Regnede med at der som minimum blev tømt skraldespand på værelset hver dag, eller hveranden.... vi var der 5 dage, og den blev slet ikke tømt.. heller ingen rene håndklæder selv om man lagde dem man ønskede skiftet på gulvet... værelset blev altså slet ikke tjekket af rengøringen i de 5 dage vi var der. Afløbet i håndvasket var meget langsomt til at lade vandet løbe ud. Elevatoren fra P-kælderen virkede ikke, så man skulle bære tunge kufferter op ad trappen. Morgenmaden var lækker. Værelset var fint nok, men intet specielt. Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til offentlig transport ind til Stockholm city.

This was one of the worst Scandic hotels. Very poor service, we stayed there for 3 nights and our room was cleaned only once that too we had to request them multiple times. The flush in the washroom was broken and we had to ask them to fix that and it took us to call them multiple times to fix that. The Roof top bar never even opened once even though it was supposed to one two out of three days of our stay. We went to the lobby restaurant on our first night and service was terrible. We sat at our table and no one came to ask us for water or even give us the menu. Eventually I had to get up and order the food at the bar. Overall the experience was horrible, never coming back to this property again.

Fint ophold. Fik nyt værelse idet ventilationen larmede meget på det værelse jeg først fik tildelt. Det gik hurtigt. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme, ok fitness og fin morgen buffet.

Ett VÄLDIGT litet familerum där sängen var stenhård och man kunde lika gärna legat på golvet OM man det fanns plats. Vi kunde knappt röra oss tre i rummet. Duschens packning var trasig och parkeringen var dyr. 275 kr per dygn. Och man tvungen att säga till OM man vill ha städning. Hade det inte varit bättre tvärtom? Att man säger till om du INTE vill ha städning. Låg dock väldigt nära till mässan.

The hotel room was modern and clean. There is air conditioning in the room that most hotels in Stockholm don't have. Breakfast was excellent. There's also a small gym with Sauna in the hotel. I'd stay here for the next time.

La table de ping-pong et le baby-foot sont appréciés. La chambre est très bien, nos demandes lors de la réservation sont toujours respectées. Hôtel proche de la gare et pratique. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner bien que très complet est un peu industriel.

Es scheint bei Scandic Standard zu sein, dass die Betten nicht gemacht, das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher nicht gewechselt werden, wenn man mehr als eine Übernachtung bucht. Wir mussten daher 2x reklamieren und haben dann über die Rezeption frische Handtücher bekommen. Erst am 4. Tag teilte uns der Nachtportier mit, dass wir Bettenmachen, Zimmerreinigung und frische Handtücher an der Rezeption buchen müssten. Diese Information sollte man beim Einchecken erhalten und nicht erst bei der dritten Beschwerde. Sehr ärgerlich. Ansonsten ist das Hotel aber ok und fussläufig zur Pendeltåg, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem.

Inte alls nöjd med renligheten på detta hotell då vårt rum var hårt åtsatt med matrester kvar och smutsigt badrum. Frukosten var bra och läget är utmärkt. Står på Hotels.com att det är ett lyxhotell och efter dom förväntningarna blir man besviken.

Städningen var mindre bra! Det var inte rent i handfatet och golvet var fruktansvärt smutsigt. Det kändes tom när man gick på det. Stank från avloppet i badkaret. Lakanen kändes som nån legat där innan.

Rummet var rent, men duschen lite mindre ren. Saknade vatten på rummet bara, alltså att ni bjuder på 1-2 flaskor vanligt vatten. Personal på hotellet trevliga, extra extra till tjejen som jobbade lördag. Tack för att du ordnade ett annat rum åt mig. Frukosten hade mindre utbud än vad jag väntade mig. Vattenmelonen och ananasen var dåliga, smakade inte alls bra.

The room was dusty, run down and the AC did not work which on this hot summer day meant that the temperature in the room was 28 degrees Celsius. When we asked the reception to help with ac they just said that the hotel did not have ac but central heating system. I booked this hotel based on location and that they were listed as having AC. They gave us a fan that did not help.

The area was safe, quiet, food options and transportation is conveniently located nearby, however the rooms were too warm. My colleagues and I booked 5 rooms, and all 5 were warm. We attempted to adjust the air conditioning and were told by staff that it couldn’t be adjusted, only 1 fan was offered for relief. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted the rooms serviced, we indicated yes and then no one serviced the rooms. When we asked about it the next day, we were told that since we are checking out the following day, it won’t be done, which is why we wanted it done the previous day. Some were told that we had to reserve tables for breakfast, while others were not given that information. The staff were friendly enough, but actual assistance was lacking.

Nice room, great view stayed on the 18 floor, hotel super close to metro - But a few things stuck out.. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the Aircon did not work, the reception said it would be fixed but nothing happend.

The room was spacious and clean. All the staff spoke English and were very helpful, quickly sorting a couple of issues I had with my room. The breakfasts had a huge amount of choice. Transport to the city centre and the airport was really easy too. Very safe for solo travellers and convenient for the exhibition centre.

La chambre est assez vieillotte, un grand lit réservé en chambre supérieure c’était 2 petit lit non accroché ! Pas de machine expresso , un écran ridicule pas beaucoup de chaîne ! Un wifi très mauvais et un accueil déplorable sans parler qu’il faut demander afin de faire la chambre ! Seul le gardien de nuit du matin est très gentil

Väldigt trevligt rum med bra utsikt (18e vån). Frukosten var vad man förväntar sig från ett hotell av den här typen i omfattning, kvalitén var mycket bra. Tyvärr ingen chromecast i TVn på rummet så det får man ta med själv. Golvbrunnen i badrummet svämmade dock över en aning vid tömning av badkaret, dusch gick bra utan bekymmer dock.

Åkte med familjen, en 5 och en snart 2 åring. Tänkte att det var queensize eller kingsize säng så bad inte om någon spjälsäng. Det var tyvärr två enkelsängar men när jag ringde till receptionen så var de uppe på rummet med en spjälsäng på 10 minuter. Otrolig service! Superbra frukost också 👍

Im very dissapointed with the early check in fee. I came 13:12, they said check in at 16 and that the room was ready but I had to pay SEK 200 to get the room early. It seems to be something at all Scandic hotels. I will no longer book Scandic and not recommend them. Also the bar closed at 23 and they took your glass no matter if it still had something in it away from you at 23:30. It is a messe/conference hotel... We were not happy. Room nice and comfy.

This was one of the worst Scandic hotels. Very poor service, we stayed there for 3 nights and our room was cleaned only once that too we had to request them multiple times. The flush in the washroom was broken and we had to ask them to fix that and it took us to call them multiple times to fix that. The Roof top bar never even opened once even though it was supposed to one two out of three days of our stay. We went to the lobby restaurant on our first night and service was terrible. We sat at our table and no one came to ask us for water or even give us the menu. Eventually I had to get up and order the food at the bar. Overall the experience was horrible, never coming back to this property again.

Helt ok och framförallt smidigt med läget nära pendelstationen för enkel transport in till Stockholm. Frukostmatsalen tyvärr alldeles för trång och det var kaos alla dagar trots att man skulle boka tid. Personalen i receptionen var rätt ointresserad av att hjälpa till också.

Jag är väldigt nöjd i stort. Ett stort minus var maten på söndag kväll. Restaurangen var då stängd och man fick äta i baren. Den maten var undermålig och smaklös och personalen var arrogant.

Allt bra, men hotellfrukosten den andra morgonen var en stor besvikelse. Hotellet har inte kapacitet att servera frukost till det antal gäster man tar emot. Knappt några platser, mycket mat och porslin och bestick fick man vänta länge på. Tror det är en av de sämsta hotellfrukostupplevelser jag haft. Väldigt stimmig miljö också...

Frukosten var väldigt bra, samma med buffén på kvällen. Rummet fräscht och rymligt med bekväma sängar. Besviken på bastun i källaren. Låg värme, en bräda borta på övre bänken, ingen plats för att kunna raka sig utan det fick man göra inne på den enda toaletten eller alternativt på rummet .. Annars trevlig personal.. Eftersom det är ett 18 våningars hotell så blir det mycket väntetid vid hissarna och oftast stod en av dem stilla..

Frukosten var väldigt bra, samma med buffén på kvällen. Rummet fräscht och rymligt med bekväma sängar. Besviken på bastun i källaren. Låg värme, en bräda borta på övre bänken, ingen plats för att kunna raka sig utan det fick man göra inne på den enda toaletten eller alternativt på rummet .. Annars trevlig personal.. Eftersom det är ett 18 våningars hotell så blir det mycket väntetid vid hissarna och oftast stod en av dem stilla..

Friendly personal, rooms were clean, isolation between rooms was really good. Insanely good breakfast. Only thing is that they don’t have a laundry for free use and if you need to store things in a fridge the personal are the ones that handle those which is okay but not that comfortable, however all the personal was in good disposition so it was not much of a problem. Totally recommended!!
