The room should have definitely been checked before our arrival, as the shower was broken and very difficult to use, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner.

Conveniently located next to the St Philippe bus station and Campus SophiaTech. Note that the desk is not open 24/24, which may be an issue if you plan to check in late.

I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. So it was a place where I was able to rest and then gather energy for the busy days ahead, exploring. So I would stay again if I were to visit Nice again.
