The entire facility has been updated and remodeled. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location is great for old town Klagenfurt sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet offering was robust and the fact that it was offered on the fifth floor with large windows overlooking Klagenfurt made it all the more enjoyable. Finally, being able to enjoy a sunset on the rooftop terrace was a great way to end the day.

Great reception team, very helpful….hotel looks nicer in person than in the pictures. Beware of parking costs not explained by hotel and as there was a big Ironman event they ran out of bath towels (only hand towels available)

Ich habe eine Woche im Hotel verbracht und war von den Einrichtungen und dem Service wirklich begeistert. Das Zimmer war super sauber und das Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Leider habe ich eine Dockingstation im Zimmer vergessen und am nächsten Tag angerufen, um sie wiederzubekommen. Doch leider war sie nicht mehr auffindbar und auch in meinem Koffer war sie nicht. Es ist enttäuschend, dass der Gegenstand verschwunden ist, und ich muss leider davon ausgehen, dass er gestohlen wurde. Aufgrund dieses Vorfalls kann ich dem Hotel leider nicht mehr vertrauen, obwohl der Aufenthalt an sich sehr angenehm war.

Wir haben leider ein Zimmer mit Blick aus dem Fenster auf eine Häuserwand bekommen. Das Zimmer wurde bei der Reinigung nicht gesaugt. Wir waren 8 Tage dort. Ansonsten ein netter Aufenthalt.

Hotel itself was good but avoid 5th floor. There was lot of noise, plenty of talking and rattle in the hallway starting from 6 am. 6th floor bar was noisy. If you prefer to sleep only from midnight to 6 am, then it's ok and you don't need a rest after long travelling days.

Happy with booking in, helpful front of house staff. Our room was spacious and a good sized bed. Bathroom was fine but the balconies were tiny, could not use other than to let the air in. We did not have breakfast here as we were so centrally placed.

We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. Thank you to all the staff

War nun bereits mein dritter Aufenthalt und wieder alles bestens. Dazu noch die Bar im 6. Stock mit Aussicht über Klagenfurt und der gemütliche Frühstücksbereich im 5. Stock. Ich bin mit Öffis unterwegs und auch diesbezüglich eine ideale Lage.

The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. The breakfast buffet area has an amazing view -- it is so cool to see all the snow capped Alps around you. The buffet was very good, with super alpine ham too!

Ich empfinde den Preis für das Frühstück als zu viel. Das Frühstück war zwar gut aber der Preis ist zu hoch dafür. In der Seitenstraße gibt es Cafés wo man für zwei Personen den Preis bezahlt, den im Hotel eine Person zahlen muss.
