Excellent customer service, pet friendly, swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry area with washer/dryer and the rooms are always clean, a/c /heater and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast, afternoon cookies are always delicious. Natalie Kalender-Salinas is the best manager ever. Her team of employees are always A+.

Excellent hotel in Dinuba,Ca. The service was exceptionally wonderful. The manager Natalie was present each day and we observed how friendly and customer oriented her staff were with any questions the guests requested. Pet friendly clean rooms,gym,swimming pool, laundry area to wash and dry personal clothes, breakfast served daily, safe surrounding and well lite lights at night and excellent customer service employees. Added note~ I loved the fresh choc chip cookies and milk served after lunch. That was a very welcoming personal touch at a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for future guests.

Breakfast buffet at Holiday Inn Express always delivers. Pool was in good condition and fun for the kids. Used this hotel as home base for Sequoia/Kings Canyon trip. Not hard to find interesting/decent food in the area.

It's a place to stay in Dinuba that's better than the Best Western. What else can I say? Friendly staff, okay fitness center, run-of-the-mill breakfast (but good coffee), fairly new carpets and paint but showing a little wear and tear if you look closely.

Best hotel in Dinuba, Visalia areas. From the customer service of the friendly staff, full breakfast , nice upgraded rooms, safe keyless doors, gym, coin operated washer/dryer room, swimming pool and spa, pet /grass area with disposal bags for pet clean-up, outside grills /picnic area with tables for families. The best part of this hotel is coming to see their wonderful onsite manager (Natalie). She is definitely this hotel’s gem of a great hotel stay. A+ hotel for family, business, and pet friendly folks like us. Can’t wait to visit family and stay again at our recommended hotel.

Excellent customer! Great facilities! Wonderful breakfast and great spa facilities! We had our Bassett Hound with us and the dog facilities were great!

The room was okay, somehow smell like smoke but it is smoke free. Also the hall way and elevator carpet did not look good. It had bad smell. Suggestion, they need to change carpets in both area and continental breakfast needs to add more varieties. Paid highest price for hotel of all my trip, but hotel wasn't good as other two places I stayed.

I dont have anything bad to say about this place. This property is well managed, very organize, very clean, friendly staff and pleasant to talk to the price affordable. Their breakfast food is excellent. I highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.

There’s a weird odor in the rooms like old water.

Stayed in room on lower floor. Can hear all the doors opened and closed down hall ways. Can hear ppl talking. Can head all the ppl walking above us.

Easy check in. Room was large with couch, desk, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker.

This hotel is good for 1-2 nights stay. unfortunately, our room, #328 had a pretty bad smell, like wet socks or gym bag. The front office staff came & sprayed the room!!

the door to my room was broken, you needed to hit it with your shoulder to get in, which meant you were stuck inside . it was very disturbing to not be able to get out easily, I checked in late and they didn't have another room, they kept telling me that they had alerted Maintance, but they weren't in so there was nothing they could do at the time, its sad that they didn't fix this issue when i'm sure housekeeping knew about it earlier, I've stayed here before, but I will not be back.

Excellent accommodation from the front desk, the rooms need to have an exhaust fan so the bad smell from the bathroom will not be inhaled by the people insid ethe room.

Great location, nice small town, nice enough hotel and clean. But few small gripes. Breakfast finished at 9:00 weekdays which is ridiculous. Too early. Sat is 10am but by 9:30 a lot of items had run out. No milk/creamer by the coffee machine. Terrible shower with poor pressure. Useless WiFi.

I stayed on the 3rd floor and was much better because I didn’t hear kids running in the hallway

The beds were very comfortable. Hotel was clean and well kept. The night attendant was beyond friendly and just really set the tone of our stay. She was attentive, friendly, and made everything super easy. One of the better holiday inns I’ve stayed at recently and the customer service was probably the best. I didn’t have any issues but I’m confident that if I did they would have be taken care of without issue.

Professional staff and great customer service.

Staff was very busy but made time to explain all and help us settle in. They had a huge wedding party and two groups from a conference that wanted early check ins but their house keeping stepped it up and they were able to help everyone Great job

My experience at this hotel was truly terrible. At check-in, the front desk staff forced me to pay a $50 deposit and assured me that it would be canceled immediately upon checkout. However, this was a blatant lie. In reality, the hotel placed a hold on $50 deposit from June 17 (the day I checked in) all the way until July 17. I needed to close the credit card account linked to this payment this week, but the hold made it impossible. The staff repeatedly claimed that the hold would be automatically released within 3-5 days after checkout, but this was also untrue. According to my bank, the hotel set the hold until July 17, so it cannot be released before then. The front desk staff also told me several times that the manager, Natalin, would review the situation and call me, but I never received any call from her. The staff at this hotel are dishonest and extremely unprofessional in their customer service. The accommodation itself was also very poor. There is a railway near the hotel, and around midnight every night, the loud sound of train horns made it impossible to sleep. The rooms are not soundproof at all, so I could hear the noisy air conditioner from the next room, as well as guests preparing to leave loudly at 3-4 a.m., which kept me awake. For reference, the air conditioner in this hotel is so loud that we had to turn it off at night just to try to sleep. This hotel was by far the worst choice, and I strongly recommend you don't stay here under any circumstances.

I like the place because it’s close to family. I like that it has the amenities it did have a very low roll of toilet paper. Also when I checked in, the front desk clerk wasn’t very welcoming, and gave me a room that was already occupied. I got the key and went to the room and saw someone else’s bags. He did give me another set of keys and apologized but still. Imagine if the guest were in there. It would have been embarrassing

Very pleasant staff and room was clean. The town has very little in terms of dining options and Fresno is over 30 minutes away, but this location was conveniently located to Reedley, the reason for my trip.

A bit outside of Fresno where are designation was. However, this was a surprisingly nice experience. Super clean room, fridge, not super crowded. About 10 minutes from the freeway. Walmart, Round Table Pizza, Coffee House, etc. right down the street. Only issue was a train horn going off once in the middle of the night. Thought it was an alarm and was not sure if we should evacuate. Hilarious! Never heard a train horn like this before. Definitely will stay here again for sure!

This is a great place to stay. We used it as a central point for launching our visits to Kings Canyon and Yosemite National Parks. Just be aware that there's a train that comes very close to the hotel and blows its horn at around midnight or 1am. Apparently, they need to blow their horn since there is no gate at the nearby intersection. Luckily, we were able to get back sleep reasonably quickly. Breakfast is good with plenty of hot and cold choices. Staff is very friendly.

This our go to hotel when we go to the Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon Park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We appreciate the delicious breakfast before heading to the parks to hike.

Breakfast was nice, staff was very nice! Our room was very clean and they cleaned it every day! Cookies at the entrance and a very good coffee machine opened 24 hours!
