La stanza ed il bagno erano puliti, non si può dire di no. Però, in un albergo non si possono dare al cliente un asciugamano bianco con ben tre macchie che evidentemente non vengono più via! Inoltre, il lenzuolo di sotto era vecchio e forse di cattiva qualità... quindi pieno di pallini che d'estate, con il pigiama corto, davano non poco fastidio alla pelle nuda. Il piatto doccia è a livello del pavimento: non c'è una cabina doccia né una tenda. Così quando ci si fa la doccia si sparge acqua dappertutto sul pavimento del bagno!! Basterebbe fissare al muro un bastone e mettere una tenda, per migliorare molto la spiacevole situazione. Per il resto bene. Il luogo è silenzioso, la camera piccina ma per una notte va bene, il ristorante a buffet è buono e ti scaldano anche qualche cibo se non vuoi mangiare tutto freddo.

Le personnel a été charmant mais ils se sont trompé dans l'attribution de notre chambre, elle ne correspondait pas à notre demande. Ils ont dans un premiers temps fait reposer la fautes sur nous, puis sur la plateforme. ils ont fini par présenter leurs excuses et nous ont fait un cadeau. Mon amie a apprécié la literie, moi pas, les ressorts étaient un peu souple à mon goût.

Monsieur à la réception a été très désagréable. Manque de respect total. Grosse surprise au ptit dej : Le prix affiché sur internet comprend la chambre+le ptit dejeuner mais monsieur me demande de payer à la réception le ptit dej. Il n’a rien voulu entendre même avec preuve à l’appui. Vraiment déplorable. Aucun professionnalisme de la part du réceptionniste.

Perhaps my expectations were too high however the property is shared with a budget hotel, lots of dubious people at 6pm. I decided to stay at another place and forfeited one night. May be OK if you are on a budget, I had a new car and was concerned about security as well as noise.

Très bon accueil , Chambre impeccable , petite bouilloire pour se faire un petit café en arrivant . Restaurant sympa avec la méthode Duo , petit déjeuner super. Je retiens l'adresse!!!

A great place for an overnight stop over, on our way to the alps. The restaurant was shut over Christmas abd New Year for a few days, but there were good alternative options locally.

Plans changed, tried to cancel a couple days early, early enough for them to book someone else. I don’t buy the non-refundable, but I did need to cancel within a week. A week is a long time…. They could find someone to stay there in that time.
