O hotel está muito bem localizado, perto da Estação Central de Oslo. Atendimento e café da manhã excelentes...uma pena é o barulho da rua, que atrapalha bastante (inclusive, no banheiro já havia protetores auriculares). Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas a localização foi estratégica. Parabéns a toda a equipe e funcionários.

Best breakfast ever! Could stay at this hotel mainly for the breakfast. Great service, clean and nice rooms. We traveled with a baby and could easily fit the stroller in our room which was a big + for us.good walking distance to a lot of main tourist attractions. Fair price. The hotel gym was also good enough to get a good session in. Strongly recommend!

Really enjoyed the room. Breakfast was exceptional. The hotel staff have been incredible, very helpful. They walked us through sites to see and how to get around Oslo. They also helped us with parking. A little bit of a bummer because it is a public parking garage, but this would be no different than any major city around the world. A little noisy outside our window, local bar next door. With ear plugs, it was ok. Overall, great stay.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are average size and our only complaint was that the AC did not work so our room was very warm during the day but it cooled off with the window open at night. The hotel is located right downtown so only a few blocks from sites, shops and restaurants. Parking is right next door, if required.

Nice, clean room with very comfortable bedding. Appreciated having both a coffeemaker and a teapot in the room. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options. Only about a 9‑minute walk from the central train station and within easy walking distance to most major attractions.

This hotel was great value for money. I stayed here twice in one trip. The single room was quite small which was expected but their great amenities make up for it. They have free coffee all day, breakfast, luggage storage which I used twice, fruit available for free, ice machine, great gym which I used twice, fridge in room and kettle :) It is noisy outside which was the only downfall. I did ask for a room on the quieter side but there was none available. I ended up using my head phones to drown out the noise. They do provide ear plugs (which are also effective). Also be aware that this building is currently under construction but it did not impact my stay. I would stay here again :)

Really lovely, great location at an excellent price. All staff pleasant and helpful. They accommodated my early check in. The breakfast was out of this world incredible. Plenty of options for vegetarians and meat-atarians alike. Even a section of gluten free options. As I understand it, Norway is like this for breakfast. Had I known, it would have been worth another night in the hotel and a morning flight instead of an evening one! When you say no frills in the US, it means an entirely different thing than a good but no frills hotel here. Wow.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione ed ai negozi del centro. Con una passeggita di 15/12 minuti tra le vie del centro è possibile raggiungere a piedi l’Opera, Munch Museum Bar Code etc. Colazione a buffet davvero luculiana. In camera bollitore con bustine di the/caffè e frigorifero. Nella hall a disposizione degli ospiti bevande calde h24 e macchina per il ghiaccio. Qualche gradino che potrebbe creare problemi ad ospiti in carrozzina, ma sono certo che avvisando, la struttura provvederà ad assegnare camere idonee. In definitiva consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel.

Skulle på konsert på Spektrum og dette hotellet var midt i blinken. Trivelige ansikter når du går inn døra. Kult hotell med masse utesteder rundt. Bare korte gåturer til kjøpesenter. Synes renholdet kunne vært bedre, mye rusk i kriker og kroker og flekker på glass osv. Frokosten var bra men savnet de "normale" bønnene i tomatsaus, litt lite valg enn på andre plasser jeg har bodd men smaken var bra. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd

Hatten einen 4 Nächte Aufenthalt, daher reichte es im Standartzimmer. Dies war sehr klein und leicht verstaubt. Bad war gut mit 2 Waschbecken, hier hehlte allerdings die Seife im Nachfüllbehälter. Es war sehr hellhörig, zumal das Fenster zu einem Biergarten mit Lifemusic ging. Die großen Flure waren auf dem Teppichboden dreckig und auch auf den Fußleisten sammelte sich Staub. Dafür war das Frühstück sensationell mit allem Drum und Dran. Den ganzen Tag gab es Kaffee und Tee und Obst. Und sehr central gelegen, alles war fußläufig erreichbar.

Breakfast was really good. Location was ok in relation to other attractions. But the rest of the experience wasn’t great. Hotel itself is not clean, rooms are very very small and it was not a queen size bed as it was advertised—not even a “European queen”—it was a double (not even a full). And room was very hot so sleeping was difficult.

The location was great, the breakfast was comprehensive and it was clean. If it were winter, this probably would have been a great stay. It was summer and hot so we had to have the windows open. The surrounding restaurants/bars made sleeping very challenging.

The location has convenient acces to public transportation; a three minute walk to a tram and bus stop; ten minute walk to the central train station. Two of the tram lines will take you straight to Vigeland Park without transferring. When we had to leave, we walked to the train station with our luggage for an easy ride to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Our room on the sixth floor was small but comfortable and very quiet. Rooms on the sixth floor are up in the roof, so the ceiling slopes down steeply and the window is a skylight, with limited view.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We stayed here because it is close to the main Oslo train station, although the hotel isn’t in a great part of town. Our room was clean, but we could hear a lot of noise from drunks out on the street although we stayed on a Monday night. The bathroom was modern with double sinks and a nice shower. And there was a small refrigerator in the room.

Rom med skråtak anbefales ikke. Det føltes veldig tett og lite, som å sove på et loft. Må bøye seg for å se seg i speilet, vanskelig å gre håret uten å slå handa i taket. Burde ikke være full pris for dette rommet som jo ikke er et fullverdig rom. Ellers var det hyggelig betjening, god frokost.

My daughter had an unexpected medical emergency which made us have to extend our stay in Oslo. The staff ensured that we could carry on staying at the Thon Spectrum in same rooms for as long as we needed. Also all the staff have gone above and beyond their duty with the care and support they have provided during this difficult time.

Was really looking forward to staying here based on reviews from other guests. Requested a quiet room. Staff gave me one with construction within 30 feet of my window. Got another room. Had to listen to loud live music every night til 11:00. The bathroom was tiny. Staff seemed indifferent toward guests. I also thought the neighborhood was kind of sketchy. Only highlight was the breakfast. BEST I HAVE EVER HAD ON ANY VACATION.

Ordered breakfast to go for the next day as we had an early flight. But when we went to check out, the attendant would not give us the ones they had prepared as he said they were for someone else. He did not offer any solution. Nor did he apologuze (the kitchen was open he could have done something as it was clear on our file we had ordered).

Nice location, an easy walk to Islo Central Station. Excellent staff and very nice breakfast. Nearby park has live music events Friday and Saturday nights. Very loud, I liked it, but if you want fine dining and quiet weekend evenings this might not be for you.

Bra beliggenhet! Vi skulle på konsert på Sentrum Scene og til dit var det kort vei. Det var mange dagligvarebutikker like i nærheten. God frokost var det også! Innsjekk og utsjett gikk kjapt og rommene var rene.

A really comfy hotel - nice cosy rooms, lovely soft bed (slept really well) and amazingly friendly staff (great level of customer service). The highlight was the included breakfast - breakfast included as standard in my experience has been quite basic, but here the breakfast spread is amazing, and certainly not budget-level. A real treat. I’d go back here in a heartbeat. Fantastic location for events at the Spektrum or Folketeateret.
