This could be the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. The front desk checked a different family into our room late at night, leading them to open the door and scare us out of our sleep. Then there was a fire alarm that went off leading us to have to be evacuated in the middle of the night. I called the office 2 times over the next week after our stay and each time I was told that the manager would call me back. That never happened. I then reached out to Wyndham Hotels via phone call and never got a call back, but I did get a robo-email with no resolution. I can't foresee me ever using Wyndham Hotels for any of my hotel stays in the future. Bad business to not be able to call people back and have a discussion. This is apparently their business model to not communicate with their customers since it is happening at multiple levels.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Not the staffs issue for sure, but all guests has to sit outside for 40 mins in the early morning… the least the hotel could have done was pushed back breakfast an additional hour as a courtesy. Rough night.

The plumbing was backed up in our room so they moved us to another room. The other room’s TV didn’t work. The staff couldnt figure it out and said there was nothing they could do. The room was dirty and not maintained. Then a guest of a guest falsely pulled the fire alarm at 5 AM. Stay was not pleasant at all.
