The A/C was not very cold. They did have a sign posted in the room that said it didn't go lower than 24 Celsius (75.2F) My husband commented on it at the front desk and they provided an oscillating fan which helped a little.

Las camas tienen colchonetas casi que se camping, muy incomodos, adicional que tienen control del aire acondicionado en mas de 24 grados donde por la ubicación de la cama ni roza mientras duermes una agonia dormir ademas que avanzada la noche parece que reducen aun mas el aire acondicionado. Destaco el desayuno de resto para no volver.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, porém o ar condicionado não funciona, mesmo ligado ele não gela e a temperatura no quarto fica próxima aos 30 graus, acordamos várias vezes durante a noite suando. O chuveiro não estava esquentando muito bem e tive que tomar banho frio. Não tem porta no box então o banheiro fica encharcado após o banho. Fora isso, a limpeza estava ok.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, porém o ar condicionado não funciona, mesmo ligado ele não gela e a temperatura no quarto fica próxima aos 30 graus, acordamos várias vezes durante a noite suando. O chuveiro não estava esquentando muito bem e tive que tomar banho frio. Não tem porta no box então o banheiro fica encharcado após o banho. Fora isso, a limpeza estava ok.

Ibis is a short walk to town centre for dining and attractions. Directly opposite is the beautiful riverfront park. Only thinh to be mindful of is the very tight, steep access to the car park. Its a little nervewracking!

O hotel foi razoável, diria que é um dos piores Ibis que já fiquei, mas ainda é um Ibis, então o padrão de qualidade foi ok. Atendimento e limpeza OK também. Ponto ruim é a garagem de veículos, entrada e saída super complicada para veículos maiores.

Único problema foi o ar condicionado. Fez calor na noite em que passamos no Íbis e não conseguimos ligar o ar no quarto. Quando ligamos para a recepção, fomos informados de que eles deixam desligado o ar na central para ninguém ligar, uma vez que que a opção quente ou fria não é individual, é para o hotel inteiro.

Único problema foi o ar condicionado. Fez calor na noite em que passamos no Íbis e não conseguimos ligar o ar no quarto. A very standard, albeit dated, Ibis property. Do not expect any magic and you won’t be disappointed. The room was very basic but functional; rather clean (though there were crumbs left under the bed and the shower had some old stains). We had a room turned away from the river (with a view of the city), and it was very quiet at night. Wifi works like a charm. My only qualm is the shower - water pressure was very weak.

Les chambres bien que confortables méritent une rénovation pour correspondre aux standards Ibis. Une équipe très agréable et pro tout au long de mon séjour cette semaine. Le restaurant disponible à tout moment est un vrai plus et l’offre petit-déjeuner est complète. Je recommande.

Primeira vez que o Ibis deixou a desejar. Box entupido, água acumulando durante o banho, molhando o banheiro inteiro. Vazamento no vaso sanitário, água escorrendo 24horas do dia. Ao acordar tive a grata surpresa de ter uma minhoca ou algo parecido na minha cama. Lastimável. Pela primeira vez, posso dizer: na dúvida não fique no Ibis.

We loved the location, just a few minute walk to the main part of old town and just under the university. Part of the road and park in front were under construction so that limited convenient access to the riverfront park (nothing to do with the hotel). We had a Citroen 9 pax van and getting it in/out of the parking garage was VERY nerve racking and do not recommend trying to get a van in or out. Small/medium cars should be no problem. Rooms are very small and difficult to get comfortable with 2 travelers and luggage. Breakfast was typical of the other 6 hotels we stayed in on this trip, not bad, just the same.

Large construction project was going on in front of the hotel which made accessing the hotel difficult. Hotel location was great in terms of getting to the city sites. Breakfast was good as well.

Tiago a la réception a été très aimable. Il nous a bien expliqué ce qu’il y avait à faire dans le coin. Il nous a averti des fêtes d’étudiants qui perturbent le cale de la nuit. Il nous a conseillé d’aller voir un chanteur de Fado à Capella. Ce fut fabuleux! Merci Tiago.

L’hôtel Ibis Centro Coimbra est bien placé et permet de profiter aisément des alentours. L’hôtel est propre et les espaces communs modernes, à la décoration soignée. Les chambres bien que confortables méritent une rénovation pour correspondre aux standards Ibis. Une équipe très agréable et pro tout au long de mon séjour cette semaine. Le restaurant disponible à tout moment est un vrai plus et l’offre petit-déjeuner est complète. Je recommande.

It must be part and parcel of staying in big hotels, biut our room was serviced only after 14h30 for three consecutive days. The breakfast was sub Ibis standard- the croissants and petit pain au chocolait was stale and tough. There was only a block of marmalade and no other jams. On two occasions there eere no knives and we had to run about to find someone to provide some. The fresh juices were sugary cordials, not fresh and not juice. We have enjoyed staying in various Ibis Hotels all over the world. This one was disappointing.

Ótimo hotel com boa localização, a uma curta caminhada da maioria das coisas para se fazer em Coimbra. Acima do padrão ibis em sua maioria, estilo Ibis Styles. Quarto não é grande, mas é bem decorado e tem uma cama confortável. Tem estacionamento subterrâneo ao custo de 10 euros por dia incitando às 12h. Bom café da manhã.

I have stayed in many Ibis hotels in multiple countries over the years. This one the AC didn't work. We turned it as low as it could go and it was so hot. There were no plugs by your bed to charge phones. I haven't been to a hotel that doesn't have plugs by the bed. The worst part though is that my friend woke up with bug bites all over her arms and legs. We only stayed one night. (Thank god) When we got to our next destination we went to a pharmacist who said she had been bitten by bed bugs! I was going to review this hotel poorly because the next morning my friend found dried blood stains on the sheets. We both thought this was gross but after doing research on bed bugs we learned seeing blood stains in the bed is a sign of crushed bed bugs. I originally was going to give this hotel a lower rating for the small room, lack of plugs and AC that didn't work, but bed bugs is another level. We still have 3 more days of our vacation and my friend is itchy and miserable.
