Great location away from the crowds of Cannes and Nice. New hotel, clean, modeen. Has all the amenities you would need, gym, pool, breakfast, bar, large lobby for working. Friendly manager, front desk and staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back again next year.

Cadre agréable, hôtel convivial avec sa zone d’accueil. Piscine agréable Gros bémol sur la literie canapé lit (chambre familial) et sur les oreillers. J’ai demandé une couette pour faire une épaisseur de plus sur le canapé lit. La chambre familial est petite et ne convient qu’à des petits petits enfants à la rigueur. Les fenêtres de la chambre ne s’ouvrent pas. Le restaurant n’avait pas de burata et pâtes pendant 48h (l’Intermarché est à côté au pire…) A partir de 9h, plus d’œufs brouilles ou salade de fruits au petit déjeuner. Une seule machine à café pour le petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner mal organisé. Tous les jours un souci , panne lave vaisselle (plus de 30min pour avoir des couverts pour le petit dej), panne machine café petit dej (obligé de passer par le bar), panne wifi .. Au vue du prix du séjour, peut faire mieux.

Very nice hotel, definitely better than the B&B's next door (although the B&B's are half price). But this time the room smelled bad and in the shower of the 3 shampoo/conditioner/soap, 1 was broken and 2 were empty.

They did not clean the room although we asked them to multiple times. When someone finally came on the fourth night, we had to tell him what to clean because all he did was make the bed and was leaving.

This hotel was perfectly located for our 2 days exploring Biot and for our drive from the Nice Airport (~45 minutes away). The staff was quite friendly and overall the hotel has a cool (but not too cool) vibe. The room was comfortable and the parking was free AND very convenient.

We have a family room with 2 very spacious connected rooms. Bathroom is huge with a slanted base shower without a tub or shower door. The room is meant for disable with wide room for wheelchair access. We had drainage problem the first day which caused the bathroom floor to flood. We notified the staff right away, we were offer for same room on a different floor. Next day when we returned after sightseeing, we were surprised by a plate of fruits on our table as an apology from the hotel staff. Although it was a nice gesture, it was not necessary as they already solved our problem promptly. The only thing I wish they would had done is to clear the waste basket in the room daily. Otherwise no complains. Hotel staffs are all very friendly!

No more digging through piles of clothes or tossing jackets on chairs—everything had a home. Brilliant. And the complimentary breakfast? Out. Of. This. World. It felt like waking up to a gourmet market: a full charcuterie spread with meats and cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, an aesthetic cereal bar, fresh juices and a DIY juice machine. Points positifs : La chambre était propre et le service au bar a été très agréable, en particulier grâce au professionnalisme du jeune homme qui s’en occupait. Points négatifs : Malheureusement, le séjour a été globalement décevant en raison de plusieurs points inacceptables pour un établissement hôtelier de cette taille : • Literie très inconfortable, avec des matelas clairement vieillissants. J’ai demandé un sur-matelas dès la première nuit. On m’a finalement donné une couette pour améliorer un peu la situation, mais le lendemain on m’a simplement annoncé qu’il n’y avait pas de possibilité de sur-matelas. • Ce manque de réactivité et de considération a été aggravé par l’attitude désinvolte de la jeune femme à l’accueil, qui n’a pas semblé prendre ma demande au sérieux. • Au moment du départ, aucune facture ne m’a été fournie, sous prétexte que l’imprimante ne fonctionnait plus. J’ai dû moi-même relancer pour l’obtenir, et lors de mon appel, la même employée m’a clairement montré son agacement, ce qui est totalement inapproprié. Conclusion : Un service client qui laisse à désirer, une literie indigne d’un hôtel de ce type, et un rapport qualité/prix clairement insuffisant. Oltre alla scortesia di alcuni della reception non tutti, la chief manager e i ragazzi gentili, colazione impossibile, mancavano i posti a sedere , le posate e le cose da mangiare e da bere alle 9 , la colazione era fino alle 10, MAI arrivate! Hotel Top, Zimmer Top. Frühstück nicht zufriedenstellend. Keiner der Tische wurde morgens abgeräumt. Auf manchen fanden sich noch Gesellschaftsspiele vom Vorabend. Speisen wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Points négatifs : Malheureusement, le séjour a été globalement décevant en raison de plusieurs points inacceptables pour un établissement hôtelier de cette taille : • Literie très inconfortable, avec des matelas clairement vieillissants. J’ai demandé un sur-matelas dès la première nuit. On m’a finalement donné une couette pour améliorer un peu la situation, mais le lendemain on m’a simplement annoncé qu’il n’y avait pas de possibilité de sur-matelas. • Ce manque de réactivité et de considération a été aggravé par l’attitude désinvolte de la jeune femme à l’accueil, qui n’a pas semblé prendre ma demande au sérieux. • Au moment du départ, aucune facture ne m’a été fournie, sous prétexte que l’imprimante ne fonctionnait plus. They did not clean the room although we asked them to multiple times. When someone finally came on the fourth night, we had to tell him what to clean because all he did was make the bed and was leaving.

We had a great stay. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a nice pool. There is a shopping center in a less than 10 minutes walk with supermarket, and 2 resturants. Direct bus connection to Nice and Antibs from bus stop nearby (about 5 minutes walk from hotel). From Antibes one can take the train to Monaco and Cannes.

This hotel was perfectly located for our 2 days exploring Biot and for our drive from the Nice Airport (~45 minutes away). The staff was quite friendly and overall the hotel has a cool (but not too cool) vibe. The room was comfortable and the parking was free AND very convenient.

Lækkert og nyere hotel, med en dejligt poolområde. Det er dog placeret meget øde, så det kræver at man har en bil til rådighed. Der er officielt morgen mellem 6-10, men kom ikke senere end kl 9, da der ellers er mangel på de fleste ting som brød, yougurt, æg, bacon, pandekager mm. Vi nævnte det flere gange, men det hjalp desværre ikke.

J’ai demandé une couette pour faire une épaisseur de plus sur le canapé lit. La chambre familial est petite et ne convient qu’à des petits petits enfants à la rigueur. Les fenêtres de la chambre ne s’ouvrent pas. Le restaurant n’avait pas de burata et pâtes pendant 48h (l’Intermarché est à côté au pire…) A partir de 9h, plus d’œufs brouilles ou salade de fruits au petit déjeuner. They did not clean our room during our 2 night stay and there was not enough breakfast (not even a single croissant!) half an hour before the breakfast time closed. We have stayed in a Moxy before but this one failed to justify the price / offerings ratio.

The amenities were great. My family and I found the place very pleasant and clean. We were especially charmed by the Lobby area. The views of the mountains were also a great addition to our experience. Although our stay was short, it was very enjoyable. The hotel also has easy access to public buses to get to Antibes. Highly recommend. The only caveat is that the Wi-Fi at our room was not the best and my e-Sim card also had a hard time receiving a signal.
