Veldig sentrumsnært, men det var veldig stille på rommet og jeg fikk plenty med søvn. Rommet var pent & ryddig, i tillegg til at hotellet har gode fasiliteter som hurtigkoker og hårføner på hotellet, i tillegg til et kjekt lite treningsrom.

Meget god frokost. Det var to heiser, den ene var ute av drift og den andre var helt uforutsigbar. Så det ble trapper til 9. etg. Noe som var litt styrete. Flotte rom og ellers fint hotell. Sjenerende med rådhusklokka som stadig ringte sent på kvelden.

We had a nice stay. Getting in the parking garage is very narrow on the ramp (garage is managed by a parking company) and $49 a day. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Many options!

Det var ikke vindu på rommet slik at vi kunne få frisk luft. Det var ikke noe sjampo og balsam i dispenseren i dusjen. Varmeanlegget var i stykker. Elles var det et veldig fint hotell. God seng og god frokost. :) Deilig me det lite trenings rom

Situation pratique et petit-déjeuner correct. Établissement vétuste et mal entretenu (l'entrée ressemble à un hall de gare des années 80). Chambre mal équipée et pas vraiment propre, mauvaise literie, service d'étage inexistant (le ménage n'est pas du tout fait certains jours et très mal fait les autres). L'ensemble est très moyen.

We highly enjoyed our stay, the bed was huge and super comfortable. Though the room itself was kinda small, dark and claustrophobic. The only window was in the corner and overlooked an inside atrium, so no natural light got into the room. Also the dark paint color on the walls made the room feel smaller than it was. The bathroom had good counter space, the shower was a bit small as it was 2 fold out doors, which didn't stop the water from getting outside and onto the rest of the floor. TV channels were also super limited, with hardly any english speaking channels, not even CNN or BBC. The breakfast was amazing, great selection, very tasty and wonderful attentive staff. The location was wonderful, walking distance to everything you would want to see in Oslo.

The hotel was ok. The whole building has an air circulation system, which leads to a constant noise in the room. This cannot be turned off, so you can't sleep without Oropax. The reception was rather indifferent except for a very friendly employee. The cleaning of the room was rudimentary (beds made, surfaces not wiped). We expected more, because we knew the Scandic hotel in Helsinki, which is very nice. Nevertheless, the location of the hotel is convenient and the breakfast was good. So a solid „satisfied“ is ok.

Check in was quick but staff was not welcoming or informative. He just took my name and gave the key. No explanation where things were or about breakfast. Housekeeping wasn’t consistent. Didn’t have soap for 2 days. Luckily ran into them on the way back in the afternoon to request some which she was happy to get. No sugar on the second day of my stay for the tea and coffee station. Room and bathroom was fantastic, modern, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to retail and food options and near the water but far away where it’s quiet.

Requested staff to note an early checkin 5 months ago for 2 rooms, as we are Seniors and our daughter has an 18-month old. I tried to message staff on this and other questions several times over the 5-month period with either no response or "form" responses. After our 15-hour flight we got there around noon, and were told by Kaja that there was no early checkin as they were still cleaning rooms. Tried to escalate our concern to Manager, Mila, but found that she does not work on weekends. So we waited in the lobby with the baby and checked periodically. Continually told our rooms would be ready at 4pm. Finally it is 4pm! Guess what our rooms are still not cleaned and ready. We had to wait another 45 minutes and got into our rooms at 4:45pm. No apologies, No drink coupons or restaurant credit, they offered nothing to attempt to make our situation any better, Got to our rooms and the temperatures was 78 degrees. Seemed like the front desk clerk was on a "power trip" making these seniors and baby wait an extra 45 minutes. Overall it was an absolutely awful experience, especially after 15+ hours of flying. They simply did not care about their customers comfort. NEVER AGAIN! If I could have rate the "Overall Service" and "Staff" a ZERO, I would have.

I had a courtyard facing room and It was super quiet and dark (using the blackout curtains). Exactly what I needed after traveling for 2 days. Very easy to walk to places and nearby public transportation. Staff were all very friendly.

Breakfast and location were major wins. However, the air conditioning didn’t work in any of our three rooms. Front desk tried to charge us extra to check in at 4p (advertised time) which was sneaky. We’ve stayed at other Scandic hotels with a much better experience. If we go back to Oslo, we will stay at a different Scandic hotel and so should you.

Great location, easy to get to by public transit. Clean and comfortable (beds on the soft side). No view with an interior room overlooking their courtyard where breakfast is held but it was quiet. Breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly. Would recommend.

An easy walk from National Theater station which has express and regular trains to the airport; a couple of blocks (probably the closest hotel) the summer ferry to 'museum' (Bygdoy) island, where you'll want to spend all day for the array of world-class museums. A block or so from Town Hall -Nobel and National museums; the Theater and Parliament in the other direction; just a block off the main drag with all the good tram and bus lines. ,,,So, possibly the best-located hotel in the city, yet nestled in a quiet corner. The breakfast buffet is also amazing, in a beautiful atrium; the staff is friendly & knowledgeable, and the room is clean with everything one needs. Comfy bed, good lighting, spacious bathroom. A perfect stay.

It is a great hotel for visiting Oslo. It takes only minutes to the harbour, the castle and to the main shopping area. The rooms and the beds are comfortable, everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious!

Perfekt läge mellan Karl Johan och Aker Brygge. Vi hade ett rum inåt och det var tyst. Däremot lät AC:n en del, lyckades få ned ljudet men inte temperaturen. Bra stort stort rum att bre ut sig i och stor toalett. Lite 90-tal kakel på väggarna men nyare klinker. Frukostbuffén var suverän med massor att välja på. Rekommenderar att besöka Kon-Tiki och Fram museet, mycket intressanta. En dag i Vigelandsparken och Botanisk hage var toppen.

This hotel is in an excellent location for a reasonable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Beyond that, my favorite thing about this hotel was the breakfast!!! The selection was expansive, everything tasted fresh, and the space where we ate was beautiful.

The hotel was ok. Excellent location, spacious room, clean, great breakfast. The reception staff were friendly. It's lacking an atmosphere, there was no bar that you could enjoy a drink before going back to the room or on the way out. A receptionist sells you a glass of wine and you can sit in the reception area or take a drink to your room. Our room was extremely hot, pre set aircon, couldn't change the temperature. +24 was far too hot, we couldn't sleep. We kept the window opened but the loud music at 2am kept us awake. Bed was very uncomfortable, really bad for your back. Breakfast was really nice but there was only one coffee machine for a very large breakfast room that was absolutely packed. Waiting in a 10-15 people queue for a coffee wasn't fun. And then you get half a cup because it run out of coffee! So, mixed reviews. We really enjoyed Oslo but wouldn't stay at this hotel again if we would come back.
