The staff was very helpful & professional. All areas of this hotel were very clean. The pool is clean & towels are available at poolside. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast offers large selection of food and the area was clean and maintained perfectly. Short drive to Pier Village and the beach. I will definitely stay here again!

The only thing that was a downside was the indoor pool, it is advertised as heated but it was not, though I understand that it is the beginning of August , I still was hoping to get into the pool in the evening but the water was not warm. No big deal anyway, we still like the hotel and the food!

The pool worked on day 1, but on day 2 it was closed for maintenance. My kids were very upset, and I was mad since I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. The breakfast area ran out of food early and the staff stopped working and cleaning the area or tables. Do not recommend!

Gym could be much better and pool needs deep clean everyday. Kitchen staff needs a cart to replenish multiple breakfast items at once people were waiting for over 15 minutes for food she was running back and forth one item at a time hot trays in hands. A cart would solve this.

Unfortunately our room wasn’t the cleanest. We had ants. Ants on the furniture. Ants in the bathroom. Even ants in the bed. We stayed two nights and reported it after our first night. Our room was cleaned, but the ants weren’t treated. We also had dirty towels and leftover used wash cloths in the shower. We usually really like Holiday Inn we were very disappointed.

This is a nice and clean hotel. You can smell the cleanliness when you walk in. The parking lot was spotless.The service was friendly as well. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower was very low. Overall I would stay here again.

Bathroom looked clean but toothpaste in the sink!?!? And floor was not cleaned good. I wiped it down and it’s ok. When checking in another client was being moved to a new room as sir not working in his room. Mine is ok but my sisters room was not working they discovered after settling in. Too late to move so was not a comfortable night for them! We Woke up during the nite to smell of smoke! Called desk to be told it’s bring checked on. After getting dressed in case we needed to evacuate I called again to be told someone in the next room burned food in the micros🙄

My sink had no drain plug. My fridge was broken. My beds had black hair in it, myself and my family have blonde hair. People kept knocking on my door from 10pm-12am and kept my children awake. Horrible experience.

The staff was great, I called the front desk for things like a charger, toothbrush and they brought it to me immediately! The only downside was the cleanliness, there was hair that was not mine on the shower wall that I noticed before I took my shower.

So we did a trip from the UK and we were using this hotel as a bit of a base for some activities around NJ before a week in Manhatten. Considering the reputation Jersey has this was an excellant part of our vacation. Hotel was generally fantastic. Good breakfast, good beds, spacious rooms even with 4 people, great pool. My only real problem with the place was the thin walls. We literally could hear conversations from the next room word for word and I even could here someone snoring just a foot or two away from me. Thankfully, during our 4 night stay there were only guests in there 2 of the nights but honestly this made me really uncomfortable! Other than this though it was great. It is not near anything particularly ( we went to a carvels ice cream locally and a buffalo wild wings) but we used it as a place close to highways to get us to various places which it did well.

Nice place but Air Conditioning was blasting with no way to turn it off! Had to get a manager to come up and disconnect it! Beds were very comfortable and amenities were good - great breakfast in the morning.

We stayed in room 331. The room was either hot or cold. Air system didn’t work properly. The water in the shower was hot but no pressure. Room was spotless and staff was great. Don’t buy anything drinks/snacks from their “store”. 2 drinks, chips and 2 packs of White Castle was $31 😳

Unable to control room temperature or fan speed. Ended up unplugging unit to stay comfortable and out of a wind tunnel. Weekday breakfast only had 1/2 the items the weekend breakfast offered. Rooms were quiet. Beds comfortable.

Upon arrival, we observed the front desk staff offering options for dinner to a couple- they were so friendly and engaged. When they began checking us in, they introduced themselves, offered us free cookies, and gave us the option of which floor we wanted to be on. The room was perfect - we had a small issue with the air conditioning but it worked itself out. They offer dove products in the shower and also had a 12p checkout which is awesome. Last, the free breakfast was good and lasted until 10a. We would definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Excellent stay. We went there with 4 kids and we had a great time. The front desk staff was OUTSTANDING. The young woman who checked us in Friday afternoon was the best customer service we’ve had in a hotel. Will come back!

Horrible experience. Checked in, got my key, opened the door and another person was in the room, 2 actually. Apologized and went back to the desk to get a new room. Go back upstairs and you guessed it, key doesnt work. Go back and finally key worked. That was Friday night. Sunday night came back to the hotel and key doesn't work. Painful. Painful. Painful.

We stayed 1 night, went to Monmouth Park and Long Branch Beach. It's 5 minutes from both. This place was clean and comfortable with a pretty good breakfast. We will stay here again.

The property is clean and the staff very friendly. It is very convenient to Monmouth Park race track and the Jersey shore. My only complaint is the breakfast is the same that all the others are becoming bland and dull.

It was very nice. Suggestion for breakfast would be a little more variety, and correct signage for the items. The sign said bacon, but there was sausage in the pan instead, and the apple and cranberry juices were water when dispensed and I didn’t see an employee whom I could tell.

We had two rooms. Room was clean and well supplied. We did not care for the breakfast. The hot food was not hot and we did not want to make pancakes. We would have liked the puffy waffles instead. We did like that the breakfast was open until 10 AM. It allowed for us to sleep a little later.

Normally, we love this hotel. However, our first breakfast was non existent. Granted, its the Friday after Thanksgiving, but there was no bread, no fruit, no bacon and barely anything else at 7AM. Saturday was worse, there were ten times the people at the hotel, the sausage and eggs were left over from the day before, and everything was out. My whole table got 4 slices of bacon. Pancake Machine did not work. Cinnamon buns were cold. Good Room, Terrible Breakfast, so, overall not what we were used to.
