Auf unserem Kurztripp nach Bremen, entschieden wir uns für dieses 4* Hotel. Die Lage ist deutlich abgelegen vom Zentrum. Das Personal des Hotels, ist sehr neutral. Was uns sehr traurig machte, dass weder die Bar noch das Restaurant noch der Wellnessbereich offen war, beziehungsweise funktionierte! So konnte man an einem Sonntag im Umkreis nur in das Alex in das benachbarte Einkaufszentrum zum Essen gehen. Zudem gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Zur Nacht hin war es sehr laut, da Jugendliche das Gelände vor dem Hotel zum zum driften ihres Autos benutzten und zum Freunde Plausch. Hätte man das Fenster geschlossen, wäre man erschwitzt in dem Hotelzimmer. Morgens freuten wir uns aufs Frühstück, was auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten Eindruck machte. Leider kam schnell die Ernüchterung. Es schmeckte alles kalt ( Rührei, Würstchen, Kaiserschmarrn,…) oder schon ein paar Tage alt ( wie zB Wassermelone) Das war wirklich schade. Der Preis fürs parken für 5 Euro fanden wir in Ordnung. Allerdings waren wir etwas sprachlos, als wir für unseren kleinen Hund 25 € zahlen mussten. Auf dem Zimmer entdeckten wir ein kleines Goodybag für den Hund. Leider konnten wir das Futter nicht benutzen, da unser Hund Allergien hat. Da hätten wir lieber weniger bezahlt. Wir waren einmal in diesem Hotel und würden nicht wieder dort übernachten

Bra läge för pendling genom Bremen. Dock var hotellets restaurang, bar och café stängda vilket innebar en besvikelse då det inte finns några bättre restauranger i närheten. Hotellets ”relax” hade en dusch, en bastu och ett par enklare träningsmaskiner. Jacuzzin var trasig.

Very convenient location - next to shopping centre with frequent Straßenbahns into the centre of town. Parking was above ground which meant no issues with not fitting our large vehicle. Perfect for our couple of nights in Bremen.

Essen, Parken, Zimmergrüße, Ruhe und Einkaufsmöglichkeit, sowie die Aussicht zum Wasser waren klasse. Personal, bis auf House keeping, war sehr nett. Getränke in der kostenfreien Minibar waren ausreichend. Zimmer war leider verschmutzt, mußte nachträglich gewischt werden. Unter dem Schreibtisch klebte der fußboden. Scheuerleiste Fensterseitig was lose und lag nach dem Zuziehen des Vorhanges im Zimmer.

Rigtig fint sted, tæt på stort shopping center. Dog virkede nøglekortet ikke og det virkede noget mærkeligt, da vi bad om nogle nye nøgler. Så var der også en del edderkopper på værelset, hvilket gør renligheden ikke godt.

Das Zimmer hat schon wesentlich besser Zeiten hinter sich. Traurig war vor allem das die Seifenspender mit Wasser aufgefüllt worden sind anstatt diese mit Seife nachzufüllen. Duschen war nur in einem Kompromiss möglich, da der Duschkopf nicht feststellbar war. Frühstück war maßlos überfüllt. Zum Personal gibt es allerdings nur positives zu berichten.

Die Zimmer wurden von der Einrichtung her abgewertet Als Sitzgelegenheit ist nur noch ein kleiner harter Stuhl vorhanden, dass war schon mal besser. Der Sessel und die Stehlampe sind komplett verschwunden. Am Preis hat sich nichts geändert. Werde beim nächsten Besuch in Bremen ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Easy to get the tram into the centre of Bremen and lots of free parking. We didn’t have a great sleep unfortunately though as the pillows were unsupportive and the room only was quite warm. We did have the windows open all night as there was no air conditioning, but by doing this there was a lot of noise outside. Sadly wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were very friendly and kind, went out of their way to be helpful. I was a solo traveller and the environment was safe, Shopping centre almost next door, very vibrant,and the train service into the centre was easy and regular. Would happily stay again, Only downside was I would have liked a kettle so that I could make my own coffee in the morning.

Die Übernachtung im Hotel war gut. Durch eine Fehlbuchung meinerseits (erste Buchung an einem falschen Datum) habe ich keine Rückerstattung vom Hotel bekommen mit der Begründung, dass es die Konditionen von Expedia sei, die das nicht erlaubt. Das stimmte so aber nicht. Das Hotel hat selbst keine Rückerstattung geben wollen und das ist im Sinne der Zufriedenheit des Gastes unfreundlich. Wir haben im Hotel trotzdem übernachtet und es war eine Fehlbuchung vorhanden. Wir hätten erwartet, dass das Hotel das Geld rückerstattet, was nicht passiert ist. Sie haben die Begründung auf Expedia geschoben. So stimmt das aber auch nicht. Expedia hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, mich als Kunde, die einen Fehler gemacht hat, zu unterstützen. Das kann man vom Hotel nicht sagen. Aus dem Grund gibt es keine Sterne. Ich finde diese Geste nicht am Gast orientiert und unfreundlich.

Sie haben die Begründung auf Expedia geschoben. So stimmt das aber auch nicht. Expedia hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, mich als Kunde, die einen Fehler gemacht hat, zu unterstützen. Das kann man vom Hotel nicht sagen. Aus dem Grund gibt es keine Sterne. Ich finde diese Geste nicht am Gast orientiert und unfreundlich.

We we’re told that we didn’t have a booking when I called the hotel two days before arrival. After 1 1/2 hour of sending receipt from Hotels.com-app confirming it paid in advance and booked, the hotel still refused to have a booking in my name. And they wouldn’t help me figure it out and instead claimed that I had been scammed by Hotels.com-app. I called Hotels.com and after 10 minutes on the phone suddenly the hotel was able to find my booking. We were promised compensation on arrival by the phone - we didn’t get this either. When I checked in I asked if it was possible to reserve a table in a corner in advance for breakfast since we have a son with severe autism who thrives in corners. we were told it was not an option and we should find a cornertable the next day. And yes - there were no cornertables available at 7 for breakfast. Wonderful location, wonderful view, wonderful interiors. TERRIBLE costumers service. I usually never take the time to write this section but this costumers service has appaled me.

The hotel was placed in an area that was a little "boring" but the tram to the city center was available 200 meters from the hotel every 10 minutes which was very convenient. If you do do not mind the 15 min. with the tram the hotel was a lot of value for the money with easy parking outside the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Very convenient location - next to shopping centre with frequent Straßenbahns into the centre of town. Parking was above ground which meant no issues with not fitting our large vehicle. Perfect for our couple of nights in Bremen.

Auf unserem Kurztripp nach Bremen, entschieden wir uns für dieses 4* Hotel. Die Lage ist deutlich abgelegen vom Zentrum. Das Personal des Hotels, ist sehr neutral. Was uns sehr traurig machte, dass weder die Bar noch das Restaurant noch der Wellnessbereich offen war, beziehungsweise funktionierte! So konnte man an einem Sonntag im Umkreis nur in das Alex in das benachbarte Einkaufszentrum zum Essen gehen. Zudem gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Zur Nacht hin war es sehr laut, da Jugendliche das Gelände vor dem Hotel zum zum driften ihres Autos benutzten und zum Freunde Plausch. Hätte man das Fenster geschlossen, wäre man erschwitzt in dem Hotelzimmer. Morgens freuten wir uns aufs Frühstück, was auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten Eindruck machte. Leider kam schnell die Ernüchterung. Es schmeckte alles kalt ( Rührei, Würstchen, Kaiserschmarrn,…) oder schon ein paar Tage alt ( wie zB Wassermelone) Das war wirklich schade. Der Preis fürs parken für 5 Euro fanden wir in Ordnung. Allerdings waren wir etwas sprachlos, als wir für unseren kleinen Hund 25 € zahlen mussten. Auf dem Zimmer entdeckten wir ein kleines Goodybag für den Hund. Leider konnten wir das Futter nicht benutzen, da unser Hund Allergien hat. Da hätten wir lieber weniger bezahlt. Wir waren einmal in diesem Hotel und würden nicht wieder dort übernachten

It was quite warm, the outside door couldn’t open completely (defect) so the heat stayed inside (no airco). Employees are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was okay, it was croudy and not everything that should be warm wasn’t warm.

Der spa bereich ist leider sehr spärlich , der whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unserer Vorstellung. Die käse und wurst platten waren sehr schlecht. Der käse hat sich schon gebogen vor trockenheit und die wurst war schon grau. Sehr schade. 4 service kräfte und das küchenpersonal haben das nicht ausgetauscht. Wir haben für das preis leistungs Verhältnis mehr erwartet. Die Zimmer sind schön gross umd sauber.
