Chambre vieillotte qui aurait vraiment besoin d’être rénovée. Aucune prise près du lit, aucune dans la salle de bain, ce qui est très peu pratique. Le sèche-cheveux était cassé et mal placé et sa rallonge était beaucoup trop courte pour être pratique. Les chaînes de télévision ne sont pas toutes accessibles, pas de réseau,ce qui limite encore le confort. Enfin, l’hôtel est bruyant : on entend clairement le bar et le lobby jusque tard, jusqu’à minuit, ce qui rend difficile de se reposer. Globalement, l’expérience n’est pas au niveau attendu.

Avevo scelto questa sistemazione in quanto la mattina dopo avevamo un volo prestissimo: cercavamo quindi un hotel dove cenare e dormire, ed il servizio di transfer all'aeroporto (servizi questi previsti nella descrizione dell'hotel). In realtà il ristorante era chiuso, e il servizio transfer non disponibile!

Everything about the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Easy walk from the airport, quick/friendly check-in, nice room, complementary water, Nespresso machine, and excellent Sunday night “bar snacks” (including pizza and charcuterie plates) and breakfast. Perhaps my favorite airport hotel!

Hard to beat the convenience of access to the airport terminal and car rentals, especially for early-departing or late-arriving flights. But the failed air conditioning system, closed swimming pool (in June!?), inadequate parking and the massive business convention in progress left little food in the restaurant or staff attention for non-convention guests.

We are French residents and paid way over the level of local hotels to use the airport shuttle. Arriving amazing service leaving to pick up our car next morning .After calling the service paving our cases in the noot suddenly we are not entitled to this service as we are going to a car park to recover our car.Ok just take us to departures .Oh so now you are liars could not believe it will never stay in this place again Does not this French girl know calling people liars in English is deeply offensive. This hotel has loads of shortcomings which we have ignored but never ever again staying there

What makes this hotel stand out is its proximity to the airport. It was definitely clean, and the front desk was really friendly. I found room service a little tricky, and if I hadn't been so tired and scheduled to leave by 4 am, I may have pushed harder. Short story, I couldn't get it. Throughout the evening, I noticed a smoking smell. Maybe there are smoking rooms that were close by mine? Needless to say, I was less worried about the smell, than I was/am concerned I may end up with some kind of charge. I opened my window most of the night to help. The hotel is great for catching an early flight, and offers an express breakfast snack on the go.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Though clearly fluent in English, the receptionist encouraged me to practice my French with her. My visit coincided with a national holiday so although the restaurant was closed they accommodated with the room service menu. There were also vending machines with small snacks (chocolate bars, etc) in the lobby. The bathroom in the room was quite nice and felt fancier than expected. The area around the hotel is not very beautiful, but it's an airport hotel so you can't beat the location. It's not very convenient to get to the city centre in my opinion, but it's the perfect place if you have an early flight like I did. I would happily stay here again if I fly through Nantes again in the future.

Only stayed one night to catch an early flight. Restaurant is closed on weekends. Had to eat at airport. Walking distance to airport. Looked safe but good idea to walk in groups. Shower was awesome compared to other European bathrooms.

The lady at check-in last night was not very enthusiastic about her job, and not especially courteous. However the lady at checkout this morning was very nice and courteous. The room was very decent, except for the lack of outlets and especially for not having one by the nightstand. Also the shower head is so high that I could hardly reach to take it off, or choose to leave it in place and hardly get water, because the water falls from too high.

This is a very beautiful property just across from the Nantes airport (easy walking distance to the terminal). The staff we exceptionally helpful, the connected restaurant had great food, the grounds green and luscious and the room was clean, bright, well stocked and comfortable. Due to the weather, we did not use the pool and the tennis court had not been used in some time - and neither of those were of concern to us. The hotel was a big success with us.
