The Mamaison hotel is really well located just North of the Old Town city walls. The hotel is lovely and a high spec and the pool and sauna were very good. The hotel did seem very quiet for August, which I would have thought would have been high season ? I didn’t see anyone in the restaurant or the bar ? I never actually noticed the bar being open ? We were staying mid week though. A couple of oddities of note for Room 216 were that both of the taps in the bathroom ran hot water and neither seemed to provide cold water ? Also the A/C was not as cold as it should have been. With it set to full and on the coldest setting, I was still sweating overnight.

Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, freshly squeezed juices, eggs made to order, coffee of any type. Make sure to visit spa area with sauna and pool to relax at night. Great location in the safe central part of Warsaw.

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of the Old Town. Very reasonably priced breakfast with a good selection of items. The spa/pool area was welcoming and quiet. We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we return to Warsaw.

The hotel is very good, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room, which we truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the hotel restaurant — the food and overall dining experience were excellent and definitely a highlight of our stay. The only small issue we encountered was in the swimming pool. After we had been swimming for a while, some dirt appeared from the bottom of the pool, which was a bit unpleasant. It did not overshadow our stay, but it is something that could be improved. Overall, this is a very good hotel, and we had a positive and enjoyable experience.

Very comfortable, excellent location in quiet street in New Town (Nowe Miasto) area, and staff were without fail friendly, obliging and helpful. Good range and choice at the breakfast buffet, but the cooked items, each morning of our five day stay, we’re only luke-warm at best. The water in the pool was warm enough on our first day, but on the next two days it was painfully cold - disappointing.

Ett fint bekvämt hotell med trevligt spa område. Vårt rum var rymlig och fin. Det enda som drar ner betyget är mattan i rummet... den var ofräsch, med fläckar överallt. Annars är vi jättenöjda och kan rekommendera hotellet.

Mouldy wall paper in bedroom above head, huge thick dangling cobweb. Could do with updating. Blind missing from rails. need blackout curtains. Aircon machine sounds like there's a washing machine is in room! The morning kitchen food smell comes through the vent!

I got upgrade to “better” room, which it turned out to be dated, dirty and worn out. It was supposed to be a “5 star” hotel and experience, in reality the hotel should receive 3 stars at max. Bathroom was dirty, towels were unusable, smelly. Floors were scratched, dirty and all decor was outdated and worn out. No one at the reception even ask “how was our stay”. Very disappointed stay, I wish I would have booked another hotel in the area.

This hotel is rated five star but the rooms are very basic and dirty. We had spider webs on the ceiling and a lot of dust in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, the mattress was soft and uneven.

Hotel with very good personal service at reception at check-in and check out. Very helpful with customers to arrange excursions and any other questions. Excellent location. The carpet in the room needs to be clean, more counter space in the bathroom is needed and plastic under the bed sheets makes it difficult to sleep.

Although I booked a king size bed, we were given 2 twin beds together, I was too tired I did not bother …but at night I could not sleep because it is impossible for 2 adults being able to sleep on that tiny bed. So I went to reception at 3am and complained and they gave room with bigger bed. This should have been done in the first place. For 2 night stay it is a hassle to change a room!

A really superb hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are in a different class compared to other 5-star options we've tried in Warsaw. The restaurant is fantastic and the majority of the staff were wonderfully courteous. Our stay was let down slightly by two of the receptionists (Ol.dra and K.rol), who seemed a bit inexperienced with guest interactions. Despite this, it's a top-tier hotel and we would certainly return

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Mamaison Hotel. The design and atmosphere were both elegant and welcoming, making it a truly delightful place to relax. Every staff member we encountered was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional, enhancing our experience even further. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring downtown, with the charming Old Town, beautiful churches, and plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. While the rooms are starting to show very slight signs of wear, such as a few small stains on the carpet and chairs in rooms 114 and 110, these were minor and did not detract from our overall experience. The shower could use a touch more care with limescale removal, but the amenities provided were excellent and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. We are deeply grateful for such a lovely stay and left feeling refreshed and happy. Highly recommended!”

If this hotel could be given negative stars, it would. First off, the staff is so rude. No one says hello to you…ever. I wasn’t asked how my stay was when I left, which is probably good because they would have gotten an earful! The bathroom is a complete hazard. The bathtub side is so high that you need to be a pole vaulter to get in. I slipped and fell badly trying to get out. I went to the front desk to ask if they had any non-slip pads. They did not but offered me a towel. So I had to take showers on a sopping towel for a week! The did not even ask if I was okay. The tub also does not drain and the air conditioning was so weak. The room was humid all night making it hard to sleep. Please choose another place to stay!

Indtjekning gik fint, jeg undrer mig dog lidt over at man bliver bedt om at hente en QR-kode for hurtigere indtjekning, men når man viser den kan de ikke bruge den og beder om et pas. Så skal man jo som kunde ikke spilde tid på at hente en QR-kode. Vi fik et stort værelse med balkon og det var rigtig lækkert. Badeværelset i topklasse og separat toilet. Gardinerne i værelset gav problemer, de var meget svære at lukke, så der var ikke rigtig mørkt om morgenen. I rummet var der også ovenlys vinduer, men der virkede persiennerne ikke. Det virkede lidt slidt. Rengøring var der ikke en finger at sætte på, alt blev rengjort dagligt og det var fint. Morgenmaden var også glimrende. Ved udtjekning blev vi ikke spurgt om vi havde haft et godt ophold, det burde man som standard gøre i en reception.

Hotel was nice and close to everything and we ended up staying there 3 different times on the same trip. We liked the room and the location. I did not like that they kept calling to ask when we were leaving. Also I extended one more day after the second stay and asked we if we could have another bottle of wine since it included one per stay. The curly hair guy with glasses at the front desk said “no”. That did not sit well with me. It is a $250 a night hotel and how much is that free bottle of wine to make a customer happy? Clearly not a good response to give to a customer.

Excellent location walking distance to old town and many restaurants. The staff are very attentive, the young tall man with curly hair could not do enough for us. We had an early tour of Auschwitz in our second day and the hotel provided us with a fabulous boxed breakfast to take with us as we were too early to eat in restaurant. I can not say enough good about this hotel!! If back in Warsaw I will definitely stay here!!

Outstanding hotel in every way. Great location right on the edge of the old town. There are lots of restaurants and cafes right nearby. The hotel staff were excellent - professional, courteous, available and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations. It was large, luxurious, and clean. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely indoor heated pool area and sauna which was included. We would definitely stay here again if we revisited Warsaw.

Rooms and bathrooms were large. Property was clean and in a nice area a short walk from the old town. Only negative was no variation of the breakfast from day to day. The breakfast itself was a nice spread, but when staying for a week, it got old.

Virkelig søde og imødekommende personale. Fine store værelser - Dog en defekt kontakt ved sengen, som gjorde at mobilen ikke kunne oplades. De prøvede at kigge på det, men kom ikke i mål. Rigtig godt morgenmad, lidt ærgerligt at der er løb tør for ting flere gange, selvom de ellers gik og holdt øje. Kommer gerne igen
