The reception is so friendly, I guess they're thinking of Asians, they even serve rice for breakfast. The fitness club, swimming pool, and sauna are also great. It's perfect, especially the short-haired male staff at the reception and the man wearing glasses are so kind and remember me every time I go, so it feels like home.

Trevlig personal. Bra mat. Bra städat. Hotellet är inte nytt och det märks. Lite slitet. Vid vår vistelse så var samtliga ismaskiner trasiga. Gym och spa tillhör inte hotellet utan man samarbetar med ett lokalt gym vilket försämrar upplevelsen. Det finns inga möjligheter att ladda el fordon i hotellets garage. Parkeringsavgiften var också mycket hög.

This was our second stay in Warsaw as part of the same trip. We booked the Hilton expressly because it has a pool and my 5 yr old daughter loves swimming at hotels. When we arrived we were informed that children are only allowed to use the pool on the weekend between 1-5pm. This is not indicted in the hotels.com listing anywhere. This needs to be communicated upfront. We were very disappointed and it put us off of the hotel completely. The rooms are nice and comfortable so if you don’t care about the pool, it is a fine hotel.

Excellent property, friendly staff, amazing breakfast options. The gym facility is world class, and the spa is reasonably priced. Great location and within walking distance of fine restaurants, and the main train station is a 15-20 minute walk. I will definitely rebook on my next trip to Warsaw.

The service is A1A, top! The selection of employees and their trainer are exceptional. These people ‘enjoy’ working here and help you. Always with a smile, always ready. My list of outstanding people is long and I risk skipping some, but here it goes: Maja, Levan, Oybek, Kuba, Wiktoria, Andrew, Rafal, Paulina, Martyna, etc. The location is perfect, parking convenient, walking distance to the large shopping mall, to parks, etc. quick airport access too. Highly recommend it. Book early because they do sell out.

I had a mostly excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was superb – great variety, fresh ingredients, and the staff there were consistently warm and attentive. The Pistachio Bar also stood out with its excellent service and relaxed atmosphere – a real highlight of the hotel. The Room Turnover (cleaning service) was top-notch. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and well-stocked throughout the stay. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The reception staff could be more attentive and welcoming. Compared to the rest of the team, the front desk service felt a bit cold and impersonal, which was disappointing considering it’s the first point of contact for guests. A major downside was the swimming pool maintenance. There were recurring issues during my stay – either it was closed or not properly maintained, which was frustrating and disappointing. Also, it would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer information about the gym policy. Friendly staff. The restaurant and little bar leave a lot to be desired in such an up scale hotel. Room service after 11:00 is awful and items said to be available were not. Nice rooms good view, The gym is simple awesome if you have time, it’s a commercial gym has everything, again it’s awesome. What I can’t figure out is many hotels I’ve stayed at here and at airport etc , Don’t have a simple coffee maker, You get a hot water pot . Sooo disappointing for Hilton , but Marriot at airport is same way. High end hotels lousy restaurants, Breakfast was good though.

It took them over two hours after check in time to prepare my room. All that time I was waiting in the lobby, no information, no apology I had to keep checking myself if there are any updates. The swimming pool was closed and there was no info about that while I was booking the stay (swimming pool was the main reason I've chosen this hotel). I was offered membership in Hilton Honors with someone else details in the email. And a an absolute cherry on top there was a smelly bathroom. Absolute trainwreck.

Ci siamo trovati bene, il personale molto cordiale. La camera pulita ma il terzo letto aggiunto la rendeva poco spaziosa. Alloggiavamo al 14°piano e la vista è spettacolare.Non vicino all'Old Town, ma proprio di fronte passa un bus che porta in centro in poche fermate.

Staff at the hotel were amazing, helpful and nice. Good side , most spoke english. Room was clean, good space for a family room yet it needed some improvements, there was no usb, air conditioning making funny noises. Room service food wise is non existent despite saying it’s 24h but when you ring them, there’s only 3 meals and only served till 2 am. Breakfast was lovely yet staff are circulating the tables whilst people are still eating and even cleaning the table when people havn’t finish their meal.

The hotel is great. Clean and exactly what you would expect from a Hilton. What was not expected is that they hadn’t processed my initial payment properly, which meant when I arrived they said I hadn’t paid. I reluctantly agreed to a pre-authorisation on my card so I could check in. I was assured that no debit would be taken without informing me first. Sadly they decided to not do this and double charge me for the room. Due to the time of the month, the lack of available cash in my bank account meant 8 bill direct debits bounced and I incurred overdraft fees. Hilton’s service from the point onwards fell on deaf ears and they couldn’t have cared less about the financial situation they had put me in. 8 days later, I finally got the 2nd charge back to my bank account, but the damage was done. NEVER agree to a pre-authorisation if you know 100% they already have your first payment.

The staff was all very accomodating and kind. The location is ok as its in the main area of many office's. Its not walkable to Old Town, but the ubers arent expensive in comparison to America. Tasty food hall nearby with many options. 2 min walk. I would stay here again!

Das Hotel ist modern, sauber, ruhig und bietet mit seiner ungezwungenen Atmosphäre ein angenehmes Aufenthaltserlebnis. Auch ohne Auto ist der Standort perfekt für die Stadterkundung. Die Bushaltestelle 106 liegt direkt vor dem Hotel und bringt einen in 20 Minuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück bietet einfach alles, was man sich wünscht. Die Speisen sind qualitativ, der Kaffee schmeckt. Selbst an einen Coffee to go wurde gedacht. Vielen Dank.

This property is in a great location in a very centralized urban part of Warsaw. Plenty of nightlife and lots of young vibrant faces. Upon check-in, Shubham really saved the day for us when we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. He made sure we had a rollaway bed, even though Hilton’s online portal didn’t reserve us an extra bed for one of our rooms. There is quite a welcoming team of people at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent, and we ate at the hotel bar at least twice.
