Pros: The rooms are cosy, the breakfast options are good. Walking distance to the Mandela square and shopping mall. Walkable distance to the metro. Cons: They do not tell you but they do not allow taxis( Uber/Bolt) to pick you up from the property, you have to walk a slight distance to be picked up. They require that you use their in-house transport which is way more expensive than the taxi.

The only wrong is your cards are linked only to your floor when you have kids on the other floor you cannot go and check on them, I understand it might be movement control but it’s not it.

The place is about 400m off the Gautrain Stn. Unfortunately, the doorkeys need to be renewed at every time. Breakfast nice. Friendly, attentive Service in all functions. Laundry Service price are overexaggerated.

Never had a good experience the last time I stayed but decided to give the hotel another try as the location is extremely convenient. Firstly on check-in the room did not match the description provided on hotels.com. The reception blamed hotels.com for advertising the wrong room descriptions.The hotel has super thin walls and was very noisy. I could here multiple doors slamming and people talking loudly from 330 am. Then as like the previous occasion a terrible drain smell came up from the shower from around 4am which was terrible. That ended my sleep for the night not ideal for a business trip. Unfortunately won't be back.

Good morning! At breakfast, there was a delay in food replenishment, but it was okay. We made a reservation for 3 people and they put our son on the same floor, but on the opposite side of the hotel. Lack of maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms. Excellent location. Very friendly staff when we needed them.

I have stayed in Signature Lux many times. It used to be a pleasure, quick check-in, clean rooms and great location. My last stay did not live up to my expectations. Problems checking in, little to no help from frontdesk, even though my booking was paid in full. After spending 35 min on hold with hotels.com, it was finally sorted out. Room was not clean. Toilet lid was very dirty, not to mention the dust and filth under the bed. This was always my Sandton hotel of choice, but not again.

Received wrong room on check-in. Paid extra for bigger room with king bed and received a double bed. In the morning the shower had a sickening stench the minute you opened the shower door. Hotel was also extremely noisy.

The hotel's location is by far it's best selling point. It offers easy access to the Convention Centre and Sandton City. The traffic noise is typical of an urban core property. There is pedestrian and vehicle traffic throughout the day but it's tolerable. Staff are helpful and polite.

Very nice hotel for business travel or short stay. We stayed 9 days and the hotel definitely is missing some amenities for long term stay. No Smart TV, no fridge, no microwave. Otherwise I'm very happy with my stay.

The room is small and don't have fridge. Just one side of the bed has power station and there isn't in the bathroom. The hair dryer is next to the TV, far from the mirror and out of the bathroom.

The rooms are incredibly small, but for one person traveling just for a few days it is perfectly adequate. Even though the rooms are small the fact that it is so close to the train station, shopping malls, and other amenities makes it a great place to stay. Also, the breakfast is wonderful.

Gostei bastante da hospedagem no ONOMO Sandton. O hotel segue o padrão da rede, com acomodações confortáveis, ambiente moderno e um café da manhã gostoso. O grande destaque, sem dúvida, é a localização excelente — ao lado da Mandela Square e do Sandton City Shopping, que é enorme, cheio de lojas e opções de lazer. A região também é uma das mais modernas e seguras de Joanesburgo, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Minha única crítica, e o motivo de não dar 5 estrelas, é em relação aos horários do check-in e check-out. O check-in é às 14h e o check-out às 10h, o que considero bastante ruim para o hóspede. Esse horário reduz muito o aproveitamento da diária e causa um certo desconforto, especialmente em viagens longas ou cansativas. Um check-out ao meio-dia seria muito mais razoável. No geral, recomendo, mas espero que revejam essa política de horários.

There is no phone in th room. The check out is 10am. Early. The breakfast is not good and we had to pay for a hot chocolate. Unbelieve! Just a few chanel on tv, no refrigerator in the room. One good point is that the room is very clean. Also the small reception When I was checking out the manager asked me if we want a shyttle. Cost 600 rand. I said no thank toj and he said the uber could not stop in front the hotel. Uber is 189 rands to the airport. So we took our lugages and walked until the street to wait for the uber No kind! The staff is kind, except when we arrived early to the check in about 10 am and I asked to leave my small lugage and my back pack at rhe reception. The lady there was not so lkind . I said rhat I had glasses in my luggage and she put it in a way that will felll down. I took our lugage and went to rhe mall til 2pm, check in time iI lost.my morning with our luggages in a mall In fact, i dont recomend this hotel.
