Very unclear instructions for the parking garage, no maps, very inconvenient. There should be instructions to and from garage at front desk. The lady at front desk Friday afternoon was trying to help us, but was not understanding in both German and English we spoke. Also she should have recommended to unload our luggage while from the car before parking

Goed centraal gelegen hotel, tegenover treinstation. Verschillende eet gelegenheden in de buurt. Garage beschikbaar direct onder het hotel, hebben hier overnacht op de terugreis uit Kroatië, en zal er zeker weer aan denken de volgende vakantie. Echt een aanrader.

Comfortable, clean hotel in the centre of Graz. Handy parking under the hotel and the rooms are very quiet, comfy beds too. Breakfast (continental style) was good with loads of choice in a pleasant restaurant area.

Booked this hotel because it said there was parking, however when we arrived we were told the hotel does not own the parking lot and that motorcycles were not allowed to park. We were later told that as we were in Austria for a motorcycle race, we should have been allowed to park our motorcycles for free. Breakfast was very good with friendly staff in the restaurant. we needed to ask for coffee and milk a number of times as maid service only left 1 of each even though it was a two person booking. We also had to ask for pillows and towels as there were not enough.

Parking is quite tricky, you need to be aware of which entrance. Reception was not very welcome. Checking out is welcome but when exiting parking garage there was issue with the system and I have to walk all the way back to inform the front desk.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre definitiv hinter sich. Sauberkeit und Zweckmäßigjeit passen für den Preis. Personal war superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bar ist leider nicht besetzt und so kommt es zu Wartezeiten. Die veraltete und brutal laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte mit den heissen Aussentempersturen kaum mithalten. Die Lage des Hotels liegt sehr gut. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr perfekt. Frühstück ist passabel für den Preis.

Das Hotel selbst hat eine gute Lage, wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte. Die Tiefgarage ist mit einem Lift zum Hotel verbunden. Personal ist sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend. Nur die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Badezimmer überall noch Wasserflecken zu sehen, in der Badewanne und am Boden Haare, auf dem Bettlaken waren schmutzige Flecken.. Staub wurde auch seit längerem nicht gewischt.

Everything is good - location, nice breakfast, hassle free check-in and check-out but the only thing that caught me off guard was… there were some stains on my blanket cover that looked like blood stains. I didn’t notice it the night before but was surprised to see them after a long walk around Graz when we were back in the evening. Requested for room service to change them but was told by the receptionist that no one at room service was around in the evening. In the end, I requested for fresh blanket cover and changed the cover myself so that I could sleep with peace of mind. The room looked clean otherwise.

Austria Trend Hotel Europa Graz is a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. We were happy that each of us has two pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruits. Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience.

Zimmer und Einrichtung waren desolat. Möbel zum Teil völlig abgenutzt, Türen klemmen. Sauberkeit unter jeder Kritik. Überall war Schmutz, sobald man genauer hingesehen hat. Einzig das Frühstück war gut, alles ausreichend vorhanden und wurde auch sofort nachgefüllt.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Kleines Kommunikations-Problem zwischen Expedia und Hotel (Frühstück sollte inkludiert sein, wurde aber sofort freundlich und unkompliziert gelöst, nachdem ich die Reservierung gezeigt hatte.) Nicht so toll fanden wir, dass der Boden im Bad nicht sauber war (hinter der Tür noch "Grüße" von den Vorgängern).

The Hotel is located opposite the main train station. Its in a great location and an easy walk to the Old Town. The room AC didnt work thatvwell and the room was a little warm for our liking. It was quiet though so no issues there.

The hotel is placed in front of the train station making it ideal for commuting. The area is noisy if you want to sleep with the windows open. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is nice but if you want to buy it on the day it is more expensive than buying it in advance. The staff is VERY nice and helpful

Hotel is close to Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) which is why i booked there. Room was nice, only one major issue for me: the AC was not working, i changed the room but i had the same issue on the new room as well. I had to sleep with the window open, luckily it was cooler in the night, but it was also noisy, as my room was facing the Hauptbahnhof. I wouldn't go there in the summer for more than a day or two, that's for sure. ACs are ancient and probably lacking freon so all they do is ventilate the air, nothing else.

We had a great stay at Austria Trend Hotel. It's location opposite the train station was ideal, so that we didn't have to travel far with our bags. The walk into the old town was about 15 minutes, but there were also regular trams and buses, so it was easy to get around. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. There was an issue with the water for one of the days we were there and the staff went above and beyond to mitigate the disruption to us.

Conveniently located across from the Graz main station. Front desk staff was a bit slow and almost double charged me for my night's stay. Housekeeping didn't knock and just opened the door to my room while I was unclothed. Extremely unprofessional.

Jeder Hotelanbieter wirbt heutzutage damit, wie sehr man sich in seinem Hotel zuhause und umsorgt fühlen kann. Wenn man aber in einem halbleeren Haus um 11.45 Uhr (offenbar aus Prinzip) kein sauberes, freies Zimmer bekommt, fühlt man sich als Kunde alles andere als wohl und willkommen. In anderen Häusern ist das kein Problem. Buchungsbedingungen schön und gut – aber ich checke ja auch schon in der Früh aus und zögere dies nicht bis 11 Uhr hinaus, obwohl mir das zustehen würde. Und das Hotel wirkt auch nicht besonders professionell, wenn man schon einige Male dort übernachtet hat, die Personendaten und eventuell auch der Gold Status von Expedia übermittelt wurde und die Rezeption überhaupt nicht vorbereitet ist und die gesamte Anmeldekarte händisch im Halbduster der Rezeption ausfüllen soll. Ansonsten mag ich die praktische Location beim Bahnhof und die Badewanne. Frühstück finde ich überteuert, das Frühstückspersonal ist freundlich aber im Zimmer wirbelt der Staub im Sonnenlicht und legt sich über die Möbel.
