Motel is very out of date and the rooms are very old. There was no hotel shuttle from the airport and only one shuttle to Beauvais early in the morning so we ended up using a taxi app. The door handle to one of the doors fell right off and the air and heat didn't work in our room. You get what you pay for.

Hotel vétuste sans clim, alors que c'était la canicule sur Beauvais ces jour-là. Pas de pression dans les toilettes, donc très difficile d'évacuer la moindre feuille. Les seviettes sales que nous avions mis au sol poir que l'on nous les change, ont été remises trempés sur le porte serviettes.

Les wc doivent être toujours séparé physiquement pour moi (pas d'isolation intime et surtout diffusion de mauvaises odeurs y compris dans la chambre). Détails: lunette des toilettes en plastique de très mauvaise qualité et porte-serviette mal fixé, de qualité indigne d'une chaîne d'hôtel. Hôtel très correct, propre, personnel à l'écoute, bonne literie, la bouilloire dans la chambre est un vrai plus. Cela pourrait être encore mieux avec plus de portes serviettes dans la chambre, un des miens avait été arraché et non remplacé, et une machine à boissons chaudes supplémentaire lors du petit déjeuner car il y avait trop souvent la queue le matin.

Personnel courtois et avenant : bravo et merci. Mais : chambre insuffisamment chauffée, même pour dormir, sans possibilité d’augmenter le chauffage au niveau du radiateur. Débit de la douche très faible le matin à 7 heures.

Décevant pour un 3 étoiles insonorisation à revoir… pas de prises pour brancher le ventilateur il faut faire un choix … de l’air ou la télé … heureusement la personne pour le check-in était sympathique.

Tout commence par une erreur de date dans ma réservation où je me suis trompé d’une journée. Quand je m’aperçois de mon erreur en soirée, j’appelle l’hôtel. On me dit qu’il est impossible de déplacer la réservation d’une journée m’obligeant à payer une deuxième soirée. Sachant qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’annuler une réservation, mais simplement de la déplacer. J’aurais trouvé correct qu’il y ait un geste commercial, mais il faut croire que c’est trop compliqué chez Campanile.

Everything was good except for the fact that the fire alarm went off at 4.30 a.m. We weren't told we could go back into the room. Earlier I asked for some extra milk and was very pleased to be given real milk rather than little sachets. We didn't have breakfast as it seemed a little expensive. Nice to have a kettle .

Hôtel très correct, propre, personnel à l'écoute, bonne literie, la bouilloire dans la chambre est un vrai plus. Cela pourrait être encore mieux avec plus de portes serviettes dans la chambre, un des miens avait été arraché et non remplacé, et une machine à boissons chaudes supplémentaire lors du petit déjeuner car il y avait trop souvent la queue le matin.

Ma note globale s'effondre à cause d'un seul paramètre non mentionné à la commande et qui m'aurait motivé à ne pas choisir cet hotel: C'est la présence des wc juste à côté du lavabo. Les wc doivent être toujours séparé physiquement pour moi (pas d'isolation intime et surtout diffusion de mauvaises odeurs y compris dans la chambre). Détails: lunette des toilettes en plastique de très mauvaise qualité et porte-serviette mal fixé, de qualité indigne d'une chaîne d'hôtel. Dommage car tous les autres paramètres sont au vert: - Bonne sécurité (parking fermé la nuit et code fourni pour ouvrir le portail + numéro d'urgence fourni), - Chambre très propre avec un petit sas d'entrée qui favorise l'isolation de l'extérieur - grand matelas double de bonne qualité et confortable, - large bureau de travail, - pas d'odeur de cigarettes - mini penderie suffisante, - chauffage électrique très performant (mais mini bloc de commande/boutons usés), - douche à l'italienne agréable, - réception accueillante - Bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Very helpful staff from outset and spoke English too. The room was immaculate as was the bathroom and the bed comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and all very reasonably priced. Perfect for a stopover

Everything was good except for the fact that the fire alarm went off at 4.30 a.m. We weren't told we could go back into the room. Earlier I asked for some extra milk and was very pleased to be given real milk rather than little sachets. We didn't have breakfast as it seemed a little expensive. Nice to have a kettle .

For the first time in all our stays at any hotel Campanile, we had a very squeaky bed. You could not move without it squeaking which made for not a great night's sleep. Everything else was 5*. Breakfast, staff, cleanliness you can't fault them. The security too is worth having.

The restaurant is excellent my dinner was wonderful and breakfast, well you couldn't really ask for more. It works be remise of me though not to mention the bed bugs. I got severely bitten, while having breakfast, I did notice someone else doing the tell tale arm scratch. They need to treat the mattresses.
