Hôtel de centre ville en face de la gare avec parking. Belle façade et brasserie qui est connue. Les chambres ont été rénovées et ont un belle déco moderne. Lits confortables. Spa très agréable avec sauna hamam très agréable. Bonne adresse

L hotel est tres bien situé a proximité immédiate du centre ville . Il est facile d accès et possede de surcroît un parking . Un supplément de 8 euros sera exige.Nous avions demande une chambre vue ville. Notre requête a ete satisfaite.La chambre est tres confortable meme si elle est de taille modeste . Le petit déjeuner est tres complet ( type buffet) avec de bons produits. Nous reviendrons tres certainement lors de notre prochain sejour à chalon.

Excellent établissement. A 2 pas de la gare, l’accueil est parfait. La chambre est très agréable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni et varié. Petit bémol sur la taille du parking : trop petit.

Great spot. Clean. Well looked after. Safe motorcycle (and car) parking. Used the spa and sauna after a long ride. Fined in the restaurant for dinner, which was exactly as I’d hoped and expected. Decent food and nice service. Would recommend as a stop on a journey or if you’re visiting the town.

Très bon séjour dans l'Hôtel Saint-Georges, l'hôtel est très bien situé. Les Chambres sont correctes mais elles manquent d'un espace de rangement bien utile quand on reste plusieurs jours, on n'a pas le choix de laisser les affaires dans la valise. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des produits frais. Question parking c'est un peu plus compliqué car l'hôtel manque de place et pendant notre séjour l'accès au parking de la gare nécessitait de faire appel à l'assistance à chaque sortie, pas top. Ce problème a été réglé que le dernier jour. On a toujours trouvé une solution avec le personnel de l'hôtel c'est juste moins fluide. Mise à part ce détail tout le personnel est très serviable

Das Zimmer war nicht groß aber in gutem Zustand mit bequemem Bett und sehr sauber. Die Zwischentür zum Flur ließ sich nicht schließen wegen defektem Schloss aber es war glücklicherweise kein Lärm auf dem Flur. Die Entlüftung des Badezimmers war ebenfalls defekt. Ansonsten alles top...Parkplatz, Empfang, WIFI, Frühstück, Lage unweit der City. Sauna und Dampfbad waren ebenfalls gratis und sehr empfehlenswert.

Établissement en rénovation, mais très confortable. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous. Le SPA est génial et très propre. Le gérant du restaurant Le Terminus est d'une très grande gentillesse. Il vient discuter avec vous et s'intéresse à ses clients. La cuisine est excellente et très abordable ! Super séjour en couple. Les animaux sont reçus comme des rois et félicitations également aux femmes de ménage qui y pretent attention et prennent du temps avec eux en faisant la chambre Elles sont tout sourire et consciencieuses...MERCI

Im Rahmen der Rückreise aus der Provence haben wir hier eine Zwischenübernachtung gemacht. Unser Auto mit den sich darauf befindenden Rädern konnten wir gut auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz unterstellen. Die Zimmer waren gut und sauber. Die Lage zur Straße hin war zu unserer Reisezeit nicht optimal, da sich vor dem Hotel eine Großbaustelle befindet, wo auch Nachts gearbeitet wird. Also Fenster auf geht gar nicht. Der ebenfalls benachbarte Bahnhof kann daher in Sachen Lautstärke gar nicht bewertet werden, da er gegen die Großbaustelle nicht ankommt. Auf der anderen Seite der Baustelle gibt es ein gutes Restaurant, wo man gut essen kann. Das Frühstück war gut. Solange die Baustelle existiert, würde ich nicht noch einmal wiederkommen, danach würde ich dem Hotel auf jeden Fall noch einmal eine neue Chance geben.

I chose this place randomly because it was the start of the Burgundy trail, it had a hammam and sauna and it was off the beaten path. Not sure it was the right choice for us. The spa was great. But the room was disappointing. It was a dark room with a gloomy alley view. The fixtures were modern and cool, but it did not make up for the cheap drywall and musty smell. The service is friendly. The lobby is comfortable and well appointed. Do not eat dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was fine.

Myror på rummet drar ner renlighet men lyfter upp service då vi snabbt fick nytt finare rum. Bra restaurang i en ganska tråkig omgivning nära tågstationen. 15 minuters promenad till bättre kvarter.

We had a lovely spacious room street side. All very modern especially the bathroom which was wonderful. The only thing that would be a good improvement would be to have black out blinds/curtains. Also some attention to the windows as we experienced early morning street noise. Breakfast was great, a nice selection and lovely staff. Added bonus that we could bring the dog into the breakfast room Friendly & welcoming reception staff. Overall a great stay and we would stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Great room. Good sevice. Terrible comfort. My room was cold as ice. I didn’t notice that the heat was turned off, when I just popped in with my bag. When I came back later. I was shivering under the cover for an hour before I finally could sleep. The thing is. The receptionist had already prepared for our arrival. The room keys were in an envelope. So they could have checked if the heat was on in the actual rooms. I give 5 stars in sustainability (saving energy) but only 2 stars in comfort.

3 night stay over the weekend with my colleague for a business trip. My room was in good working order however my colleague had low shower pressure in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk and the woman told us that it was normal which was very strange as my room was perfect and had a good quality shower. Hôtel qui a fait sont travail mais rien de plus. Je trouve toujours dommage de rencontrer dans des hôtels qui souhaitent être de standing des personnes désagréables qui vous font vite ressentir que vous n’êtes que de passage et que vous représentez très peu d’intérêt, hormis être une bourse sur pattes. Un accueil vraiment parfait à la réception mais une hôtesse pour le petit déjeuner à expédier très loin des clients.

This hotel is the perfect spot to stay if you are in Chalon. The front desk is very helpful. It is a quick walk to parks and other tourist areas. Walking through town is a delight. Breakfasts and dinner at the hotel restaurant were wonderful. One of our best memories will be the breakfasts both because of the view of the plaza but especially the food. We had four rooms, all arriving at different times and they placed us together without having to be asked. The staff do everything they can to make you feel special. My husband also states that they have the best croissants in all of France!

Im Rahmen der Rückreise aus der Provence haben wir hier eine Zwischenübernachtung gemacht. Unser Auto mit den sich darauf befindenden Rädern konnten wir gut auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz unterstellen. Die Zimmer waren gut und sauber. Die Lage zur Straße hin war zu unserer Reisezeit nicht optimal, da sich vor dem Hotel eine Großbaustelle befindet, wo auch Nachts gearbeitet wird. Also Fenster auf geht gar nicht. Der ebenfalls benachbarte Bahnhof kann daher in Sachen Lautstärke gar nicht bewertet werden, da er gegen die Großbaustelle nicht ankommt. Auf der anderen Seite der Baustelle gibt es ein gutes Restaurant, wo man gut essen kann. Das Frühstück war gut. Solange die Baustelle existiert, würde ich nicht noch einmal wiederkommen, danach würde ich dem Hotel auf jeden Fall noch einmal eine neue Chance geben.

Great spot. Clean. Well looked after. Safe motorcycle (and car) parking. Used the spa and sauna after a long ride. Fined in the restaurant for dinner, which was exactly as I’d hoped and expected. Decent food and nice service. Would recommend as a stop on a journey or if you’re visiting the town.

Downside was the 'comfort room' situated the furthest point from the elevator and with no view only off a brick wall.
