the best I have ever experienced.

This is my third stay at this property and I absolutely love it. Service is amazing and staff is wonderful . Property is clean rooms are comfortable and spacious delicious coffee in room as well. The manager at breakfast was awesome he was so accommodating and professional

Thank you very much for your hospitality during my recent stay. Overall, I was generally satisfied and truly appreciate your efforts. However, I would like to share a few points for improvement, in the hope that they may be helpful. First, the replenishment of amenities and towels was somewhat inconsistent. As a result, I had to leave messages to request items when needed. Second, at checkout, I had to call for a porter twice and waited more than 15 minutes in total, which was quite stressful, especially when preparing to depart. Additionally, I believe that an elevator should be installed in the annex building where I stayed. It appeared to be physically demanding for the porters to carry luggage, and it was also inconvenient for guests. Aside from these points, I was mostly satisfied with my stay. I sincerely hope these matters can be improved in the future, and I wish your hotel continued success. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

Room on ground floor- sounded like a bowling alley immediately above us Lucca restaurant charged service plus 3 fees, amounting to 30% extra fees on top of food. Had to ask for water 3 times. Poor and slow service. Dietary listings on menu not correct . Didnt like that 3 year old was crying Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor

I chose this hotel for a relaxing getaway, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The rooms were not clean upon arrival, and when I requested an upgrade, I was told it would come at an additional cost. Each room was located in a separate building, which was very inconvenient for us as a family wanting to stay close together. The rooms were extremely small and cramped. In one of the rooms, the TV wasn’t working, and it took the staff nearly an hour to fix it — constantly going in and out, which disrupted our time. Additionally, one of the rooms didn’t even have a mirror, except for the one in the bathroom — which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families looking for comfort and relaxation.

The pictures on the booking page were very promising. Everything is looking old and shabby. Everywhere noice from outside. I’m very disappointed even more for the price I was paying. Bed was good and breakfast as well. But this hotel isn’t recommended for a relaxing stay. Stuff did a great job, especially when a tip was given.

WOW!!!!! This hotel is a five star experience. It was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet was insane. So many different selections. Staff was so attentive the hotels absolutely gorgeous and the rooms so beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!!!! it was taught large at such a great price.

worst experience ever they delegate the whole area to security people without changing my room or even informing me. the security knocked my door, when ever I open the door 2 guys standing on front of my door and 7 - 8 people in the corridor. when I escalated to hotel, they started taking action and change my room. From the moment we arrived at Royal Maxim Palace Kapinski until we left 6 days later we were treated like family. The concierge arranged our lost baggage to be delivered to the hotel and helped us plan a Nile dinner cruise. The restaurants, particularly Lucca, have 5 star menus. The spa experience was one of the better ones I have had and prices were reasonable. The staff on the whole goes out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is top rate. No complaints.

I was booked for two nights without breakfast. The hotel called me an hour before to confirm if I needed any extra assistance which was super appreciated really made me feel welcomed. I was greeted by Mr. Karim Ibrahim at the reception, he was very professional & genuinely helpful. He made the checkin process very easy, he gave me a double room upgrade & also added breakfast at no extra cost. I was then taken to my room by Ms. Sabryn one of the ladies in red (A Kempinski thing) this was the true VIP experience. I was also greeted by Ms. Ieva who told me to let her know if I need any assistance with anything. Every inch of the room was spotless, The room had a Nespresso machine (typical for every room). I tried their breakfast which was perfect had healthy options as well as your normal buffet items. The restaurants were clean and very relaxing. The vibe restaurant is open 24 hours which I made use of it on a couple of occasions. All the staff will always greet you and offer any help if you need it. The director of housekeeping Mr. Abdou greeted the next day & asked if the room was missing anything or if I need anything else. This hotel really knows the meaning of pampering and relaxing their guests. I had a small complaint which was dealt with right away and in a very professional manner. The room also had a rich fruit plate & a full sleeve of Nespresso pods (this was extra but very appreciated). I also tried their spa which is one of the best I have ever experienced.

However, I would like to share a few points for improvement, in the hope that they may be helpful. First, the replenishment of amenities and towels was somewhat inconsistent. As a result, I had to leave messages to request items when needed. Second, at checkout, I had to call for a porter twice and waited more than 15 minutes in total, which was quite stressful, especially when preparing to depart. Additionally, I believe that an elevator should be installed in the annex building where I stayed. It appeared to be physically demanding for the porters to carry luggage, and it was also inconvenient for guests. Aside from these points, I was mostly satisfied with my stay. I sincerely hope these matters can be improved in the future, and I wish your hotel continued success. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

WOW!!!!! This hotel is a five star experience. It was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet was insane. So many different selections.
