Man kann selbst einchecken und auschecken, was extrem praktisch ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ich finde es sehr angenehm, dass man in jeder Etage ein Brita Wasserspender hat und eine Flasche aus Glas zum ausfüllen im Zimmer zur Verfügung steht. Sehr eco-friendly.

Rart og roligt hotel i centrum, hjælpsomt personale og god morgenbuffet. Man kan hente koldt vand, evt. med lidt brus ved elevatoren på hver etage, flaske står på værelset. Har været her før og kommer gerne igen. Eneste minus er urimeligt dyr p-kælder, 28 euro pr. døgn

The staff has during numerous stays (40+ nights in 2023) made me feel being among friends. The facilities in both the rooms of all classes and their fitness center are all up to date, clean and modern. The rooms were all modernized during 2023. The location of this hotel is central for visiting Bremen and the charming areas of Schnoor and the Old Town, as well as the canal and Weser Stadion.

Mooie ruime kamer met 2 queenzise bedden. De kamer was echt schoon, zelf op de plekken waar ze doorgaans nog wel eens willen vergeten te poetsen. Het sanitair was ook tot in de naadjes en kiertjes gepoetst. De bedden waren ook top! En dan ben ik echt zwaarlijvig en lig al snel in een kuil, maar had hier echt goede ondersteuning en heb heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijtbuffet had ook ruime keuze en ook van hoge kwaliteit. Voor het eerst knapperige Bacon en droge roerei! Normaal is de bacon ja slap en taai en de roerei meer brei, maar hier niet! Dit is in mijn boekje echt een 10+ verblijf.

Das Bad hat sehr stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Sehr unangenem, es wurde auch das Lavabo nicht gereinigt. Der Empfang beim Check Out war sehr von sich eingenommen und von oben herab. Es wurde uns auch von Hotels.com gesagt das wir eine Flasche Wein auf das Zimmer bekommen. Leider war das nicht der Fall

Zimmerwechsel wegen eines Wasserschaden. Das zweite Zimmer hat mindestens 1 Monat keine Reinigungskraft gesehen. Schimmel im Bad vom schlimmsten. Zudem alle Zimmer extrem laut trotz angeblicher Schallisolierung. Matratze durchgelegen und zudem Bauarbeiten am Samstag von morgens 8 bis weit in den Nachmittag. Hier wurde nicht drauf hingewiesen. Geht besser in das Steigenberger.

Room was very clean but too hot. I asked the desk to cool the room but unsuccessful. Room thermostat was at the minimum and the cooling fans were on maximum but the room would not cool down.

It's an OK, middle of the road kind of hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, however you can hear everything in the hallway. They only supply 1 pillow per person and the room doesn't have a fridge/mini bar. Communal areas are very nice. The bar doesn't serve AF beer which was a let down. Average.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend – vom Flughafen gelangt man mit der Linie 6 direkt zur Station Domsheide, nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Pluspunkte gibt es für die Wasserspender auf jeder Etage sowie das gute Frühstück. Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit dem Zimmerservice: Bei Ankunft war das Duschgel fast leer und wurde trotz mehrmaliger Hinweise erst am dritten Tag aufgefüllt. Kaffeekapseln fehlten, WC-Papier wurde nicht ersetzt, benutzte Gläser und Tassen blieben stehen. Mehrere Beschwerden an der Rezeption waren nötig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist einzig die leitende Hausdame, die sich ehrlich für die Mängel entschuldigte und bemüht war, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht – wir würden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Heat wasn’t working in our room, front desk was not really trying to accommodate us. All they offer is a downgraded room. Cleaning service was not good either, had to ask daily to have the room clean.

Excellent location in the inner city of Bremen. Directly next to tram to train station and airport. Large and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Nice lobby bar and restaurant, with other dining options in the same street.

Nice hotel in the city directly in the middle close by the city hall. However, parking is terrible, inly for smaller cars. Everything else no real complaints.

Mooie ruime kamer met 2 queenzise bedden. De kamer was echt schoon, zelf op de plekken waar ze doorgaans nog wel eens willen vergeten te poetsen. Het sanitair was ook tot in de naadjes en kiertjes gepoetst. De bedden waren ook top! En dan ben ik echt zwaarlijvig en lig al snel in een kuil, maar had hier echt goede ondersteuning en heb heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijtbuffet had ook ruime keuze en ook van hoge kwaliteit. Voor het eerst knapperige Bacon en droge roerei! Normaal is de bacon ja slap en taai en de roerei meer brei, maar hier niet! Dit is in mijn boekje echt een 10+ verblijf.

Sonntag abend Bremen Innenstadt, Lobby Restaurant im Hotel geschlossen, und das im Hotel ****plus !!!, in der Stadt die meisten Restaurants ebenfalls geschlossen, im Hotel die Bar geschlossen, kein Zimmerservice !, in einem Hotel **** ! Wein aus dem Automaten! Das ist kein Ruhmesblatt für solch ein Hotel ! Rezeption und Zimmer waren ok, aber mehr Beratung an der Rezeption wäre hilfreich gewesen, es herrschte weitgehend Ratlosigkeit. Und der Stadt Bremen sei empfohlen: bringt Leben in die Innenstadt, in die Kneipen, Bars und Lokale! Daher war der Aufenthalt leider sehr unbefriedigend.

It's an OK, middle of the road kind of hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, however you can hear everything in the hallway. They only supply 1 pillow per person and the room doesn't have a fridge/mini bar. Communal areas are very nice. The bar doesn't serve AF beer which was a let down. Average.
