I always stay at this Best Western when I visit family. The staff is always great and it has a nice, well-maintaned pool. The building is getting shabby and the exterior doors don't always automatically close, which is concerning for safety. Overall, however, I've always been happy with the hotel and staff!

I've stayed at this hotel for years when I'm in the valley to visit my family. Everyone who works there is great! Despite being a modest hotel, the pool is one of the best hotel pools I've ever used. It is a nice break in the hot central California sun.

Pleasantly surprised by this nice hotel! Room and facilities were clean. Stuff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast hit the spot. Couldn’t ask for more in a hotel. Would stay here again!

Everytime we come back to the room it smells like pee. Upon checking in, the toilet didn't flush, tried calling front desk the phone didn't work either. I've stayed at Best Western in different places and so far this one is the worse.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially considering it was free. There was scrambled eggs, sausages, tater tots, toast, donuts (they were stale though), instant oatmeal (only flavored, I wish there was unflavored low sugar option), make your own waffle bar including syrup, whipped cream, and toppings (could also be used on the oatmeal), a few different cereals, apple juice, coffee, and tea. The room had the overall appearance of clean and modern but there was mold growing on the edges of the door and wall crevices and such an over-powering scent of peppermint cleaning product that it made our eyes and nostrils burn, and made us wonder what odors they might be trying to cover up. But for the price, I would definitely stay again.

Very outdated and needs remodeling. Especially in bathrooms and showers. Tub leaked everyday. Showerhead was rusty. So much paint peeling on all walls in room. The place could definitely use some renovations. Even the furniture in room is old. Stayed at other best Western and this one was disappointing.

Our stay at the Best Western Americana was overall quite pleasant. The room was spacious and was newly renovated. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was helpful. The breakfast was okay, on our first day the eggs were kind of dry, but the staff assisted with that and rectified it. The breakfast area is kind of small, but we weren't there for very long so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I felt that this was a good hotel and I would stay there again.

Property is great, my wife accidentally forgot her little mermaid, backpack, so they gave us a call 30 minutes after leaving, luckily, were still in the area where we were able to go back and retrieve the item, I love their honesty, and their quality of professionalism

The lady that checked me in was so nice and sweet she made sure I got my room my credit card was no going thru and the lady took time to called me and let me know what was going on I immediately took action and went to the hotel to fix it I appreciate her for calling me because I would’ve been left with no room… thank you to the front desk lady you rock!

The property had no elevator. The GPS takes you to the wrong area to get there. The road is closed. They threw away my friends toothbrush. They didn’t clean the beds. They only folded the towels. We didn’t receive towels. We just received what was left of The towels and folded them

Great room, very clean (and I’m picky). Great breakfast, but the eating area was VERY small. Front desk clerk was very helpful when we checked in. We did have noisy, fighting neighbors, but that’s certainly not the motel’s fault.
