Value for money…superb. Clean and bright’. Spacious room 14, superb shower area and bathroom, breakfast expensive but offers everything from cold to hot. Car parking spacious. Pool heated and big enough. Lovely location but takes 25 minutes to walk into town Centre. Overall one of the best hotels for the money.

Hotel bello dove poter restare anche più giorni in assoluto confort. Parcheggio privato sul retro, spazi ampi. Piscina coperta invernale, ascensore ai piani. Silenzioso, camere ben isolate. Camere ampie, con spazio adeguato nella mobilia, scrivania per pc, poltrone, letti comodi, biancheria ottima, bagno (il nostro con vasca), con buoni spazi. Pulizia ottima in stanza e aree pubbliche. Acqua a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente da un distributore all’ingresso, set bollitore in stanza. Personale attento e professionale. Ottima connessione wifi gratuita. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Superbe séjour au sein de Concarneau dans cet hôtel front de mer. Très bien situé, près de belles plages (les sables blancs). L’accès au centre ville vers la ville close est accessible à pied en passant par un petit chemin derrière l’hôtel ( découvert les derniers jours 😅) en 15 min seulement ce qui permet de laisser la voiture et de ne pas payer le parking vers la ville close. Gain de temps considérable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de nombreux commerces ( boulangerie, supermarché, restaurants…) La chambre familiale est très bien, l’étage pour les enfants est spacieux, la literie et la propreté des chambres et de l’hôtel sont exceptionnelles. La piscine est vraiment un peu plus. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel est formidable. Le parking de l’hôtel est spacieux, on peut facilement se garer. Le seul petit point à noter c’est le prix qui à mon sens reste un peu élevé pour le petit déjeuner, surtout pour une famille de 4, ce qui malheureusement ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter. D’autres alternatives aux alentours sont possibles. Très bon séjour et belle expérience dans cet hôtel, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Een tegenvaller op gans de lijn. Een verouderd hotel. Verbleven er 3 nachten. Toen we de terug in hotel kwamen voor de 2de nacht was de het 2de van de zeepjes (meer lag er niet) die er bij aankomst stonden verdwenen. Niets meer! Toen we in hotel kwamen voor de 3de nacht: geen handdoeken, bed niet gemaakt, geen zeep. Alles weg... Is trouwens een hotel zonder airco, hadden wij helaas niet gemerkt bij de reservatie. Kortom: geen aanrader!!!

Grosse déception sur les prestations globales de l'hôtel. Rien à dire sur le service, accueil professionnel et cordial. Les réserves portent sur l'ambiance générale, murs et plafond en crépi blanc dans la chambre, un balcon longé par un mur de façade, une unique patère dans la salle de bains, la piscine bordée par le parking. Bref, déçue par rapport à ce que laissait entrevoir la description de l'hôtel et pas à la hauteur des 150 euros payés pour une nuit en septembre.

On nous a même proposé de nous rembourser pour qu'on s'en aille au lieu de trouver une solution. La chef receptionniste est agressive et devrait changer de métier, aucune ampathie envers les clients. Hotel désastreux, on nous a donner une chambre de motel à un prix d'une chambre d'hôtel. Nius sommes hyper mécontent de ce séjour.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits avec ma femme et notre chien. Les personnes à l’accueil ont été plus qu’agréable. L’ensemble de l’hôtel était confortable et accueillant. Sans parler du fait que la plage est juste de l’autre côté de la route. Pour ce que nous en avons vu, nous le recommandons sans problème.
Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits avec ma femme et notre chien. Les personnes à l’accueil ont été plus qu’agréable. L’ensemble de l’hôtel était confortable et accueillant. Sans parler du fait que la plage est juste de l’autre côté de la route. Pour ce que nous en avons vu, nous le recommandons sans problème.

A hotel with many limitations. I stayed here for a business trip for two nights that coincided with a national holiday and storm Ciaran. Not a great combination to be away for work. The check in was quick and efficient and was informed the restaurant would be closed the next night (I presumed for the holiday). I booked dinner to that night as advised booking recommended. Restaurant had me and one other couple and very limited menu. But food was good. Breakfast however was very disappointing, a few pastries and cheese/ham and eggs. No staff member checked up on breakfast situation either morning during the time I was eating. However, the biggest concern I had was that an alert was issued by the local government regarding the storm, there was no effort by the hotel staff to reassure guests and when asked directly for guidance the response was not helpful in any way. As a non speaking French visitor this made me feel very isolated and at risk and felt I needed to check out of the hotel and leave despite an official ban on travel due to storm damage. As a guest I did not feel welcome at all.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits avec ma femme et notre chien. Les personnes à l’accueil ont été plus qu’agréable. L’ensemble de l’hôtel était confortable et accueillant. Sans parler du fait que la plage est juste de l’autre côté de la route. Pour ce que nous en avons vu, nous le recommandons sans problème.

Superbe séjour au sein de Concarneau dans cet hôtel front de mer. Très bien situé, près de belles plages (les sables blancs). L’accès au centre ville vers la ville close est accessible à pied en passant par un petit chemin derrière l’hôtel ( découvert les derniers jours 😅) en 15 min seulement ce qui permet de laisser la voiture et de ne pas payer le parking vers la ville close. Gain de temps considérable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de nombreux commerces ( boulangerie, supermarché, restaurants…) La chambre familiale est très bien, l’étage pour les enfants est spacieux, la literie et la propreté des chambres et de l’hôtel sont exceptionnelles. La piscine est vraiment un peu plus. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel est formidable. Le parking de l’hôtel est spacieux, on peut facilement se garer. Le seul petit point à noter c’est le prix qui à mon sens reste un peu élevé pour le petit déjeuner, surtout pour une famille de 4, ce qui malheureusement ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter. A hotel with many limitations. I stayed here for a business trip for two nights that coincided with a national holiday and storm Ciaran. Not a great combination to be away for work. The check in was quick and efficient and was informed the restaurant would be closed the next night (I presumed for the holiday). I booked dinner to that night as advised booking recommended. Restaurant had me and one other couple and very limited menu. But food was good. Breakfast however was very disappointing, a few pastries and cheese/ham and eggs.
