Location was ok for my needs 10 minute walk to mall and park near river. Tidy room but single bed was very small and not the most comfortable bed I have ever slept inn but there were no double rooms when I booked. Breakfast is basic but ok staff were helpful , free parking is always good.

Concierge was super nice. Loved the mountain view from the room. The room was very accessible (walk in shower, bars in washroom, large doors) which was a pleasant surprise as we were travelling with someone in a wheelchair. Great breakfast. Wish we had stayed longer!

Sehr gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Sauberes grosses Zimmer. Hotel ist zwar etwas am Stadtrand gelegen, hat jedoch grosszügige Parkplatzverhältnisse und mit dem Hotelvelo (EUR 5 Tagesmiete) ist die Altstadt gemütlich in 15 Minuten zu erreichen (schöner Radweg im Park am Fluss entlang).

Wir hatten leider erst am 2. Abend warmes Wasser, außerdem hatte die Dusche keine Abtrennung, so dass das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Waschbecken war verstopft. Allgemein aber Personal,freundlich, aber unterbesetzt. Sie haben sich bemüht.

While the room was clean? The air freshener that was being used was so overpowering. You almost couldn’t stay in the room and as you walked up and down the hallways you could smell oozing out of every other room. We had to open all of the windows just to be able to stay in the room. Also the commitment to eco-friendliness meant we couldn’t turn the air-conditioning down and had to put up with 24 / 25° without being able to use the air air-conditioning.

The hotel is a bit away from Bolzano. We had a car so it was not an issue. Rooms were awful, the walls had stains and smudges on them. We were disgusted by the bathroom that smelled like urine. The shower had mold and rust around the door. If I were to come back to Bolzano, I’d never stay at that hotel again.

위치가 시내와는 꽤 떨어져 있고 공업단지? 같은 느낌의 동네 였음. 주차장 넓음. 일찍 도착해서 early chk-in을 해주셔서 너무 좋았음. 룸 컨디션은 오래되어서 리모델링이나 페인트가 필요해 보였음 세면대에 물이 안내려가 있어서 확인해봤더니 고장나있어서 수리공이와서 바로 고쳐 줌. 전체적으로 미니멀하고 깔끔하나 또 가지는 않을 거 같음. 조식은 괜찮았음

Nous avons subit un accueil détestable : la demoiselle présente à l'accueil à notre arrivée devrait changer de métier ! D'évidence l'arrivée de notre groupe l'a profondément dérangée et nous l'a bien fait ressentir !!! L'hôtel est lui propre, confortable et calme. Places de stationnement disponibles, couvertes pour les motos. Il n'y a pas énormément d'offre restauration à proximité, mais vous pouvez vous y rendre à pieds. Les tarifs indiqués en réservations n'ont pas été respectés ! Nous n'étions que de passage pour une nuit, vu l'accueil détestable, nous avons préféré payer le montant demandé pour éviter des complications supplémentaires. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement, mes compagnons de voyage non plus, et nous n'en ferons pas bonne publicité !

A lovely property and great breakfast but very inaccessible without a car. Taxis take advantage by driving you the long way around to rack up a bigger fee. However although a long walk at 42 minutes in to town most of it was along the river.

Das Hotel liegt praktisch, nahe der Autobahn. Die Einfahrt ist aber schwer zu finden. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, lediglich der Holzboden wölbt sich gefährlich. Auch das Bad ist sehr groß und neu.

Quite comfortable. Rather squeaky single bed. Wonderful pillows. In an office / warehouse area without shops or much in the way of restaurants, BUT very reasonably priced. About a 40 minute walk into the centre (go via the river--very pleasant). Breakfast around €10 and pretty good (scrambled egg is awful/pastries are good). Could do with more fruit. Very kind staff! Very well set up for disabled visitors.
