The hotel itself was very nice, except the restaurant was closed when we were there. Which was a pain. The parking was oddly far away from the front door. Little confusing when we arrived. The area around the property is very run down, and not well kept. Lots of leaves and trash on sidewalks. Had a creepy vibe, especially at night. Not far from the lake. But, lake was packed with tourists. No great place to get coffee or good food right near the hotel

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Service. Der Pool ist zwar klein und niedrig, jedoch sehr sauber. Insgesamt ein stimmiges Konzept. Der Bodensee ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar

Great location, three minutes to lake front. Casino next door. 5 star service and amenities. Indoor pool! Gym! Sauna! Amazing breakfast. Great restaurant. Staff was amazing.

Perfect location right next to the train station, the casino and the waterfront. The rooms were as pictured and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. We were a week before high season so they didn't yet have full restaurant service, but the bar was fine for coffee, drinks and snacks. We'd definitely stay here again.

PRO: - Top Lage. Direkt am Bodensee. 100 Meter zu Fuß erreichbar. Man ist in 10 Min. zu Fuß in der Altstadt. - Sauberkeit: dazu kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir für 2 Nächte darauf verzichtet hatten. Bei Verzicht geht nämlich eine Spende an die armen Kinder in Afrika raus (tolle Idee, Respekt!). Jedoch haben wir täglich neue Hand- und Badetücher erhalten. Scheint jedoch sehr sauber zu sein. - Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, top! Auch der Frühstücksbereich ist sehr modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. - Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel für 8€ pro Tag. CONTRA: - Das Hotel liegt direkt nebenan vom Casino. Das öffentliche Parkplatz des Casinos ist rieisig. Das Parkplatz des Hotels dagegen winzig. Wenn man einmal mit dem Auto razsgefahren ist, war es nicht einfach, wieder ein Platz zu bekommen. TIPP: - Pfänderbahn Bregenz! Eine sensationelle Aussicht während und am Ende der Fahrt mit Panoramablick auf Bregenz. Oben erwartet euch auch eine kleine Reise in den Tierpark, sowie ein Wanderweg. - Insel Lindau und die Altstadt ist sehenswert und ist mit dem Auto von diesem Hotel gerade 15 Minuten entfernt. Kurzgefasst: Das Hotel ist definitiv zu empfehlen!

Schöner Saunabereich, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und viel Auswahl, gute Lage. Das Bett hatte einen merkwürdig dicken Topper auf der Matratze. Es war unbequem. Am letzten Tag erst gesehen, dass er total dreckig war! Schlechte Luft im Zimmer, sehr staubig. Fenster ließ sich nur ganz öffnen oder gar nicht. Dusche und Bad sauber. Klospülung und Lüftung im Bad funktionieren gar nicht, Klobürste eklig dreckig. Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ok, nicht wirklich aufmerksam. Wir haben für 660€ für 3 Nächte mehr erwartet, was das Zimmer angeht.

This property could be a great place. However there was minimal service( we waited at the bar for over 10 min and then left), the toilet didn’t flush well, and there was a hideous black stain on the carpet. What staff were there were nice, and the location, about 2 blocks from the lake, was ideal.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist in 2 Gehminuten am See oder am Bahnhof. Auch die Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren für fünf Tage im Grand Hotel untergebracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, allerdings ist für zwei Personen wenig Stauraum und ich würde mich über ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr freuen. Für Tagungsgäste allerdings ausreichend Platz, denn diese übernachten ja meistens nur ein bis zwei Tage. Die Frühstücksauswahl war riesig. Wurst, Käse, Obst, alles frisch. Uns mangelte es an nichts. Wir konnten jeden Tag draußen sitzen, was sehr schön war. Nebenbei noch die Proben von den Festspielen hören können. Der Wellness Bereich hat uns gut gefallen. Perfekt zum entspannen nach einer Wanderung oder einer Radtour. Leider wurde vor dem Pool seit unserer Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise nicht sauber gemacht. Es waren deutliche Schmutzspuren von Straßenschuhen zu erkennen. Hat wohl jemand vergessen, dass man dort Badeschuhe trägt. :-( Alles in allem, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen.

Junior-Suite gebucht, Junior -Folterkammer erhalten! Keine Ahnung ob die überhaut etwas gedacht haben, wie zum Geier legt man eine hochpreisige Junior -Suite gleich neben den Hauptlift des Hotels, bis früh in die Nacht sind wir mit den lieben Hotelgästen Lift mit raus und runter gefahren , hielt der Lift auf unserem Stockwerk, knallte die aufgehende Lifttüre direkt in unser Schlafzimmer!! Ab 05:30 ging nicht nur der Lift rauf und runter, meine Nerven waren dauernd im roten Bereich,an Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken!

Very convenient location, making it easy to explore Bregenz by foot. Right next to the train station, but still quiet and felt safe. Steps away from the pathways along the waterfront. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Next time I’m in Bregenz, I’ll book here again!

Miss understanding at check in as the receptionist didn’t catch my name. If he had taken the passport it would have been much simpler and not stressful. The air conditioning was not good and the nights were very uncomfortable. There were no draws for underwear or t.shirts! Considering we used our bonus nights for this Hotel we were very disappointed with the room. We were above the car park entrance where cars were cleaned each morning so to compensate for the poor air conditioning we were unable to open the window. The room was very clean. However to have used our bonus nights for this accommodation we are very disappointed and disillusioned with Hotels.com. We didn’t receive any other bonuses and we are considering whether we should continue to use Hotels.com if this is the quality of accommodation that is given by the Hotel. We had one drink and didn’t use any of the facilities in the Hotel. Overall very disappointing.

We were above the car park entrance where cars were cleaned each morning so to compensate for the poor air conditioning we were unable to open the window. The room was very clean. However to have used our bonus nights for this accommodation we are very disappointed and disillusioned with Hotels.com. We didn’t receive any other bonuses and we are considering whether we should continue to use Hotels.com if this is the quality of accommodation that is given by the Hotel. We had one drink and didn’t use any of the facilities in the Hotel. Overall very disappointing.

Leider waren die kopfkissen etwas zu dick. Wir haben keine Rechnung für die Nebenkosten erhalten, das war sehr schade. Wurde auch nicht zugeschickt.

This property could be a great place. However there was minimal service( we waited at the bar for over 10 min and then left), the toilet didn’t flush well, and there was a hideous black stain on the carpet. What staff were there were nice, and the location, about 2 blocks from the lake, was ideal.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist in 2 Gehminuten am See oder am Bahnhof. Auch die Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren für fünf Tage im Grand Hotel untergebracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, allerdings ist für zwei Personen wenig Stauraum und ich würde mich über ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr freuen. Für Tagungsgäste allerdings ausreichend Platz, denn diese übernachten ja meistens nur ein bis zwei Tage. Die Frühstücksauswahl war riesig. Wurst, Käse, Obst, alles frisch. Uns mangelte es an nichts. Wir konnten jeden Tag draußen sitzen, was sehr schön war. Nebenbei noch die Proben von den Festspielen hören können. Der Wellness Bereich hat uns gut gefallen. Perfekt zum entspannen nach einer Wanderung oder einer Radtour. Leider wurde vor dem Pool seit unserer Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise nicht sauber gemacht. Es waren deutliche Schmutzspuren von Straßenschuhen zu erkennen. Hat wohl jemand vergessen, dass man dort Badeschuhe trägt. :-( Alles in allem, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen.

Perfect location right next to the train station, the casino and the waterfront. The rooms were as pictured and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. We were a week before high season so they didn't yet have full restaurant service, but the bar was fine for coffee, drinks and snacks. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing warm welcome from IBRAHIM at the check in who made everything easy and smooth for me with a big smile! Service was just outstanding! Then the warm welcome continues in the room finding chocolate fruits etc .. and very attentive staff at the breakfast the next morning helping out with a last minute one for me. Effye was also super nice and helpful and very accommodating! Overall an amazing feeling making me want to come back and I already wished I stayed in the area a second night just because of your hotel! Felt relaxed thanks to this atmosphere!
