Unfortunately, our room was very hot during our stay. Although a fan was provided, it did little to cool the room down. We couldn’t keep the window open because of the heavy traffic noise just outside, which made it difficult to sleep. We asked if it was possible to change rooms, but unfortunately, no other rooms were available. We also had our bikes parked outside, and during the night someone stole the toolboxes mounted on them. This was not the hotel’s fault, but it did make us feel that the surrounding area was not particularly secure.

First of, they do not have AC in the room. Unbearable, just a small table fan, a loud one at that. Second, need to get better at responding to messages. Tried several times without reply. Other than that the hotel is okey, very nice and welcoming staff. Nice breakfast.

Well, location is great, breakfast is good but room isolation needs improvement; you can hear noice from street. Bathroom needs also some renovation, shower curtains horrible. Further as a Silver member, I supposed to get an amount in DKK to use for drinks, reception had no idea how am I talking about
