Great location and beautiful lobby area. The gym and sauna is a bit outdated and the staff aren't there in the morning (until past 10) to turn the sauna on. Rooms could use a little bit of updating but overall a very nice stay and would recommend.

Older property but our go-to to visit Warsaw. Even standard rooms are very spacious with high ceilings as is typical in older buildings. Good connections to Warsaw's very good transit but no longer has close-by parking. (Lot is being changed into greenspace)

The bed was one of the best, perhaps even the best, I have had. Massive, perfectly comfortable and the pillows perfect. The location is ideal, particularly if going to events at the National stadium. The only note is there is no spa as advertised. Only a sauna

Excellent fast checkin, great customer service and pleasant front of house. Agreed an extra complimentary 1 hr checkout stay at beginning of trip due to flight time, which was refreshing. Large rooms, great beds and clean linen. Adequate bathroom/shower over bath and toiletries. Heated bathroom floor which was nice. Superb breakfast selection. Overall, a great Hotel which is based in the Centre of Warsaw. 200m from the Central rail station, and an excellent selection of craft beer bars and assorted restaurants within a maximum 15 min walk. Safe area at all times. Sauna and gym if you so desire. Just a great visit and would unreservedly recommend to all travellers who are looking for a quality stay at a competitive price.

Helt fantastisk plassering, med vidundrlig resepsjon og byens beste utsikt fra rommet, gjennom store vinduer. Traffikert gate like utenfor men helt stille på rommet. Nydelig spa og treningsrom i underetasjen. Kort vei til alt! Jeg vil definitivt anbefale dette hotellet!

Nice room and good bed. The location of this hotel is very convenient for visiting the most famous Warsaw museums. Good public transport to the airport and museums. Staff was very nice. The hotel restaurant is also good. Gym and sauna were good.

I had a wonderful stay at the Polonia Palace Hotel. The building has a lovely charm, yet the interiors are modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The staff were very helpful with questions we had. The location was very close to the train station as well as bus and tram service and walkable to old town. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. Our room faced the street in the third floor but we couldn’t hear noise. Breakfast had a large variety of options.

Extremely comfortable room in what I would consider a luxury hotel with a stunning lobby, formal staff and high ceilings. Probably wouldn’t have selected this were it not for the discounted room rate on hotels.com. Quiet despite being located on a very busy street across from the central train station and subway/bus/tram stops.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the central square with easy access to transportation. Its location is central and area walkable for excellent restaurants. Just one complaint, we had two twin mattresses one really needed to be replaced, very worn with major sink hole.

Everything about the stay was great, fast checkin, good breakfast, helpful staff, good location, comfortable room. The only thing that would prevent me from staying there again is the noise from outside. I had a room overlooking the Main Street and frankly the noise from the traffic and particularly the trams meant I could not get a good nights sleep. There were also sounds coming from the inner workings of the hotel such as air flow, plumbing etc that kept me awake.

Check ahead of time if they have any events and choose room accordingly! Very nice hotel. Nice lobby and rooms. Clean. Helpful staff. My room overlooked the foyer area. That made it exceptionally quiet most nights. However one night there was an event and that night the music was unbearable. However I have to commend the staff for how they managed to problem when I rang to complain about the noise. They promptly moved me to a quieter room and didn't require me to immediately move my luggage so it was an easy transition. But if I stayed again I would ask about events before accepting my room.

the property was beautiful. nice size rooms and extremely clean. rooms very quite which makes a great night sleep. front desk very unwelcoming , not a smile during my 3 day stay except for the bellman cant remember his name, i want to say rallvo. He went out of his way to help out out. thanks.

This is a terrific option for a solo, business, family or any traveler. The staff could not be more accommodating. The hotel is elegant and gracious. The room price is extremely fair, especially considering the very high quality of rooms and services. I stayed here twice - at the beginning and end of my trip. I did not arrive until after 10 pm for my second check in - no problem. A really nice extra is how the staff really cared about your experience. Example - I needed to take a taxi to the Stare Miasto and the concierge wanted to make sure that I was not over charged. Not only did he call the taxi (normal), he walked out with me and told the driver exactly what a fair charge would be and no more (above and beyond). I was charged LESS than that. The Mezze bar is open until 11 for late night dining or snacking with good food that is fairly priced. I will stay there the next time that I go to Poland. It is only a few blocks to the central train station (walkable) and a short taxi or Uber ride to attractions.

Wonderful historic hotel steps from the "Centrum" tram stop and the central railway station. Old Town, the National Museum, and other points of interest are a short tram ride--very convenient location. Great breakfast. Nice bar with a good food menu. Highly recommended!

Took a train from Gdansk to Warsaw. Once I arrived in Warsaw, I walked 6 minutes to hotel Polonia Palace. Very classy place. Great choice from beginning to end during my 2 day stay in Warsaw.

Great Hotel, about a 5 minute walk to the beginning of the Pedestrian Areas, a big Park and Train Station right across the street, and maybe 20+ minutes walk to get right into Old Town. VERY nice Hotel, great service and amazing Breakfast. If you find a good rate as we did, BOOK IT!

Rooms are very warm and welcoming. Bottle of water daily is a nice touch and appreciated. Beds are comfortable. Heated bathroom floor, robes and slippers are nice touch. Perfect location lots of restaurant, bars and shopping mall across the street. Main Train station within walking distance.

This hotel is located in a prime location. We came in by train, the “central train station” and walked maybe 5 minutes to the hotel, everything is close. All transportation to the airport and to other parts of the city are close. The hotel staff was incredibly sweet and spoke English. Breakfast was delicious with many options—from eggs and bacon to oatmeal to cheese and fish. The room was clean and roomy. Beds are a bit small but I think that’s the norm, I didn’t see any queens, went from twin to king I believe.

Polonia Palace es un elegante hotel excelente con habitaciones limpias y bien mantenidas. El desayuno bufet incluido es delicioso y el servicio del bar es tambien de primera. Esta cerca de la estacion central de tren y se puede llegar a pie. Si se tiene mucho equipaje tambien se puede ir en taxi. Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento.
