Staff were fabulous, very accommodating when we had issues sleeping on the sofa bed, which was pretty bad- letting us have an additional room without charge! Nice jacuzzi and sauna, free bicycles and great buffet breakfast too :)

Fint familieværelse. Alt fungerede som det skulle. Brugte spa området med børn hver dag. Man kan booke tider online når man er tjekket ind hvilket sikrer at spa området ikke er overfyldt. God beliggenhed tæt på stationen, restauranter, shoppinggader, og tæt på sporvogne og busser hvis man skal til f.eks.. Liseberg.

Centralt och praktiskt beläget hotell. Bra parkering inomhus under hotellet. Sköna sängar. Gym som vi använde och var fullt tillräckligt. Spabad fanns men omklädningsrummet på damerna var väldigt ofräscht. I övrigt ett bra hotell

Majority of staff was nice, rooms were great, AC was strong, breakfast included was expectional, however removing 1 star because we were stuck in the hot elevator with 9 other people for almost 1 hour & they didn’t even comp us anything for the ordeal. The staff members who helped us didn’t collect info to follow up with us. It was so hot and gave us so much anxiety being trapped.

Great location near the central station and buses/trams. We had a fairly quiet room. Parking garage was a bit tight for maneuvering a Volvo V90 wagon but convenient with plenty of spaces and reached by an elevator from the hotel.

Although it is kept clean, this hotel has seen better days. Scuffmarks on the walls and Empty food delivery cartons of other rooms lining the corridors because cleaning staff only come by once a day, if ever, as you would have to book room cleaning the day in advance online. Even when booked, in my case they just emptied the bins. Even the bathroom floor was still completely wet when I got back in the evening, towels not even touched. So, cleaningwise slightly dissapointed. Unfortunately the window only opens a gap the size of a letterbox to let fresh air in. A positive thing though is the central location of the hotel. Most places in town can be reached by foot.

Hyggelig betjening, god mat i resturanten og godt tilrettelagt for familier i fellesområdene. Da vi pakket rommet vårt for utreise tittet jeg under sengen. Der lå det støvdotter som må ha opparbeidet seg gjennom mange måneder, og to ostepop som noen andre hadde etterlatt seg. Dette var veldig ekkelt!

Jag är inte nöjd med hotellet i allmänhet. Jag bad om att mitt rum skulle städas, gjordes det inte på den andra dagen. Rummet var väldigt för liten för en familj på fyra personer. Bra beliggenhet og hyggelig personal. Hotellet har en eldre standard, og rommet var helt annerledes enn det som fremkommer i bildene. Det var en tett sluk på badet som førte til mye vanndannelser på gulvet. Vi klagde på det og fikk et nytt rom. Dessverre var det nye rommet uten vindu og uten aircondition - noe som gjorde at det ble veldig tett og tung luft i løpet av natten - det var også samme utfordring med badet. Frokosttilbudet var dessverre også skuffende, maten hadde veldig lite smak - osten og grønnsakene var tørre. Er mildt sagt skuffet over dette hotelloppholdet.

Städningen av rummet var under all kritik när vi checkade in. Där låg tomma flaskor under möbler och var allmänt ofräscht. TV'n fungerade inte. Både städning och TV efter ett att har rest runt och bott extremt mycket på hotell ser jag som basic och måste fungera

Tråkigt oinspererande rum, kalt och kallt. Inga galgar, inget att koka the, kaffe med, inga tillbehör alls i rummet. Inget skohorn. Toaletten med handikappsanpassade armstöd kändes malplace.inga mattor, kallt och kalt golv, tråkigt inredning och design, kändes som en offentlig sektor lokal.

Stort fint rum. Med en väldigt liten tv om man ska vara kräsen till rummets storlek. Badkaret var bra och rummet kändes fint och behagligt. Men nu till sängarna! Finns absoluta INGEN komfort i sängarna. De är enbart en sängbotten som är hård och gnisslar och en pytteliten madrass över. Den är alltså lika tjock som min tum nagel. Har inte sovit en blund inatt… Fick letat upp ett extra täcke för att lägga den dubbelt för att inte få ont i höften. Samma med kuddarna. Ihåliga och små. De blir inte detta hotellet mer. Trots att vi betalade för en uppgradering så blev de en flopp.

Inckeckningen var en katastrof. Långa långa köer. Långa köer till frukosten. Kortmaskiner som inte fungerade osv osv. Tror att man togs på sängen av att hotellet var fullbokat och man inte hade tillräckligt med personal. Men hotellet ligger bra till med sin närhet till Centralstationen.

Vi begärde städning av rum 780 lördag men den uteblev. Påtalade detta i receptionen men intresset för att åtgärda något var svagt. Man skulle ” gå vidare” med det. Men ingen kommentar vid utcheckning på söndagen.

Första rummet vi fick var slitet och sängen riktigt obekväm. Pratade med receptionen och dom fixade ett nytt rum till nästa natt. De rummet va renoverat nyligen och betydligt bättre. Riktigt bra service och trevligt bemötande även om man ”gnällde” på rummet. 5 stjärnor till personalen!

Bra centralt hotell nära centralen. Utmärkt service av incheck med våra barn . Vi anlände mycket tidigare än väntat då tåget blev inställt och vi behövde boka om. Vi skulle ställa av väskorna men fick checka in då de hade lediga rum vilket vi uppskattade som familjer. Supernöjda! Bra spa överlag och god frukost. Fina rum.

Reception staff really friendly. I was pleased to be able to check in a little early as I was exhausted after an early morning flight. My room was facing onto the atrium which was a little disappointing but for a two night stay it wasn't something I was bothered about. The choice for breakfast was brilliant but it was extremely busy at 9.30 Sunday morning. It was a different story at 6.30am Monday and much more relaxed. I ate dinner at the hotel Sunday night and the food was delicious and the service brilliant. I made use of the relaxation area on my first evening and enjoyed the jacuzzi with city views. Overall, very pleased.

Very pleasant hotel near the central station so very convenient for trains and buses but also the city centre. Only disappointment was the struggle to get the air conditioning sufficiently cool and that the window would only open a very small amount.

Fikk rom ut mot sentralstasjon. Bråk fra trikker hele natten samt støy fra uteliv i helgen. Sengene var forferdelig, lenge siden vi hadde så vondt i ryggen etter to netter. Frokosten innfridde ikke forventningene som vi har til scandic. Dette var skuffende til 5500 for to netter.

Minus att man inte får köpa med sig en öl upp på rummet och ingen room service. En hel del som var slut på frukosten. Annars bra service hos personalen. Skönt med parkering under hotellet. Lugnt område, men ändå nära till restauranger, butiker och andra aktiviteter.

Bra hotell mitt i centrala Göteborg. Lätt att nå från buss- och järnvägsstation. Bra rum, bekväma sängar, snabb och stabil wi-fi. God frukost men lite tunt utbud om man jämför med andra liknande hotell. Det som erbjöds var dock gott.
