Appartement dans l'ensemble assez propre,très forte odeur qui sort des toilettes et de la salle de bain.... Les oreillers de très mauvaises qualité archi plat! Le personnel à l'entrée au top super accueillant. J'avais demandé vue sur piscine et cela à été respecté. Par contre mauvaise surprise ,des jeunes se sont introduit en sautant la grille et sont venus dans la piscine alors qu'ils n'étaient pas de l'hôtel.....(PAS TRÈS SÉCURISÉ) ET LE MANQUE DE PLACE PARKING.... Le code pour le parking souterrain ne fonctionnait pas!! Nous sommes partis la veille de notre départ car il fallait quitter les chambres à 10h....cela est vraiment tôt,pyis nous dormions très mal donc autant rentré....

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal Das Apartment was wir hatten war sehr schön und sauber. Größe war gut, mit Wohnzimmer mit Küchenniesche einem Schlafzimmer mit genügend Platz, Badezimmer mit Wanne und einem extra WC. Terasse sehr groß mit Tisch uns Stühlen, Wäschespindel. Nähe zu Nizza, Cannes usw ist perfekt. Pool sehr sauber und größe sehr gut. Fitness ist auch sehr sauber und Geräte gut. Jetzt zu den negativen Punkten: Klimaanlage ist der falsche Ausdruck es ist eher eine Wohnraumlüftung. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind super und groß genug, jedoch die Abfahrt ist abenteuerlich, Mit voll besetztem Auto oben an der Kante schon aufgesessen und jedes mal auch unbeladen unten mit der Stoßstange am Boden gestreift, zwar alles ohne Beschädigung aber es hört sich schon komisch an wenn man streift. Aber das Auto steht sicher und versperrt. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Chambre confortable et bien agencée, agreablement surprise par le petit déjeuner qui était compris dans le prix de la chambre. Piscine pas très grande mais largement suffisant pour piquer une tête. Parking gratuit et facilement accessible. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement.

L’établissement est facile d’accès, avec un parking pratique, etc. Le seul point négatif, pour moi, est que la tranquillité de la piscine a été perturbée par les cris et l’agitation d’un groupe de jeunes étudiants logés dans une résidence étudiante à proximité. Il semblerait que cela soit toléré par la direction, mais ce n’est tout de même pas agréable pour les clients de l’hôtel…

Wir buchten für 14 Tage für 3 Personen, 1 Bett war nicht gerichtet, auch wußten auch nicht, wo die Bettwäsche, Handtücher dazu waren. Balkon war sehr schmutzig. Die Klimaanlage war fast aus, Regulierung nicht möglich. Herd war ohne Beschreibung, man mußte fragen, kein Topf für Wasserkochen, kein Toilettenpapier, Müll selbst raustragen, keine Reinigung der Zimmer, Toiletten, nicht mal Putzzeug für's Klo, im Frühstücksraum war es morgens schon stickig und Käse war am schmelzen - Personal schwitzte erbärmlich, Pool wurde zu spät geöffnet - ca. 10 Uhr

The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half 6

Eine sehr unkomplizierte Unterkunft - es hat alles top funktioniert, angefangen vom Parkplatz bis hin zum Check in und Check out. Die Rezeption und der Frühstücksbereich des Hotels dürften neu renoviert worden sein, dort ist es sehr schön. Die Zimmern selbst (zumindest unser Studio) sind sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet und im Badezimmer gibt es viele Schimmelflecken an den Fliesen. Das Balkonmobiliar war sehr schmutzig. Allerdings das Zimmer neben uns war bereits renoviert. Alles in einem dürfte die Unterkunft schön langsam, Zimmer für Zimmer, renoviert werden. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt dort, auch wenn unser Zimmer noch nicht so top war.

Appel à la réception car arrivée tardive, la personne au téléphone me rembarre au téléphone me disant qu'elle est chez elle et qu'elle ne peut rien faire...avant de se calmer fasse à mon mécontement et finalement me donner les informations nécessaires. Propreté à l'arrivée pas top. Frigo hs et avec de fortes odeurs de moisi. A mon départ, j'ai oublié un objet multimédia branché dans le salon. J'ai appelé mais le personnel au téléphone m'a bien fait comprendre qu'il s'en foutait royalement.

Soggiorno di 2 giorni in camera molto vecchia e non ristrutturata, porte vecchie, finestre vecchie, interruttore sopra al letto staccato dal muro con fili visibili,letto di 1 piazza e mezza e non matrimoniale, bagno diviso in due sporco vecchio e pessimo soltanto 2 rotoli di carta igienica, doccia assente perche c'è vasca da bagno, pavimento sporco in camera, sporcizia ovunque nella struttura nei corridoi, nell'ascensore, all'ingresso, pessimi e sgradevoli odori nei corridoi del hotel, aria condizionata in camera non funzionava. In generale esperienza pessima sicuramente non ci tornerò mai piu .

Linings not clean, with long hair on the bed sheets. The Safe not working, when asked the front desk about it and why I cannot set up a password I was told “because it is not working and I don’t know why!”. Also, my wife noticed that the fire alarm not working in the room, and for that I was told that they will try to see if it is a battery, if not then needs to wait until Monday to solve the issue ( we checked in on Friday).

Accueil OK, Le problème est la propreté, État général de l'hôtel est très sale, Les toilettes a la réception en particulier( Excréments Sur la cuvette des toilettes) La piscine une horreur, l'eau est trouble , trace verdatre sur tout le contour , impossible de se baigner de peur d'attraper des bactéries !!! L' état de la chambre ce n'est pas mieux , traces d'urine et de sang sur la porte des toilettes , traces d'on ne sait quoi sur tous les murs ,toiles d'araignée, traces sur les vitres et mirroirs ,nous avons même retrouvé un raisin dans le canapé lit!!! Et des glaces dans le congélateur !!! Le sol degueu on y reste collé !!! Je n ai jamais vu un hotel aussi sale !!! Jai demandé a changer de chambre meme si a mon avis elles sont toutes aussi sales vu l'etat général mais l'hôtel etant complet on nous a remboursé 10 euros Heureusement quon y est reste qu une seule nuit car sinon on ne serait pas resté , on est parti le lendemain à la première heure !!!! Le point positifs est l'emplacement avec les commerce a pied avec excellent resto. Quel dommage car ce lieux a un beau potenciel gache par cette couche de saleté

Great value for the price. Close to shops and restaurants. The only downside was that the hotplate (stove) wasn't working and the bath tub plug was missing

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal Das Apartment was wir hatten war sehr schön und sauber. Größe war gut, mit Wohnzimmer mit Küchenniesche einem Schlafzimmer mit genügend Platz, Badezimmer mit Wanne und einem extra WC. Terasse sehr groß mit Tisch uns Stühlen, Wäschespindel. Nähe zu Nizza, Cannes usw ist perfekt. Pool sehr sauber und größe sehr gut. Fitness ist auch sehr sauber und Geräte gut. Jetzt zu den negativen Punkten: Klimaanlage ist der falsche Ausdruck es ist eher eine Wohnraumlüftung. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind super und groß genug, jedoch die Abfahrt ist abenteuerlich, Mit voll besetztem Auto oben an der Kante schon aufgesessen und jedes mal auch unbeladen unten mit der Stoßstange am Boden gestreift, zwar alles ohne Beschädigung aber es hört sich schon komisch an wenn man streift. Aber das Auto steht sicher und versperrt. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Eine sehr unkomplizierte Unterkunft - es hat alles top funktioniert, angefangen vom Parkplatz bis hin zum Check in und Check out. Die Rezeption und der Frühstücksbereich des Hotels dürften neu renoviert worden sein, dort ist es sehr schön. Die Zimmern selbst (zumindest unser Studio) sind sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet und im Badezimmer gibt es viele Schimmelflecken an den Fliesen. Das Balkonmobiliar war sehr schmutzig. Allerdings das Zimmer neben uns war bereits renoviert. Alles in einem dürfte die Unterkunft schön langsam, Zimmer für Zimmer, renoviert werden. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt dort, auch wenn unser Zimmer noch nicht so top war.

La position de l'etablissement est excellent car il y a le supermarché à 2 pas et c'est à 5 minutes de voiture / 25 minutes à pied de mon bureau. Personnel très gentil. Petit dejeuner disponible sur place, mais j'ai profité de la petite cuisine et machine a café dans la chambre. Il faudrait une renovation car les equipements ont l'aire fatigué. Mais pour le prix je suis content La connexion internet n'est pas super bonne par contre, au moins le soirée quand peut etre il y a trop de monde connecté.

Très pratique car il y a le supermarché à 4 minutes à pieds. Les studios sont spacieux mais je crois l’espace n’est pas bien exploité. Le support pour la TV n’est pas adapté à travailler avec l’ordinateur. Il n’y a pas de lampes sur le cotés du lit. Il faudrait une patère dans la SDB et dans la chambre. Personnel excellent et sympa. En tout cas très recommandé pour passer une semaine au bureau sans devoir discuter avec le manager pour la note de frais (comparée à l’Ibis ou Novotel ou Moxy) :D

Acceuil catastrophique. Entree introuvable, mal affiché. J ai du appeler l hotel et j ai ete recu assez froidement pour m indiquer l acces. Une fois devantvla barriere j aibdu de nouveau appeler ppur avoir le code. Je suis arrive a 16h et la on m indique froidement qu il fallait que j attende 17h pour acceder a ma chambre alors que celle ci etait prête. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Au petit dejeuner c etait pas mieux, accueil froid. Pdj banal pas au niveau du prix payé. Le point positif tout de même c est que la chambre etait sympa ( chambre 218)

Appel à la réception car arrivée tardive, la personne au téléphone me rembarre au téléphone me disant qu'elle est chez elle et qu'elle ne peut rien faire...avant de se calmer fasse à mon mécontement et finalement me donner les informations nécessaires. Propreté à l'arrivée pas top. Frigo hs et avec de fortes odeurs de moisi. A mon départ, j'ai oublié un objet multimédia branché dans le salon. The property is nice and the location is good. The only issue I had is that the website is misleading, it says that they offer cribs in the description and I even requested it in the notes when making the reservation. I received a welcome email a few days later after booking stating everything was ok. When I arrived the room did not have a crib, I went down to the reception to request one and I was told they didn't have cribs because people steal them. In summary we had to sleep with the baby in our bed. Had I known this property does not offer cribs like website says, I would have not book my stay here.

Arrivée tardivement , j’avais prévenu l’hôtel qui m’avait envoyé les codes parking , entrée et coffre pour récupérer ma clé, à 00:00 , je découvre que le coffre ne contient aucune clé .j’appelle le numéro d’urgence ,je tombe sur une dame qui me dit qu’ils pensaient que je ne viendrait pas et qu’ils ont reatribue ma chambre que j’avais réglée .elle me dit qu’elle arrive pour me donner la dernière restante .arrive 45’ plus tard , visiblement elle sortait de sa douche ( cheveux mouillés à me dit que je n’ai pas compris je qq à pris ma clé par erreur , très désagréable en plus . Si qq a pris ma clé par erreur , j’aurai donc dû y trouver la sienne . Très malhonnête , accueil a un point que je ne pouvais imaginer .;;j’ai appelé le lendemain , c’est à peine si on m’a fait des excuses , chambre sale en plus .je fais 2 nuit d’hôtel /semaine .je n’ai jamais vu ça ..a bannir

This hotel makes me feel very high-end and the surrounding area is very quiet. And the scenery outside the window is so beautiful that I can’t forget it! It gave me a good impression of Southern France. Highly recommend to people who will look for a hotel to stay when they want to visit Cannes! Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr ansprechend! Moderne Zimmereinrichtung und gute Parkmöglichkeiten! Einkaifsgeschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Lage des Hotels überhaupt ist sehr gut! Der Check-in verlief ganz unkompliziert und einfach! Alles in Allem sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter und würden jederzeit dort wieder buchen!

I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. So it was a place where I was able to rest and then gather energy for the busy days ahead, exploring. So I would stay again if I were to visit Nice again.

Nice apartment with comfy bed and lot of space. Close to a small centre with restaurants, supermarket and a post office. A bit worn down and in need of a thorough cleaning. But for us who were out all day and only slept there it was perfect. The breakfast was okay, not impressive, so if you are planning on outings off area then you’ll easily find other options nearby to your liking.

I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. So it was a place where I was able to rest and then gather energy for the busy days ahead, exploring. So I would stay again if I were to visit Nice again.
