Our last night in Malpensa was the most comfortable. In all the other hotels across Europe, it was hit or miss if they had air conditioning in the room. We wanted a good night sleep without waking up in a sweat. This was one of the few hotels that had air conditioning in the room as well as the public areas. In addition, we were picked up from the airport after taking the train from Milan Grand Centrale Station and taken back to the airport the following morning. It is a short ride to the airport with a 5 Euro fee, each way, per person. The message sent prior to our stay outlining the procedure for the ride was helpful and everything was smooth. The staff were helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, I was unloading the luggage onto a cart when an employee aggressively wants to help and doesn’t back off when I tell him I’ve got this. We had items that were delicate and was about to repack the suitcases at the room for our departure the next day and needed careful handling. No restaurant but a bar and you can get Pizza Margherita.
