L’hôtel est très beau propre le personnel est au top. La chambre très spacieuse, bien chauffée et le lit très grand et confortable. Peignoir et chaussons sont fournis mais je fus surprise qu’il n’y ai pas de crème shampooing seulement un gel pour les mains et le corps qui était fini d’ailleurs. Concernant la piscine petit bémol pour l’eau très froide et dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de jaccuzi, le sauna bien mais un peu petit (3 personnes max) mais le spa en globalité est super jolie à des horaires bien accessible. Petit déjeuner très qualitatif cependant un peu froid. Il y a une bonne salle de jeu où nous avons passer un bon et long moment seuls le soir

The hotel was lovely but staff could have been a little friendlier and more informative. We were room only, so can’t comment on the food. The pool area was good. It is about a 25 min. walk into Chantilly.

Virkelig lækkert område ca. 1 km fra Paris. Indendørs pool, sauna og dampbad, samt udendørs pool. Venlig service og dejlig stemning. God mad og lækker morgenmad. Golfklub med 18 huller. 10 kørsel til Senil, en lille hyggelig by. Kan varmt anbefales.

Bel établissement, chambre confortable. personnel serviable. Les deux piscines sont un vrai . Dommage que la machine Nespresso ne fonctionnait pas et qu’on a retrouvé du lait périmé d’avril 2022 dans le plateau de courtoisie.

Very good réception, clear explanations, external swimming pool very nice when wheather not so good , restaurant with an amazing view in the evening, original menu multi choices for starters and dessert and prices very correct, amazing choice of cheeses. The only bad point is sauna and hammam not at the level (only 3 seats for each), 2 showers and few possibilities to hang towels or sit down, it s not enough for a big hôtel with so many bedrooms. Global feeling very good, walk all around by foot (polo matches 20 min, chantilly castle 40)

This is a well positioned hotel in the beautiful town of Chantilly to the North of Paris. We used it as a base to visit Paris for the French Open tennis. It was our second stay and we would return for a third. The hotel has a large footprint, rooms are very large and well furnished. Everything is good, food is excellent. Service impeccable. Points for improvement: 1. The Aircon barely works in the rooms 2. The curtains don’t block the light from the windows so the room is light from 5am. This is a problem in so many hotels. It’s so fundamental - achieving good black out - and yet only a minority of hotels get it right, often the budget ones ironically 3. The gym is very poor with only four fitness machines, no weights or weights machines. For a huge leisure orientated hotel with a golf course and pool the lack of a gym is a bit odd 4. There is no mirror above the desk where a woman can do her make up. Again, such a common problem in most hotels But overall this is a good hotel often available for a good price in a stunning location.

Ce n’était pas notre première fois là bas, nous nous y sommes fiancés en 2017 et clairement ce fut un choc de voir à quel point les chambres se sont dégradées. Nous avions choisi une chambre privilège, ce n’était pas du tout à hauteur : moquette tachée, un strict minimum dans la chambre , vraiment rien d’extra pour le prix . Tellement déçus, nous n’y reviendrons plus mais dommage que le symbole de nos fiançailles ait été terni par ainsi !

Thé hôtel is definitely not a 4 stars. Not Always clean. Black spots in thé bathroom and restaurant not very clean. If you réserve to eat at 12 am in the restaurant, the staff will keep cleaning in front of you until 12h15 without giving you any attention . Not only they don't start on Time but they don't show any interest for people waiting. As i said : little to do with a 4 stars hôtel...

Séjour très agréable. Chambre propre et confortable. La personne du restaurant très agréable. L'accueil quant à lui était un peu froid mais sans que cela soit trop gênant. Petit bémol tout de même, cette fâcheuse habitude que certains hôtels mettent en place, la caution à l'arrivée. Cela donne un sentiment d'être un voleur ou un malhonnête. Je trouve cette pratique un peu gênante.

La chambre était agréable, propre en général, excepté le réfrigérateur plutôt sale et daté. Quant au restaurant, nous avons été très déçus! Arrivés sur place le samedi midi, personne n'est venu s'occuper de nous, alors nous nous sommes installés. Nous avons demandé comment fonctionné le service, malgré une carte à l'entrée nous avons uniquement été orienté sur le buffet. Et pour une simple petite salade, un plat chaud et 3 boissons, j'ai payé 58,00 €! Le prix était disproportionné entre la qualité du service, des mets et du plaisir général. Très sincèrement, je voyage beaucoup et j'ai bien plus souvent pris du plaisir dans des restaurants d'hôtels à 2 ou 3 étoiles que dans le vôtre, sans compter le manque d'amabilité et de professionnalisme de votre équipe au restaurant...

Location perfect for Chantilly. Room was a good size and comfortable. Check-in a little slow as only 1 person on the desk. Dinner disappointing; food over cooked and under seasoned. Bar available outside only; a little irritating. Breakfast was good. We’d return but food offering needs to be better

This is a well positioned hotel in the beautiful town of Chantilly to the North of Paris. We used it as a base to visit Paris for the French Open tennis. It was our second stay and we would return for a third. The hotel has a large footprint, rooms are very large and well furnished. Everything is good, food is excellent. Service impeccable. Points for improvement: 1. The Aircon barely works in the rooms 2. The curtains don’t block the light from the windows so the room is light from 5am. This is a problem in so many hotels. It’s so fundamental - achieving good black out - and yet only a minority of hotels get it right, often the budget ones ironically 3. The gym is very poor with only four fitness machines, no weights or weights machines. For a huge leisure orientated hotel with a golf course and pool the lack of a gym is a bit odd 4. There is no mirror above the desk where a woman can do her make up. Again, such a common problem in most hotels But overall this is a good hotel often available for a good price in a stunning location.

Really good area and good hotel to stay. Only down side is after cleaning bathrobes always gone and not replaced. So we had to ask at the reception for it and been always providing. Everyday same were happening. Everything 5*. Only that little annoying as we need bathrobes to use for swimming pool and everyday had to as for them )

It was super location, but we were told we could eat in the bar as the restaurant was full. When we tried to order at the bar, the barman said no. Different advice from receptionist. We had to order room service to the lobby.

Only one night prior to flying back to Canada after. 6 weeks in France. We chose it because it shows that it has airport transport from the hotel to CDG. One is led to assume that this is a shuttle operated. BY the hotel. This is not the case. They will call a taxi for you. We made arrangements with the desk staff when we checked in for a taxi to pick us up at 10:30 in the morning. We were waiting at the entrance with our bags and at 10:40 i asked the receptionist to check our reservation. She had no record of the request. She called for a taxi which arrived 20 minutes later. I had also asked about the cost. She estimated 100 Euros. It was 150. It is a very nice hotel in a lovely location and the restaurant is good. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice and good content. Unfortunately, at the egg station, there was only one cook doing one order at a time.

Directeur et personnel de l’hôtel notamment la réception pas aimable et pas du tout commerçant. Pour info, toutes les chambres ne peuvent être réserver que dans le petit déjeuner. Comme il n’y a rien autour de l’hôtel, obligé de prendre le pdj à l’hôtel facturé 24,5€ pour quelques choses de très très basic -meme pas de saumon fumé, crêpes, œuf mollet / œuf à la coque, pas de jus ‘orange presse frais, soit le même prix -ou presque- que le celui du Mont Royal de chantilly ou de l’auberge du jeu de paume- mais une qualité de service et de produits nettement inférieur.Mais la partie déjeuner aussi est égalent extrêmement décevante, carte peu réfléchie, peu travaille, dans saveur et surtout, des sauces issues de bocaux (certes bio) bref pas totalement du fait maison. Le summum de la déception, la piscine. Ils ont une belle piscine mais l’accès est contrôlé. Si vous avez un bracelet vous pouvez y accéder mais cette accès est limité à 14h du jour de votre départ. En d’autres termes, Check in à 15h, le temps de récupérer la chambre et de s’échanger. piscine au mieux à 16 jusqu’au lendemain 14h max sinon vous vous faites sortir Manu-militari, c’est ce qui s’est passé pour nombre de famille y peu importe qu’ils aient des bébés / enfants ou non. Séjour très agréable. Chambre propre et confortable. La personne du restaurant très agréable. L'accueil quant à lui était un peu froid mais sans que cela soit trop gênant. Petit bémol tout de même, cette fâcheuse habitude que certains hôtels mettent en place, la caution à l'arrivée. Cela donne un sentiment d'être un voleur ou un malhonnête. Je trouve cette pratique un peu gênante.

Very good réception, clear explanations, external swimming pool very nice when wheather not so good , restaurant with an amazing view in the evening, original menu multi choices for starters and dessert and prices very correct, amazing choice of cheeses. The only bad point is sauna and hammam not at the level (only 3 seats for each), 2 showers and few possibilities to hang towels or sit down, it s not enough for a big hôtel with so many bedrooms. Global feeling very good, walk all around by foot (polo matches 20 min, chantilly castle 40)

Thé hôtel is definitely not a 4 stars. Not Always clean. Black spots in thé bathroom and restaurant not very clean. If you réserve to eat at 12 am in the restaurant, the staff will keep cleaning in front of you until 12h15 without giving you any attention . Not only they don't start on Time but they don't show any interest for people waiting. As i said : little to do with a 4 stars hôtel...

If you réserve to eat at 12 am in the restaurant, the staff will keep cleaning in front of you until 12h15 without giving you any attention . Not only they don't start on Time but they don't show any interest for people waiting. As i said : little to do with a 4 stars hôtel...

La chambre était agréable, propre en général, excepté le réfrigérateur plutôt sale et daté. Quant au restaurant, nous avons été très déçus! Arrivés sur place le samedi midi, personne n'est venu s'occuper de nous, alors nous nous sommes installés. Nous avons demandé comment fonctionné le service, malgré une carte à l'entrée nous avons uniquement été orienté sur le buffet. Et pour une simple petite salade, un plat chaud et 3 boissons, j'ai payé 58,00 €! Le prix était disproportionné entre la qualité du service, des mets et du plaisir général. Très sincèrement, je voyage beaucoup et j'ai bien plus souvent pris du plaisir dans des restaurants d'hôtels à 2 ou 3 étoiles que dans le vôtre, sans compter le manque d'amabilité et de professionnalisme de votre équipe au restaurant...

The hotel was lovely but staff could have been a little friendlier and more informative. We were room only, so can’t comment on the food. The pool area was good. It is about a 25 min. walk into Chantilly.

Location perfect for Chantilly. Room was a good size and comfortable. Check-in a little slow as only 1 person on the desk. Dinner disappointing; food over cooked and under seasoned. Bar available outside only; a little irritating. Breakfast was good. We’d return but food offering needs to be better
