De passage à Bolzano sans vouloir rentrer dans le centre-ville, je vous conseille cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : l'accueil, la chambre et la SDB (grandes et très propres), le lit (très confortable), la piscine et le jaccuzi, le petit-déjeuner. Il est très facile de se garer dans les rues autour de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous passons à nouveau par Bolzano.

O hotel é muito bom, novo, boas instalações, café da manhã bem básico. O único ruim é que o estacionamento do hotel é pago 25 euros por dia. Mas tem estacionamento grátis na ruas próximas e pago por hora durante o dia em frente ao hotel.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and was good. Parking in garage is 25e a day. Sauna and Steam room were a nice treat after hiking. Highly recommend!

Stayed the weekend in December as a family and had an amazing experience. From the gifted hot chocolate to our child through to the cookies at check out, all interactions with staff were fantastic. The breakfast was great as was the restaurant for dinner, the roof top pool also clean and warm. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to the north of Italy. The only change I would make is we have an electric hybrid car and didn't know to reserve the electric charging port, was fine before another guest reserved it as we could charge the car, but once that guest arrived they had the charging port for their duration and it wasn't available for use. More charging ports for electric as there were many electric / hybrids in the garage would be an excellent addition! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Hotel molto bello, un po’ decentrato dai luoghi d’interesse,siamo stati ospiti per 4 giorni. Le camere sono belle, insonorizzate e spaziose, il personale cordiale e gentile, purtroppo sulla pulizia (cambio delle lenzuola), non siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, infatti le lenzuola con qualche macchia sono rimaste li per tutta la durata del soggiorno, oltre questo ,su due ordinazioni del servizio in camera,hanno dimenticato una pietanza. Peccato,perché conoscendo la catena Sheraton (soggiorno spesso da loro per lavoro),non mi aspettavo queste dimenticanze.

We had to forfeit the first night and we called the hotel on tge 24 at 2.30 pm. Were told someone would call bk as the person I was speaking to did not quite understand english. It did not happen. We called again and were told it was then too late because it was after 3 pm to cancel. The reason to postpone arrival on 24 December instead of 23 was that our children luggage did not arrive until 24 and we had to wait at Milan Malpensa. So we were charged the night and cancellation fees for both rooms. I do not think it is fair and customer oriented. Hotel blamed on Orbitz

Zur Durchfahrt ein spitzen Hotel, das Personal und der Service waren super Spitze und unglaublich Kinderfreundlich. Auch auf besondere Allergien, wie eine Glutenunverträglichkeit wurde direkt und mit guten Alternativen sowohl im Hauptrestaurant wie auch beim Frühstück eingegangen. Ein rund um klasse Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt Messenahe, was ein wenig an ein Industriegebiet erinnert, aber das war ein kleiner Wermutstropfen für eine schnelle Weiterfahrt nach Nord Italien. Gerne wieder und vielen Dank.

A beautiful hotel with loads of amenities, with the highlight being unbelievable staff. After a rough night and having to find this hotel last minute, Maryan and her team at front desk completely changed our night. Would highly recommend this hotel, due to the lovely staff, large and clean rooms, and fantastic pool and breakfast.

This is an ideal choice if you are driving to Bolzano and the Dolomiti region, as it's directly off of the autostrada. The hotel is located in an industrial estate, but only 500m from a Regionale train station, that will get you into Central Bolzano in 5 minutes, without driving into a ZTL area and searching for parking. The rooms are modern, immaculate, and spacious and the pool facility/deck, was a treat during the Heat Dome period when we arrived in July.

Zeer stijlvol hotel op 6 km van het centrum van Bolzano (regio industriegebied, kleine luchthaven, beursgebouwen). Mooie kamer, alle comfort. Vriendelijke staff. Leuke bar met kleine gerechten en een à la carte restaurant. Enige minpuntjes: ondanks de isolatie maakt het dichtklappen van de deuren van de buren veel lawaai. De warme gerechten van het uitgebreide ontbijt zijn niet warm genoeg. Toch een aanrader.

Tolles Hotel, zwar etwas außerhalb (Industriegebiet) jedoch als Ausgangspunkt für uns perfekt mit dem Auto 15min zur Altstadt .. Außen sieht das Hotel unauffällig aus , jedoch innen toll und modern..Wellness war super..Personal zuvorkommend, Die Bar top 👍 ..die Burger auch😉 Würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen!
