A nice local hotel with good facilities, nice view. But staff are not helpful, bed lamp was out of order, I called but staff said will send someone turn out no on show up or follow my case. Staff responsible for cleaning, trying not let the customer to use the lift, which is quite not untrained and in professional. No English signage, guides and the staff does not speak English, so beware if you have this concern. Other than those, this hotel is pretty nice on its facilities.

Awesome views. Good food. Clean. Some good staff, some mediocre. Most do not understand the service industry. Hardly speak English. Great to make a hike north or south!

Stayed for two nights. Hotel is large but has plenty of space to find a quiet spot. The spa (saltwater pools, health themed) is excellent and one of the core reasons for the stay. Plenty of parking on site and dog friendly. All staff very nice. Welcome was good. Room was nice (garden sea view room) but wasn’t large, plenty of room for 2 nights but could feel a bit cramped for a longer stay. The place is pricy but worth it overall. Breakfast was very good. Evening meal in Osens was expensive and not as good as we hoped for.
