Väldigt drygt mottagande i reception, allt annat var viktigare än kunden. Allt var stängt på söndag, ingen restaurang, inte ens baren öppen. Känns inte OK på ett hotell av den här storleken.

Trånga parkeringsplatser. Värdelös betalningssystem för parkering. Ofantligt lång tid för incheckning. Dåligt kanalutbud på tv:n. Ingen papperskorg på rummet. Fyra stenhårda kuddar, brukar finnas åtminstone två olika. Betalar man 2599:-/natt och 300:- för parkering bör detta vara bättre.

Fint hotel. Men det er totalt uacceptabelt at parkering på Hotellets p-pladser, som kun må benyttes af Hotellets gæster. Koster 250,- pr dag. Når man kan holde på p-plas lige uden for, for Max 60,- pr dag. Samt der er gratis i weekenden samt helligdage. Hotellets pafgift, kan samtidig kun betales med en svensk app.

Bra läge för oss som hade en dotter i närområdet. Nära till T-banan. Bra frukost men tyckte det var supertråkigt att komma in på torsdagkvällen efter en lång resa och såg fram emot att ta sig ett glas vin i baren...då var den stängd. Inga andra barer eller restauranger fanns i närheten utan vi blev rekommenderade att ta T-banan en eller två stationer.

Parking was full, even we paid for it in advance, we were obliged to search place for our car on other parking around hotel which we paid as well. Roms aren't cleaned every day but on demand.

Cleaning was not done well. Would ask the receptionist for cleaning but no one would show up day after day. Kids would run back and forth in the halls for hours from morning until midnight making it impossible for my kitten to sleep. Told the receptionist about this twice, who said she’ll speak to the kids/parents but seems to not have cared as it did NOT stop. For 12 whole days during my stay it was like this. Receptionist was also side eyeing us after this, not a very professional one. The gym is very very tiny, could barely get any exercises in as everything was occupied and crowded. They also charged me £80 (manager claiming I was supposed to be charged £170 but she’s doing me a favour by only charging me half of it) for my kitten “clawing up” their bed skirt despite me paying a fee beforehand to be able to keep her in a pet friendly room. It does not seem very pet friendly if you have a bed skirt that looks and feels like a clawing post, almost makes me wonder if this is done on purpose. Unfortunately, apart from all of this I wanted to recommend but do NOT, for the sake of your wallet and your pets well-being it is not worth it.

Överlag bra. Dock dålig städning inför vår vistelse, bl a låg det kvar använda öronproppar och en halvdrucken vattenflaska under sängen. Dessutom ett litet småkryp i müslin en av morgnarna. Dock bra bemötande och läget är toppen.

Nice clean hotel close to both subway and trams. Some stores and restaurants in the area as well as a super market. The breakfast at Scandic hotels are always a treat. My only gripe is that there is no way to open a window in the room.

MEGET lille rum. Ingen plads til to kufferter, måtte lægge den ene på "skrivebordet". Ingen plads til udpakning af tøj. Ingen mulighed for at få frisk luft, aircondition varmede rummer alt for meget selv om den var sat til lavest mulige temperatur. Indelukket og ubehageligt rum.

Lovely stay at Scandic Alvik, we stayed four nights in order to attend the Taylor Swift concert. Intially I was worried that it was located outside the main part Stockholm, but there is extremely well functioning public transportation basically at the front door taking one there in 15 minutes. Hotel itself was quite modern, room we stayed in was freshly renovated and clean the bathroom especially was great, beds were squeeky but comfortable enough, super friendly staff, very nice breakfast all for a very affordable price.

Lovely stay at Scandic Alvik, we stayed four nights in order to attend the Taylor Swift concert. Upplever den sena incheckningstiden, 16.00, som negativ för mig som behöver komma in tidigare för min vistelse utan att behöva betala 200 kr. Det blir krångligt med bagage som ska in i bagagerum och sedan ska tiden passas och man måste tillbaka för att checka in. Tycker att man som medlem borde ha någon förmån på incheckningen. Det var mycket bättre som det var tidigare.

This renovated property with a clean Scandinavian design theme is in a GREAT location -- only a 5-minute walk to the bus, tram and subway station platforms! In less than 5 minutes, we walked to a grocery store, a hair salon, a florist, a few coffee shops, a burger place, and a very nice restaurant overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the quiet room with a comfortable bed, and lots of storage spaces and hooks to hang clothes, bags, hats, etc. They offer a VERY impressive breakfast buffet with so many different types of food, designed to appeal to guests from many different countries. We were grateful for the luggage room, so we could securely store suitcases while we did more sightseeing after the check-out time. This hotel will be our choice on the next visit to Stockholm!

Excellent place to stay, relatively near the center of Stockholm while not being too centric and hectic. There is a T station and access to many buses nearby, and the town of Alvik is quiet, but it still has a supermarket and several eating places.

Very reasonably priced. Loved the location. Easy walk to subway, bus and tram. Grocery store and food options near by. Nice little walking/running trail along the shore. Great for families. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit my family in Stockholm.

Väldigt drygt mottagande i reception, allt annat var viktigare än kunden. Allt var stängt på söndag, ingen restaurang, inte ens baren öppen. Känns inte OK på ett hotell av den här storleken.

Ett fantastisk lungt ställe med utmärkt frukost. Jag besöker ofta olika hotell men jag var så fint överraskad hur fräscht är deras frukost. 10/10 Jag har förlängt min vistelse.

Gutes Hotel mit tollem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ruhiger, idealer Standort, womit gut angebunden an Metro, Tram und Busse und nah zum See/Erholungsgebiet. Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und zweckmässig. Leider lassen sich keine Fenster öffnen und somit Klimaanlage stets an (Luftqualität?). Im Bad hat es kein Bodentuch für die nassen Füsse nach dem Duschen, ansonsten aber alles ok. Frühstück ist sehr reichhatig, vielseitig und von guter Qualität und es hätte viele Tische. Doch samstags ist der Raum mit Menschen überflutet und man musste anstehen für einen freien Tisch.

Bemötande 10 av 10. städning 10 av 10. rummen 8 av 10. saknar vinglas, finns enbart vattenglas på toa. fanns ingen kapsylöppnare. kaffe och socker fylldes ej på inne på rummet. Frukosten under all kritik. Enbart billigaste råvarorna, och det nu när man dessutom betalar extra för frukosten. Imorse var osten kylskadad och hade hårdnat i kanterna. Brieosten hade rest sig som en båge och paprikan var alldeles vattnig och slapp som efter en hel natt i kylskåp utan plast. Leverpastejen var helt röd med ett hårt skal av oxidering då den inte förvarats ordentligt. Jag kommenterade detta för personalen och det blev omedelbart tydligt att hon skämdes. "Jag vet..." var det svar jag fick..Om man medvetet serverar frukost med undermålig kvalitet är inte okej. Betalar man för frukost förväntar man sig mer än bakeoffbullar och gårdagens kylskadade rester.

Vi har bott här flera gånger innan men denna gången levde inte upp till förväntningarna. Rumen är fina men frukosten har blivit betydligt sämre än innan. Tidigare var urvalet större och kvaliteten bättre. Det var trångt och ingen plats att sitta, en besvikelse tyvärr. Läget är dock bra och det är lätt att ta sig till city med tunnelbanan

We stayed 7 nights in a large family room. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel is very convenient to public transportation, across the street from a tram and train station. Also close to restaurants and a grocery store. Enjoyed our stay in Stockholm. Would definitely recommend Scandic hotels.
