The bathroom was filthy. The hotel is not suited to non Muslims, I felt uncomfortable. Men and women can not use the spa facilities together. There are a lack of signs so you cant dind anything- we never found out where breakfast was. My 12 year old son wanted a sauna and he had to wear all his clothes in it which is not safe or enjoyable, it also melted his t-shirt. The childrens play area by the Eqyptian resturant is not safe, the plastic has got brittle in the sun and my 5 year was playing on it and a section broke which meant he fell. He was complaining of a sore arm amd once back in the UK I took him to the hospital and its broken.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the property is very well maintained. The room was comfortable and very clean. There was a lot of variety for breakfast with some changes each day, which is nice. There are also at least 5 different restaurants/cafes which for us was convenient. The staff were very responsive whenever we needed anything. We would stay at Al Masa again.

The Hotel is not suitable for Wheelchair bound people at all, they should think about this, we were given a room in a different building from the reception and restaurant, it was a mission each time we wanted to go to the restaurant or reception to board a Taxi, there were raised door entries and steps everywhere no slopes or Wheelchair ramps. Most of the staff were very pleasant especially Muhammad Salah in the restaurant. Would stay again, but would not recommend to a Wheelchair user.

Very clean , Nice customer service, this hotel has 2 main buildings, beautiful lobbies, nice pool area and 5 very good restaurants, a cinema, gym , bowling area and nice gardens, Hotel situated in a. Ice area I will come back here next I come to Cairo for sure!

Amazing stay i was threaled by the hotel, it should be named a resourt or compund the landscape is out of this word and the facilities are perfect including the Lebanese restuarant Vila Beirut, the seafood restaurant Murjana, and also the cinima and bowling buildings.

Le cadre est très beau. Le parc magnifique. L'entretien et la propreté des équipements laissent à désirer. A monstrously decadent grand building full of Africa princes and wedding guests. Wonderful reception areas very grand. The rooms are functional and more corporate but lacking a desk to work at - chair/desk at wrong height and clustered with coffee making facilities. Bathroom was great, but a little tired and the shower wasn’t wide enough, even for a skinny lad. Nice balcony and lovely grounds in gated compound. Didn’t seem to be near anything interesting.

Amazing stay! The staff is so friendly here both to locals and to foreigners. To me it seems that they feel they are doing a service to their country by working in the hotel and take the job seriously. There are so many activities to do in just the hotel alone and the views are stunning. I really did not want to leave. The rooms however could be a little better. They are clean and comfortable they just don't seem nearly as well maintained as the rest of the hotel.

Horrible!!! Stayed during the last few days of Ramadan, there were parties every single night till 3-4AM, rooms aren’t sound proof. There’s no constant stream of hot water, took at least 10-15 min each time for hot water to start trickling, there’s even a time where we didn’t have any water at all! The wall on top of the bed was padded and the pads fell on us while sleeping!!! Rooms aren’t well kept at all and needs massive maintenance, the only thing they took care of is the exterior. After ramadan finished, weddings started and again full blown noise till 1AM each night! Horrible experience, would never book there again.

They canceled my booking, found it but gave me another room. Shower was not working so they had to change the room again! All services are bad, breakfast buffet is so poor (food is dry), the room iron ruined my shirt! Not worth any cent paid there!

Esperienza deludente – attenzione ai costi extra! Ho pagato 50 € per un servizio taxi organizzato dall’hotel, ma la stessa tratta con Uber costava solo 6 €. Inoltre, ho pagato con carta 380 lire egiziane per il minibar, ma mi sono accorto successivamente che mi avevano addebitato l’importo in dollari, quindi molto più alto. Sono già passate due settimane e non sono ancora riuscito a ottenere il rimborso per l’importo indebitamente addebitato. ⚠️ Consiglio: controllate bene i pagamenti e i prezzi dei servizi extra prima di accettarli!

We loved our stay at the Al Masa. The property is a peaceful respite from the chaos of Cairo. Easy access to the Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Coptic and Islamic Cairo; and more. Breakfast was incredible.
