A very nice and modern hotel that had very nice rooms. The overall stay was very pleasant for our departure to the airport the next day. There were alot for parkings spots (free) at the hotel. There was also a free shuttle bus to the airport that went every 15 minutes. There was sauna and turkish baths included aswell

We stayed here as it was close to Maplensa Airport and the hotel offered a free airport shuttle. Front desk was friendly and check in and out a breeze. They offer a very good breakfast and the hotel has an onsite bar and restaurant. Food in restaurant was good. There isn't any walkable restaurants or stores nearby.

Mould round the bath and strange marks on the wall in bedroom. Minibar fridge there but empty although there was a kettle with some tea and coffee as well as 2 small bottles of water. Free transfer to the airport. Beware getting there by taxi from the airport don’t follow the taxi sign, go to the hotels in the basement and then a “local” taxi will take you for 20€ cash only! The licensed taxis on the top level wouldn’t take me the short distance and did not know about the shuttle

I found large flying bugs in my bed shortly after checking in. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. When we tried calling the front desk, no one answered, and no one reached out to address it afterward. We weren’t offered anything to fix the situation or even an apology. I would not stay here again.

The front desk staff were very kind and attentive- however 3 stars for the airport shuttle taking over an hour for pick up after 5 calls to the hotel and the room not being entirely clean upon check in (dirty cups, other peoples hair/stains on bedding).

Standard 3-4 star hotel. Everything was clean and hotel had everything you’d expect. The room was nice enough, a little plain and the bed was quite hard. Breakfast was fine: cereals, breads, fruit, yoghurt, a hot buffet section with sausages, bacon, eggs, etc. The shuttle bus was free and reliable, it runs on a half hour timetable, or if arriving during the night (12-5am) you call the hotel and they send it out to collect you. Nice enough hotel for 1 night, had the feel of people just passing through, but I guess that’s to be expected of an airport hotel.

Nice appointments to the room and slept very soundly due to the super quiet surroundings. Room is clean. Breakfast is fantastic and I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. The driver was very helpful in providing airport information and everyone at the front desk was English speaking and very helpful.

The hotel has some of the worst beds I have ever experienced, felt like a pull-out couch with metal bars. Every time I turned it made loud noise. The bath tub is also quite weird and not very comfortable to sit or shower in. Otherwise the room was adequate

Upon arriving in Milan, we called the hotel to request the free shuttle transport. We were told where to stand and wait, but the shuttle never arrived. Long story short, after four calls and waiting in the cold for 90 minutes, we decided to look for other accommodations. We lost confidence that they would be able to assist with returning us to the airport the following morning for an early flight home. Thank you Expedia for assisting us with obtaining a refund from this hotel.

The bartender, however, was rude to some guests from Great Britain, so I intervened for them, telling the bartender, in Italian, that that was not acceptable behavior towards paying guests. I stayed in the hotel for two nights in total. The first night was booked by a tour group, and the second night was booked by myself. I repeatedly communicated with the front desk, hoping not to change the room, because I had to go to the city at 5am the next day and could not come back until 3pm. If there was a price difference, I could make up for it. The front desk attendant FEDERICA firmly rejected my request, saying that the room was fully booked. So I had to get up at 4am, pack my luggage and move out of the room, and reapply for check-in after returning to the hotel in the afternoon. This behavior of not considering the needs of customers is really incredible! So I don't recommend this hotel

Dining room was good and staff there were excellent. Our room was not ready, and 3 hours later it had been given to another guest!! Front desk was very disorganized. They claimed they have gave it away because they didnt have our passports despite they had already processed us with passports and given us a key to that room. My daughter entered the room to find the new resident in the bathroom!!! Very poor coordination at front desk.

45 minute wait for the airport shuttle at T1 waiting in the cold. On arrival very slow check in, not sure what operating system the employees use but it takes an unnecessary length on time to check guests in. Mediocre food in the restaurant, my chicken Thai curry tasted as though it was a microwaved ready meal. Dated room and bathroom.

The airport shuttle is very useful. We found out the next day that the staff at check in did not book our shuttle. However, Gianluca was very helpful as he managed to arrange the shuttle for us at check out. The hotel is in a quiet area so it’s good for a nice rest.

Great property close to airport. Staff was wonderful, helping with charger issue, and taking care of shuttle, grabbing sodas from the closed bar for me. Room was clean, bed was big and comfortable. Shower was great. Elevators were tiny. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was ok. Extremely quiet. Careful where malmpensa bus drops as it’s a dark neighborhood and Apple Maps gets confused.

This is a good airport hotel. It is 6 minutes from the terminal in an industrial area. You would need a rental car or taxi to go anywhere but nothing is particularly close to the airport. They do not have airport shuttle service which would be very nice.

The hotel was newly renovated and very nice. We appreciated the restaurant menu items that were NOT Italian. The room was very comfortable! Don’t take the free shuttle. You have to walk about 12 minutes and there is no sidewalk.

It’s a nice hotel & good value. The room is great, has a fridge, desk, coffee machine, safe, a comfortable bed etc. the only issue is location. The free shuttle is an 8min walk down on a road without proper sidewalk.It costs 15 euro to arrange the hotel’s private shuttle to the airport. There is not much around the hotel, no stores etc.

we wanted to stay at the hotel near Allan Milan airport so that we didn't have to hassle with a lot of luggage on the pen express train from town. However, while the hotel is nice, and the staff generally were friendly, once you're at the hotel there's no going anywhere without wheels. Taxis and Ubers to go a couple of miles cost $30 a ride each way. For fun, we literally took the airport shuttle to the airport a couple of times just to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for more than a day before your flight because it's impossible to get around without wheels unless you have a rental car. The rooms were adequate, although small. The really bizarre thing was that the bathtub is extremely dangerous. In addition to having a very small glass break for the water which results in the water spilling all over the floor it's tall and extremely slippery. Whoever put that bathtub in the hotel needs a knock over the head. The restaurant downstairs was the only place to eat, and it was generally very good, and the staff themselves were very friendly with limited English speaking, but we got the job done. However, there is a younger bearded shuttle driver, who was extremely rude and smelled like a chimney from smoking earlier in the trip. Later, we had an older, friendly gentleman, and in the morning we had a large bus pick us up. Don't expect the large bus driver to help you with loading the luggage in the back. And therefore "no tip for you!"

Everything was great -check-in, check-out, shuttle service, room. The only thing I wish was different was the dining options. The menus were a bit confusing. The bar menu showed pizza available, but when I went to eat, they said, no, only during lunch, but they had some chicken and rice dinner. If I'm eating in a bar, I don't want a "sit-down" meal. The restaurant for dinner was also more than I waited to eat and spend, so I ate a granola bar in my room and went to bed :(

We arrived at the hotel after a flight at 11:00 PM. We waited outside the terminal in the cold for about 30 minutes until the shuttle arrived to pick us up and other guests. The check-in process went smoothly, but we arrived very hungry after long hours of travel and asked for food. As this is a 4-star hotel, this should not have been an issue. We were told that food could be ordered from the bar, which was supposed to be open late. Unfortunately, the bartender had already gone home, so ordering food was not possible. The staff agreed to bring us soup from the kitchen and charged us €52 for four small bowls of soup. This was not filling at all, so we asked for another round, which cost another €52. The pricing was completely excessive and felt exploitative, especially since the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere with no alternatives nearby. We also asked for an extra blanket for the children and were given an uncomfortable wool blanket instead of a duvet. When we complained, we were told that at such hours there is no room service. The room itself was functional and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The front desk staff were polite and helpful but were unable to escalate the issue to a manager. My recommendation is not to choose this hotel if you are arriving late at night, as the level of service is only average in those hours. Food outside of breakfast is priced like a luxury restaurant, with no justification—simply taking advantage of the lack of alterna
