I had to extend my stay in Egypt & without Hesitation I pick to stay here at the Villa again & And this time I had more time to explore the hotel facilities.They have a wonderful pool, Hot tub a sona and steam room, all upon request & easly done through the front desk, staying here is like being home away from home really very friendly staff , Abdallah & Rana from house keeping thank you for keeping everything clean & tight great team work . Mr Hesham GM, the man behind the curtains that makes it all happen thank you for keeping up with me Great job thank you for making my stay easy & comfortable. Good luck guys keep up the good work

The pool was absolutely amazing, Fresh breakfast on a buffet basis, The staff are absolutely brilliant. Mariam at the reception is amazing and always goes out of her way to help and assist. There is an outside seating area which is divine in the evenings.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis don’t like picking up jobs in the area (but honestly this happened a lot this summer in Cairo compared to other summers, unsure why!), and there was a plumbing issue where the faucet leaked lots (and was fixed promptly), like I said, it is an older property it seems. It is a pretty good size property and its secure as there are people at the gates checking who comes in and out. The garden cafes cute, and the lobby is home-y. I think the best part was the people who worked here, and I am appreciative of their work!!

This place is Exceptional from all aspects, if you in town for business or just need to be in this area it doesn't get any bettet , I travel to egypt a lot I've been to 4 stars hotels that doesn't stand a chance to compete with Villa 604 , i booked three night to finish by business in the area & was planning to transfere to another hotel after my business is finished but i extended my stay because i know to find a better place it would have to be a 5 star hotel which i dont need to pay for , Villa 604 is a highly recommended if you are in new cairo for business or looking for a responsible priced hotel to offer a great B&B & their room service food was very Good also , They are friendly helpful staff with a spotless rooms. Thank you Villa 604

Great property, but in the middle of nowhere. If you just want a retreat from it all, this place is for you! Beautiful big clean room and nice shower. But you need a car or Uber, there is nowhere to walk to.

The staff were so friendly and nice. Room was amazing. I'd like to thank them and specifically the front desk for their quick responses for any inquiries or questions. Also, I'd like to thank them for weaving the charges of water bottles, however it wasn't expensive but I appreciate their response and cooperation so much. Good customer service, very clean, simple and tasty breakfast. Have to wait longer for taxis as uber driver can't find the hotel. For some reason the hotel doesn't allow guests in room.

I stayed a month. The entire staff was accommodating. The one flaw would be, I zeroed out my balance daily. Day of my departure, 3am, a 'front desk person', I had yet to have met, said i had an outstation bill of $25... I purposely zeroed out my 'balance due' the night prior, knowing I was leaving early. I give my time and money to organizations around the world. When people try to steal from me... I take particular offense. His behavior did not reflect on the rest of the staff.

This is a very beautiful hotel that is VERY difficult to get a taxi too. Unfortuantely the gate nearby doesn't let you through, and you have to go about 2kilometers around some backroads.

Calling this property luxurious , is a OVERSTATEMENT! Paper cups, limited menu 4 dishes. Breakfast was less than adequate. Fridge turned off. No minibar. Had a meal, served by a sourly waiter, drink in a can, no glass… WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Ftlrom administration to employees dont function at all. The place was soo far feom everything, uber got lost. Some of the guest. Are half naked.i was very saddebed breakfast was not available half time and when the chef showed up haf an attitude. Not whatbi was expecting
