Bien rénové dans la chambre ( très bonne literie) et calme. Toilettes basic et salle de bain bien équipée mais pas très moderne. Bar chaleureux et cosy. Le restaurant a un beau cadre et le dîner est très bien ( rapport qualité / prix très intéressant) Bonne qualité de produit et quantité pour le petit déjeuner.

Charmant hôtel historique 1900, très typique. Très bien situé, à 10 min à pieds du coeur centre ville, ses places et ruelles historiques. Chambre agréable, machine à café/thé à disposition, bouteille d'eau.

This was a nice hotel in one of the larger cities in the Burgundy area. Great proximity to shopping and the river. The hotel's bar and restaurant were a cozy place to have a meal or breakfast each morning. Parking was around the block and very secure. The rooms are clean but nothing fancy.

The property is desperately in need of updating. Air conditioning didn’t work but nothing was done. Toilet ran constantly and nothing was done. Paid 16 euros for breakfast and there was hardly any food but service was still another 75 minutes. I had a mini muffin and some fruit. There had been scrambled eggs & bacon bug they were gone and no more was brought out. Coffee machine was not working. Halls were so dark that we had to turn on our lights on our phones. I will never stay there again.

Séjour agréable. La chambre, spacieuse, était très propre. Mon mari et moi avons pris le petit déjeuner sur place et avons également dîné dans l’établissement. Très bon repas. Un petit bémol, les chaises pas très confortables à la longue. Les membres du personnel ont tous été très agréables et à l’écoute.

La moquette composée de dalle aiguisées genre bureau sans âge, carrelage de salle de bain datant de l'ancien régime, des trouves dans le mur au dessus du lit, un mobilier cheap de la campagne, pas de deco. Bref, atroce. Nous sommes en 2026 et voir de tels équipements est totalement déprimant. Plus jamais.

Perfekt service! Ingenting å klage på personalet. Aircondition fungerte ikke noe som er kjedelig i så små rom. Vi kunne også høre folk gå i rom over oss. Sistnevnte er vanskelig å gjøre noe med med aircondition må fikses.

Easy check in. Polite staff. Directed us to hotel parking precisely. Room small but functional. Nice bathroom, modern. Breakfast a good choice, but juice, eggs not replaced. Coffee was horrible. Left to stew. Hotel needs a proper coffee machine. Was only let down of this hotel.

Pas de chauffage ! Il faisait 10 degrés à l’extérieur et un peu plus seulement dans la chambre. Nous avions choisi la chambre supérieure et la personne de l’accueil nous a annoncé qu’il y faisait encore plus froid ! Aucun service ou contrepartie de proposé. Même pas de couette supplémentaire malgré notre demande, mais un drap en plus. C’est la troisième fois que nous venions dans cet établissement mais ce sera la dernière ! A noter également un manque de prise : un seul côté du lit et pas pour la cafetière non plus. Cet hôtel 4 étoiles manque de rafraîchissement dans les chambres.

Il n'y avait pas grand choix au restaurant de l'hôtel et le rapport qualite prix n'était pas à la hauteur. La clim était en panne et il faisait très chaud. Beaucoup de mouches dont l'une est tombée dans mon verre de bière.

Bien rénové dans la chambre ( très bonne literie) et calme. Toilettes basic et salle de bain bien équipée mais pas très moderne. Bar chaleureux et cosy. Le restaurant a un beau cadre et le dîner est très bien ( rapport qualité / prix très intéressant) Bonne qualité de produit et quantité pour le petit déjeuner.

The property is desperately in need of updating. Air conditioning didn’t work but nothing was done. Toilet ran constantly and nothing was done. Paid 16 euros for breakfast and there was hardly any food but service was still another 75 minutes. I had a mini muffin and some fruit. There had been scrambled eggs & bacon bug they were gone and no more was brought out. Coffee machine was not working. Halls were so dark that we had to turn on our lights on our phones. I will never stay there again.

Easy check in. Polite staff. Directed us to hotel parking precisely. Room small but functional. Nice bathroom, modern. Breakfast a good choice, but juice, eggs not replaced. Coffee was horrible. Left to stew. Hotel needs a proper coffee machine. Was only let down of this hotel.

Room was quite basic, AC in room 9 did not work properly, room was 25C. Front desk was kind enough to offer their fan so that helped and made the room comfortable enough to sleep. Great location and nespresso machine in room.

The air conditioning did not work, the bed and pillows were inferior, the desk too small and virtually no plugs for our IPhones, etc. the shower over tub was too problemsome for people our age.

Good stay for a night or two. Great central location. Room size typically small for a city centre hotel, but adequate. Nice en-suite bathroom with bath, a bonus. Staff as friendly as ever, we returning guests. Breakfast ok, limited hot food options. Juices wonderful. Overall a good hotel and will stay again.
